Emerald is my birthstone and I never had one before. I looked around and kept coming back to this site and found a ring. It is beautiful. The Columbian emerald is a beautiful green. It is perfect. Months later I decided to buy some earrings which again, are beautiful. And months later I bought the most beautiful necklace from them. I never knew that "there are emeralds, " and then there are Columbian emeralds. The color and the jewelry are absolutely beautiful. I think I have bought enough for now, but you never know. In 1989, we bought a matching pair of Columbian emeralds and had them custom made into 14K gold pierced earrings for our daughter. My wife was thrilled with the rings. They are a replacement for the original engagement and wedding ring when we married 20 years ago.
