I stopped by to see how much money I can get for my Rolex, so far they gave me the best offer. I spoke with different people there and everyone was welcoming and kind. I definitely highly recommend Jewelry Depot.

From the moment I stepped into their beautiful location in Hallandale Beach, FL I knew I was somewhere special. They have a phenomenal selection of watches and jewelry and the most attentive and knowledgeable staff. This is absolutely my go to store for all of my jewelry purchases. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I see I'm not the only one that bought a wedding ring here who's diamond just completely fell off the mount, that should tell you enough. When I finally made the far trip back to show them the wedding ring that I had for LESS than two years with the missing diamond, the man working there could literally care less. Not even an apology or the slightest courtesy, and especially not a discount or any help offered.

These people not only have terrible quality of jewelry (especially wedding rings) but they do not respect peoples hard earned money or care for customer service. I guess they figured I would just dish out another few grand like nothing, just to have the diamond fall back out as this gentleman's review below me. Spend the money and go to a real jewelry store trust me.

UPDATE: About a month ago, I lost a petite diamond from my beloved sapphire and diamond pendant that I initially purchased from Jewelry Depot. I wear it almost every day-- which is the same frequency with which I receive compliments on it--so there is no surprise that it would need a repair after a few years. I have to admit, given that I live in NYC and the store is in Florida, I was a little nervous about the turnaround time. However, I couldn't have imagined a smoother interaction or better results.

The attentive Salesperson at Jewelry Depot listened to my concern over the phone and assured me I would be wearing the pendant in under a week. The repair EXCEEDED my expectations beyond belief! Not only did my pendant come back with all diamonds intact and the pendant rhodium-plated, but I was NOT CHARGED for the repair at all, given I had bought the pendant from Jewelry Depot. And did I mention I got the pendant back in three days, just in time for the weekend?! Thank you for another job well done, Jewelry Depot!

Sean, you now seem to acknowledge who my wife is and you magically know without her having a receipt. As a business it is your responsibly to keep records. I have no idea who you are, so I guess you are the "Manager" but i don't know your relation to the Family, you could be a cousin I don't really care. I can just tell you that I won't send one penny your way.

I can tell you that we brought her 4 year old wedding band to Koosh Jewlers because a couple diamonds fell out, they found my records in about 5 minutes. No questions asked they are fixing the ring, no charge unlike your deceptive practices!

I went there back in June of 2020 to get a new mounting for my wife's engagement ring. Real nice people it was husband and wife the owners. They asked why I never got my ring there in the first place when I bought it, and that if I had bought there I would not be having issues with it. I spend about 3K to fix her wending band and get the new mounting for the engagement ring.

Everything is good and happy. Fast forward to July 2021 and the mounting has a diamond that fell out. My wife goes to the store and there is a manager now. He states he has no record of our purchase, that they don't keep receipts and she would need to produce one. He also states that either way there is no warranty. I find this unbelievable since I was sold on the service they would provide.

Pretty convenient that they can't find the receipt since I paid in cash, I own a business and the IRS requires me to save them for 7 years. We got the ring fixed, paid $233. Was told that's the price. I hope it's worth it to lose a customer over this! Best of luck, avoid this place!

My personal experience with these jewelers turned out as a pleasant one. Happened to walk in on a Wednesday before a closed Thursday due to a Jewish holiday. The bracelet repair completed on a Saturday. Customer here without a single complaint about the extended wait! Reason: I came in right before closing on that Wednesday. The store was closed on a Friday due to a family emergency.

Their was a printed posted sign on the front door indicating as much. Received the repair completion notification and walked out with a satisfied aura! A very professional establishment.

Excellent, knowledgeable and worked with me to find the most beautiful watch within my budget. They also repair my other watches that I buy online for free. Thank you jewelry depot.

Went into have some repairs made was done right on the spot exceptionally well and for a very fair price nice people Drive the few extra minutes don't waste your time at the jewelry center come here!

There a rip off I paid $171.20 on 4 items that came up to only about $110. So why this ass wipe over charge me and refuse to refund me and give me a copy of my receipt which I requested is beyond me. But there bad business there ripping off the visitors such as myself. They need to be shut down.

I recently returned to this store to buy some earrings and modify some of my family jewels. The owner Ted and the entire team: Leo, Kati, Leann and their daughters are just such an amazing team to work with. Professional, available, welcoming, thoughtful and skill-full. Having a family jeweler you can trust is priceless. This is what the Jewellery Depot is for me. Ted has helped me redesign some jewels that were too old fashioned for my taste into something I can wear daily or for special occasions.

He knew exactly what my taste was because of his decades long experience working with jewelry and with people of all different walks of life. And he gave me an extraordinarily good price for the amount of work that I commissioned him. I cannot be more grateful. It is a pleasure to walk into this family-run store. I'm living in another state but I come to Florida in part especially to visit them and do any work I need done or purchase items I know are going to be long lasting and beautiful. Came here as I needed to get my wedding ring sized. Located on Federal Highway with parking in the back. Note the parking is one way so you need to access from the South side of the building. Once you get inside with access from behind the building you will notice a very large showroom with many jewelry cases. The jeweler is working with a customer and there is two sales ladies keeping busy.

When I approached the one woman I had to wait as she was in the middle of a transaction I assume. Finally at this point when she realized there is no escaping she asked me what I needed. I showed her my ring and told her that I needed it sized. She than took out a book and quoted me a price of $231.12 it seemed steep but I paid as I wanted my ring to fit.

Before I was able to pay she than took the opportunity to go on to try to sell me more how about the setting, the prongs the diamonds. By now I had enough I just wanted the ring sized. I paid her and left as she promised ring would be ready same day. I live 10 minutes away by the time I got home I had a missed call. It was the very same woman to go on some more I think obviously we have an issue what more does she want from me?

Again I call her back please just size the ring only. This is pretty humorous I walk in the store she doesn't even want to know me. Now she she wants to continue selling. I go and pick the ring up later that afternoon. Happy to be able to wear my ring again especially at that price mentally I could justify it as it was a quick turn around as well as polished. This same jeweler was previously in Oakwood Plaza adjacent to the building that formerly housed Sweet Tomatoes.

I have to see this place is diamond in the rough! With great prices And hospitality I shopped everywhere for my Chains in Rolex and bracelet and shopping with Jewlery depot Literally saved me thousands of dollars! Make this your only stop he also made me a 41mm Rolex diamond bezel at a price I couldn't say no to :

One of the best experiences at a jewellery store. Katy and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. This is a family-run business m and it felt very trustworthy, like the family jeweler I had back in Itay. I went with my grandmother who wanted some repairs and everyone was very patient with her and accommodated her requests. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Definitely not the place you want to buy a watch to a gold chain from. Great place to get your jewelry fixed that's about it. They will scam you on any gold and most products. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a watch battery replacement. First she says $25 and I would have to leave the watch with them for a few hours. She calls back an hour later telling me the battery would be $90. I said forget it and we picked up the watch.

Brought my chain in to get fixed, it was snapped in half & I didn't think I'd be able to fix it like it was before. But the staff at Jewelry Depot made it happen & provided me with a great experience. Very affordable to salvage my jewelry rather than having to replace or dispose of it. Thank you!

Ted and his family are extremely kind and knowledgeable. My wife wanted to make a Rolex like bracelet for her Apple Watch band and Ted was able to make it for her. While we were there he also cleaned her engagement and wedding rings and educated us on all things diamonds. He's definitely the right guy to guide you in the right direction if you're interested in buying a diamond/ engagement ring. Nothing but great things to say about this family owned business.

I lost an earring from a set that my mother had purchased for me and reached out to Sean from the Jewelry Depot to help. I live in NYC/Miami and this is hands down the best custom jeweler I have found in either place. He recreated an extremely intricate pair of earrings in 18 carat yellow gold with safety backings so I don't lose them again. He thought of everything and kept me updated throughout the process.

He is truly a craftsman, perfectionist and a professional. The earrings were priced reasonably and fairly, and I was given a breakdown of materials and labor costs. This review is long overdue. I went to Jewelry Depot to fix a few eyeglass frames and a little girl's earring (a family heirloom passed down to my daughter). I walked in there with my rambunctious kids and these folks were super nice -- great customer service. They went obove and beyond to fix the earrings. This place has really nice jewelry and great repair work as well. I will definitely be back.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW IN STARS, I WOULD HAVE.! TBEWARE of the SCAM from this place, they used to be located in the Oakwood Plaza in Hollywood, Fl. But apparently after scamming so many people and overpricing their jewelry they had to relocate and add an enormous amount of cctv to protect them, NOT their jewelry. These people claim that they STAND behind any and all their prices, as a matter of fact, they promise IF you are ever in need of a loan, they will loan you up to 1/2 (50%) of the price you paid for your item/s. BULLSHIT, IF you ever call or stop by to ask for that loan, 1/2 of the value of what you paid, they don't.

They say they can't right now or they just aren't able to pay that right now, etc. That is because the jewelry YOU paid for was already overpriced when they sold it to you, so if you attempt to borrow anything form your purchase, you might get 1/4 of the price you paid. SCAM, OVERPRICED, FAKE AGENTS, FAMILY OWNED, FAMILY SCAMS, ALL EMPLOYEES IN ON SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Posted a review on BBB site and they claim I was never a customer there. No kidding?! Well here is my receipt for purchase. AND THEY LIE TO THE BBB, IMAGINE WHO ELSE THEY LIE TO?! SMH BAD BUSINESS!

I first went to Jewelry Depot over ten years ago when buying an engagement and wedding ring for my wife, after hearing a glowing endorsement from a radio personality; beautiful ring! The best part is the customer service from Ted (owner) and Lillian (so sweet and attentive.) Competing pricing and they stand behind their work!. Fixed two watches and my grandmothers old ring. After searching a few places and even going to Aventuras International jewelers exchange to sell my ring I was not comfortable with what they were offering me and I went around kept asking and came across Ted at Jewelry Depot and he gave me a lesson learned on diamonds that I will not buy any jewelry if it's not from Ted!

He knows his stuff takes his time and after telling me the history of my ring I asked him for 500 he gave me 650! This is the best experience I've ever had and I did not even purchase anything I sold something. The store is beautiful, clean and organized. They have luxury brand watches and jewelry at remarkable prices. And they also sell loose stones. My engagement ring needed new prongs. Ted showed us the ring under high magnification so that we could see the damage; he removed the main stone, put it in a pouch and handed it back to me. Before I took back the stone, it was weighed and examined for inclusions.

This was done because I requested an appraisal. I picked up my ring and appraisal a few hours later. The work was flawless! My antique platinum setting never looked better. Ted and his staff earned my business and my trust. With everything that could have gone wrong in this transaction, they handled everything beautifully, and beyond reproach. I highly recommend them. And I will be back for an anniversary present!
