Most importantly, I learned this business from my grandparents Arnold and Gertrude, and my parents Ron and Rita, working for them literally since I was 7 years old.first from pushing a broom, and then to my grandfather teaching me to engrave when I was about 10. In the mid 1980's, I moved to Santa Monica, California for about a year and trained at the Gemological Institute of America in their headquarters. While no longer active, in the American Gem Society and Independent Jewelers Organization, I also attained degrees under their requirements.

Came here to get an antique ring of my mother's cleaned after leaving it on by mistake while refinishing furniture. I was very excited that the paint was able to be removed, and very appreciative. This space is centrally located, the staff are friendly and the layout of the store displays many items, but it doesn't feel overwhelming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy, repair, reset or design a piece of jewelry.

I came into Marshall's just to try and get ideas for what I wanted to buy for an Engagement Ring. Angela assisted me and boy did she help me pick out the perfect ring! It was exactly what I was looking for - maybe even more so - and my now fiance can't stop talking about how pretty it is. Come to find out - it was Angela's first Engagement Ring sale and she was almost as excited about it as we were!

This store was recommended to me by a neighbor. A stone in my diamond band had popped out, and I brought it to Marshall's Jewelers to be repaired. When I picked up the ring, I noticed that evening that the stones were not flush. Richard (the owner) went above and beyond to correct the situation. I have been here for a few different reasons over the years and have always had great experiences. I've had watch battery/bands replaced and a diamond ring repaired and cleaned. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in today because I just received a ring from my late grandmother's estate. I wanted to learn about the ring and anticipated it might need a cleaning.
The woman who helped me was friendly and very informative about the ring. She gave it a quick cleaning but told me it was in great shape, the prongs looked good, and it didn't need any service. She could have easily charged me for a cleaning or service the ring didn't need but she was honest. All around just an a excellent trustworthy jewelry store.

The real test of any business is how problems are handled. Things can come up at any time with any company but the attitude of the sales staff is critical in making everything all right. My husband and I purchased a necklace that had a unsatisfactory clasp. It was replaced and broke again within a couple of months. Mark and Richard fixed my necklace with no questions asked.
They fixed it right and mailed it back very quickly over the busy Christmas Holiday season too. Not only did they sell me a absolutely beautiful necklace but treated me exceptionally well. They are definitively worth taking the drive to visit their store and see their selection.

I don't believe 5 starts is even enough to rate the experience that I had at Marshall's. I had the pleasure of working with Richard throughout the process of designing and creating an engagement ring for my now fiancee. Richard was nothing but professional & always made himself available for any questions that I had. He made this process extremely easy and stress free.

We have been to this beAutiful store a few times and have had watch batteries replaced on a few different watches. We brought another watch in Friday and it was done in minutes and they took great care of us. Because of that we will go nowhere else, a few occasions this month we will be going there. I live in Norway and have a ring that needed resizing, unfortunately none of the jewelers in Norway said they could do anything about it. I heard about Marshall's Jewelers from a friend. Mark was super helpful and gave me many options to have my ring adjusted. The service was awesome and my ring is no longer sliding off my finger and the pricing was very reasonable.
