Once you approve the model, we mill or grow the model in special wax or resin. It will look exactly like the finished piece of jewelry that we are making only it will be in wax or resin. Finally we will cast the piece in gold or platinum set stones and professionally finish the jewelry to make it the special one of a kind unique piece of jewelry that you or your customer will be proud of.

Very professional and polite. I went in to get a ring resized. They were quick (took about 4 days) and the ring came out fitting perfectly and looking shinier than when I brought it in. A little pricey, but the ring was brass and not everyone knows how to work with it. I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous jewelry you can't get anywhere else. Kemal was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. We will be back and I am eager to see what they have in that is new. They do custom jewelry you can't get at a Zales or Kay Jewelers. They're the real deal.

I randomly found this store on a Google search. I called the store to ask if they could repair my necklace. The person I spoke to was so pleasant and professional I went to the store right then. They looked at my necklace and explained my options. I left it on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready Saturday. Shortly after I returned home that day I received a call saying it was ready! Only 2 hours later! Great customer service and reasonable prices. I would definitely return.

This is a little local jewelry shop that I stumbled on while looking on Google to find a place to repair a very special ring that was given to me by my mother-in-law. The stone had fallen out. They have an amazing selection for every price range, they were courteous, helpful, and professional. In addition, they made a 30 year old ring sparkle like it was brand new, and reset the stone for a very reasonable price. They took amazing care of me and my jewelry. They understood how special this ring was and it showed. Would recommend to anyone. Amazing custom service.
