I bought a ring for my wife, came back a year later and they absolutely remembered me, the ring, etc. Very helpful in making sure I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for my wife. During better times we relied on small business to support the community, now it's time for the community to support small business.

My wedding band had lost a couple diamonds. Other stores told me that because my ring is all baguettes, that there was no way it could be fixed. I thought my ring was a lost cause. Forever Jewelers told me that they could fix it with no problem. A week later, my diamonds were replaced, and it was returned to me in absolutely beautiful condition, and at a great cost as well.

When ordering my wedding ring from Forever Jewelers, I didn't realize at the time that the height of the ring was much greater than my engagement ring. Realizing that I'd have to pick a different ring (after they re-sized the first one for me at no charge), the owners presented me with a one-of-a-kind ring that perfectly matched my engagement ring that had just come in that day.

The new ring cost less, and they refunded the difference on the spot, not blinking an eye that it was a detriment to them. They are dedicated to giving you the best experience, with a sales staff that remembers your name and story. I highly recommend them, especially when faced with the difficulty of deciding upon engagement and wedding rings. They have great jewelry in stock and will gladly order anything they may not have available.

Repair and addition of a new clasp to a silver bracelet with sentimental value. Several employees took the time to discuss repair and offered several options. Very satisfied with workmanship and materials used. Price was very reasonable.

I bought a Movado watch for my Husband for his Birthday. Kathy was so helpful and explained everything about all the styles. she was so knowledgeable and super nice. what a wonderful shopping experience. I will be doing alot of business here. highly recommend.

Complete clowns. I brought a $4,500.00 watch in for repair. 20 minutes later, the owner comes out of the back saying he cannot get the back off of my watch AND THE FACE IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. The guy says "I brought it in like that" - what a joke. Huge loss, huge disappointment. See you guys in court. Thanks for the "service."

The entire staff there is there to help you. They wanted us as long term customers and they certainly earned it. If you are looking for thoughtful expertise with that personal touch, I highly recommend them. We've been using them for years now. Thank you Sarah and Moshe.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Forever Jewelers and for a guy who hates jewelry, especially Jewelry stores he was thrilled with his experience and the customer service so it was a no brainer that they would get our return business when it was time to purchase our wedding bands. Catherine was so helpful and accommodating. We saved up all our repairs and decided to scrap some old jewelry to put towards our bands and she took it all in stride.

She also went out of her way explaining different rings and looking up my fiance's past purchase to share all options. Catherine and the staff were also so accommodating in special ordering two bands for my fiance with the understanding that he would be returning one as they didn't have what he was looking for in stock. Overall a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Forever Jewelers will be getting our continued business forever.

I needed my wedding band of 26yrs. taken off so that I could work at my new job. Moshe, I hope that I am spelling your name correctly, you were very kind about the situation which made me feel good. I visited their new location and it is BEAUTIFUL! There are a lot of new and interesting pieces of jewelry here and as always the sales people are incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend them for engagement ring mountings and wedding bands. They have a large selection of vintage looking rings.

I try to shop locally, and for many years made fairly regular visits to this shop. Admittedly, I never purchased large ticket items, but regularly (2-4x/year) made purchases in the $100-200 range. Nice selection, nice turnover of product, lots of unique and tasteful items. I was turned off recently, though, when I needed to get a repair on a pair of earrings purchased here that my daughter had only work a few times.

She is very careful with her things, so I really saw it as a defect that it should break so easily. I was a bit surprised, then, when I was being charged over thirty dollars to have it fixed. When I raised that point, the gentlemen (owner?) reduced the price to somewhere around $25, but was **really** rude about the whole thing and not at all apologetic that a product they sold was of such poor quality.

I honestly cared less about paying than about how rudely I was treated. I understand that labor isn't free, but can we be nice and come to an agreement? I paid just to get out of there, but to me one of the big advantages of shopping locally is getting better service. Not true here, sadly. I haven't returned since.

I had my rings inspected and one repaired. The women who helped me were very gracious and helpful. My ring was fixed perfectly and was surprisingly inexpensive. I will definitely go back.

Moved to Warwick a year ago and discovered Forever Jeweler's and quickly became smitten with their products. I was quite certain that I would buy all of my jewerly for my wife from there. That all changed when an $1,100 ring that I bought my wife had the stone come loose after two months. Upon taking it in to have them look at it, they stated that my wife "must be hard on jewerly".

We let the slight go since they tightened the prongs free of charge. Well, the stone fell out about 3 months after that visit and when takaing it the implication was once again made that it was my wife's fault! Of course they charged us this time, a nominal fee, but it was the implication that a woman whom I have known for over a decade to wear all ranges over jewerly everyday and has never had a piece damaged is resposnible for the loose setting - that was enough and I will not go back again.

You can find beautiful pieces here. Pieces that you can't find anywhere else. Over the years I have received many pieces here for special occasions. Bracelets, earrings, necklaces - each piece unique and exquisite. I even had a ring custom made here - 8 years later I am still getting compliments on the piece. They also can fix jewelry.
