My wife and I stopped by Tara on 6/25 to look for three things. 1) Build a relationship with Tara and a SA since we were new to the city and have been looking for a well respected local jeweler 2) By a timepiece for myself 3) Upgrade my wife's diamond ring Now, we were not able to accomplish number 2 or 3. But that the experience I had was top notch.

I was greeted by Victor and he was extremely friendly and attentive to us. I told him exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond in assisting me. I only wanted to accomplish number 1 on this day. Which I had did. For me to purchase the timepiece might take months due to limitations, but I will not go to another Rolex AD to purchase it. I will continue to contact with Victor and continue to a build a relationship with him and the Tara family!

I was referred to Scott at Tara Fine Jewelry Co. by a family member and he exceeded all expectations. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to do business with. This was my first time visiting Tara Fine Jewelry and from the moment I arrived I received excellent customer service. My sales associate Tia gave us many options to choose from for diamond bands. The store manager Mike came over and took the time to get to know my fiance and I, and made sure that our experience at Tara was going well. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of their jewelry and watches. I would definitely recommend Tara fine jewelry!

My son and I stopped in to check out their Rolex and Tudor selection. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for in-stock. But that didn't diminish my experience in the least. I spoke with Tia and Mike. They were super accommodating and answered all of my questions. They even let my son try on a lovely Tudor! He was elated and thought it was awesome. I plan on doing business with Tara as soon as they have the watch I want available.

Reached out to purchase a timepiece and was immediately connected with Eddie who was as down to earth, honest, and fully transparent as possible. I soon worked with Sunny, Tracey, and the entire staff, and all were courteous and extremely helpful. Not once did I feel like I was being "sold" to. Highly recommend Tara and their entire staff for any of your timepiece and jewelry needs.

The diamond fell out of my engagement ring (from another jeweler!) and I didn't trust the original jeweler to do the repairs as this was the second time the setting broke. By some miracle I found the diamond(!) and did some research and Tara Fine Jewelry was highly recommended. I called them up and Tracey helped me through the entire process! She looked at the ring and the stone and immediately saw the problem was the center diamond (which belonged to my husbands grandmother) was far too big for the setting the original jeweler sold my husband. Tracey found a beautiful diamond that's the appropriate size for my setting and helped me find a beautiful new setting for grandma's diamond which I now wear on my right hand. Thank you so much Tracey! We'll definitely be coming to Tara for all our future jewelry needs.

Tara Fine Jewelry gave me an experience of a lifetime. I was looking to purchase a new diamond ring for my wife, we celebrated our 26 wedding anniversary. Melita and Tia are the epitome of what customer service should be. They asked questions regarding my wife, they showed genuine care for the time I took looking for a ring. I was introduced to Eddie and Mike they educated me on how to choose the right diamond very meticulous and patient.

Wonderful service with no pressure. Our good friends are regulars here and always speak highly of the business. We were looking to replace my wife's wedding ring and came here and were greeted by Victor. We certainly weren't looking at the big dollar items and Victor made us feel very comfortable and stuck within our price range. We had some trade in jewelry and were very pleased with what they offered.

My wife is so happy with her new ring. That's probably the last piece of jewelry I'll ever buy for my wife but if it wasn't, I'd for sure go straight back to Tara. And I'm just kidding Kimberly, darling, love of my life, that won't be the last piece of jewelry.

Not one to leave a lot of reviews, never really, but over the last couple years I have been so please with Tara I felt I owed them a public "Kudos" on their service and selection. Of course lots of shops "have inventory" but not having to worry about the quality of what your purchasing is the main reason why we go to Tara.quality for the right price.

For the wife and I the main thing that sets Tara apart is customer service. The staff knows their customers, there is zero pressure sales people and they treat you with so much respect. I've been to all the "big chain" shops in Atlanta and I always feel like I'm being given the "3rd degree" or judged/treated based on how I dressed that day. I've been in Tara with a suit on as well as t-shirt and "flip-flops" in the summer.same treatment. Having said the above the biggest part about the customer service is that it is a place you can go a dozen times to look at things, ask questions, think about that "big" purchase with zero stress.

They never make you feel dumb for asking questions which I love. They want to help.they WANT you to feel comfortable with your purchase with zero pressure. I only wish I would have shopped at Tara years ago when I bought my engagement ring.ugh such high pressure experiences at other places. Finally I'm a big lover and owner of watches and from Tudor to Tag Heuer to Rolex they are an Authorized Dealer.

Tara fine jewelry is the best in town. it's clean, neat, and extremely organized. They have the utmost professional SA in the city. Special thanks to Tracey for being so friendly and helpful during the whole process. She is extremely knowledgeable and never try to hard sell me anything. It's always about my best interest as a customer. Needless to say, I found my go-to store for all my future jewelry needs. 110% recommended!

We originally came in to have two stones in my engagement ring replaced with lighter stones. They replaced them with lighter, but severely SCRATCHED stones. We returned upset due to the mistake. They apologized for the error and replaced the stones again but this time they were not the color we had picked out. We went back to try and fix it again and the conversation didn't go very well. Upset, I posted a review detailing what I felt like happened.

Then my husband called and they offered to try and find the right stones or offer other solutions. I promptly removed the negative review hoping we could make things right peacefully. When my husband went back in and tried to come up with a solution that would make me happy, a man (edit: Eddie) confronts him over the negative review. Among other things, he told my husband stuff like he would hunt us down, figure out who we are, and come after us.

It was frightening, but we have done nothing wrong and we tried to come up with a solution peacefully until the threats started. After the threats they still wanted to do business but we refused and wanted a refund. We accepted a full refund and our original ring was returned to us in its original condition. My complaint is only for the way we were treated and threatened.

I do appreciate the refund and the fact that he was at one point willing to fix the mistakes. Mistakes happen sometimes and we would have been happy if it was fixed without threats. After having been threatened and still posting this review, I would simply like to mention the Consumer Review Fairness Act. This is just my honest opinion of what happened and I in no way intend to defame this business (or anyone associated with it) or harm it in any way.

If you love fine jewelry, this may be the place for you. Edit: I just want to point out the condescending nature of the reply. Unless you plan on spending big money, I don't think this place treats people with respect. I think that's a common theme in some of the negative reviews.

One of the best places for jewelry in GA. They have amazing selections and the place is very clean. All staffs are very professional, friendly and openly chat with you on pretty much any subjects. Big shout out to my SA, Tracey for being so amazing and helping with my purchases. Second time bought from her and third time overall purchase from Tara's fine jewelry. I recently visited this store and was pleasantly surprised with the selection and the amazing help we had. They are very informative and teach you about diamonds so you can make an educated purchase. Eddie is a very kind man who provides a no pressure buying atmosphere. I highly recommend going here!

Picked up two different semi hard to get time pieces Daytona and a black bay 58. Really enjoy both watches a lot! Never felt rushed and I don't dress the part but didn't feel that I was being judged for it. Much appreciated. I'll definitely be hoping to hear from Tracy and Eddie to add to my growing watch collection. They have a solid selection would recommend anyone looking for a watch this is the spot to go!

Tara Fine Jewelry is the go to if you are looking for a great customer experience. Mike Sterner is always a pleasure to deal with and is very attentive with his customers. They have a very helpful, family like attitude at the store that is a real joy to experience. We were recommended this amazing jeweler in 1995 by our retiring family jeweler, Moody's in Decatur. We can't say enough about Buddy and his amazing, knowledgeable staff. We have purchased multiple priceless pieces from them. We have moved all over the country from Los Angeles to Dallas to Tampa and keep traveling all the distance to Tara.

They are so trustworthy. We had my original engagement set remade custom, and they did a beautiful job. We just purchased my 30th anniversary eternity band this past weekend. We couldn't be happier. They are worth the drive from anywhere, including cross country! Thank you Victor, Mike, and Buddy for all the wonderful years of service.

I've purchased watches here a few years back. Eddie and his staff took great care of me and even followed up to make sure there were no issues. More recently, we went back for some diamond stud earrings for my wife. Victor walked me through the details (who knew there were so many options) and helped her pick out ones that she really loved. The staff were personable and the experience was truly pleasant, even for the kids (one of the staff even brought out some toy superhero rings for them). For these types of purchases, I think that expertise and great customer service matter a lot, and I would not hesitate to give Tara my highest recommendation.

Went in to sell some jewelry, which is hard enough. They were rude, and derogatory. I will never go back. Took my pieces up the road and was treated with respect and got over double the amount Tara offered.

Great place for fine jewelry. They are always quick to accommodate my needs. The selection is breathtaking and you will most likely never see anyone else wearing your piece. The pricing can be high however the beauty and sparkle is there nonetheless. I love this place and wish I had an unlimited budget!
