The staff is very friendly and polite to all the costumers! I would suggest Suhani & Karishma who can guide you appropriately and are very genuine & experienced!

Overall good! I think the prices are competitive but I got different quotes when I spoke to different salespeople (the second quote was higher for the same product). But everyone was nice and they were very accommodating!

It took the owner a few days to see my email regarding the lack of customer service concern following the sale. As I previously stated, they were willing to work with me on a return of some jewelry that was unsuitable for me and now I have a very nice bracelet that fits and I know the silver portion is rhodium on 22 KT gold and I am very pleased with my necklace.

The owner said they had issues with junk emails and were sorry to have missed my original email, he said in the future a phone call would always be best, wish they had an 800 number. I am breathing deep again from my "fists of fury" episode and have regained the trust one puts in a company. Rick

The saleswoman was the WORST! The lady must have not have had her coffee yet, she did not want to work today. The laziest customer service ever. I asked to see a few jewelry but had to assert myself to actually see it, otherwise she would tell me it's similar to the one I'm seeing. She did not know what she was talking about, just guessing prices and gold weight. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I had a great experience at Meena's jewelers. After shopping at a few other nearby jewelers, we ended up here and wish we had came here first. They had a large selection of rose gold bangles which we were in search for. Customer service was excellent and we ended up with a great price we were happy with.

My all time favorite place to go for authentic gold jewelry and I love the fact that they cater to both the older generation and mine. My mom gets her fix of yellow gold while I get my antique and rose gold. They are very courteous and hospitable as well. I was able to get all my wedding jewelry from there and they were able to come to a price that was budget friendly as well. I would recommend this place everyone for sure.

Unfortunately, I recieved a shipment of empty boxes filled with paper towels. The owner Mr. Alex A.K.A Sikander Shahbuddin is a liar and he steals money from the online customers. I have filed a police report and a lawsuit in the Georgia Court of Appeals. The initial Case No. 16CV5120 was filed in the Superior Court of Dekalb County, GA.

Meena jewelers had something for everyone The designs range from simple and elegant to ornate; the prices also have a good range leaving many options. I purchased a great pair of simple Hoop earrings for everyday use and a pair of studs for a glamorous night out. This family run business is friendly and exceptionally helpful (they provide great advice!) I highly recommend stopping in here - I want to note that this store has both Indian styles and designs that are more universal. I am not Indian and was looking for non- Indian patterns and I was very satisfied with the options.

I and my family had a great experience at the Meena jewelers store in Decatur near Atlanta Ga They have the best collection and very good service. I would definitely recommend that you visit and compare the selection and prices with other stores and I am sure you will not be disappointed; I would think that If they had more sales persons it will help there business, even tough we got exceptional service and attention occasionally the sales person helping us was leaving us to help others, but we did not mind that.

We almost spent 10-15 hours at their store in 3 days to finalize our selections and negotiate the price. I am a very sure I have got the best jewellery at the best price as I also check the purity and designing in India and we got a lots and lots of compliments and were given good report on the purity. Bought some items form this store a number of times. All products i received were in good condition. Items are delivered within a week. If lucky you can find some good and unique items in the clearance section which is a deal. I feel the prices are a bit higher than Malani.

Great pricing and as lovely selection of 24 karat Indian jewelry just like they have back home. I was appalled and disgusted as the treatment my beau and I received at Malani Jewelers next to Ruby Beauty so I started patronizing Meena instead. Cute selection of jet bands for baby girls and boys as well. Also have adjustable gold bangles to fit newborns. Will be buying a lot from them for my baby.
