I am pleased with the service that I received from Chelsea and the other staff at Fernbaugh's Diamonds. They have helped me repair a broken necklace and suggested an extension to prevent future breaks. They also sized my wedding band that I had been unable to wear for a while so that I could wear it again. Chelsea has been so helpful and I appreciate her 'can do' attitude. I would recommend Fernbaugh's to anyone for jewelry needs.

When I first moved to the area and wanted to buy some chains, someone recommended Fernbaugh's. I bought three, have worn them daily, and they have stood up well in spite of them being fine; so I knew they were of good quality.,W hen I I was looking for another, I returned. I also had several old pieces in need of repair. I had a delightful shopping experience with their sales rep, Chelsea. She was patient with all my questions, offered useful suggestions, was personable and cheerful through a lengthy process. She is definitely a "gem" in this jewelry store!

I had two yellow gold rings that were polished and then dipped in rhodium and they turned out just beautiful! I also had a man's ring that was polished and partially dipped in rhodium, to keep the yellow gold and silver finish. They also fixed the prongs on his ring that holds diamonds. It turned out perfect and back to its original beauty. My husband was pleased beyond words. Thank you to Fernbaugh's for taking such good care of our rings! They turned out amazing!

Needed a new chain for my very old necklace. The girl that took care of me was extremely helpful, attentive to my needs with no pressure to "upsell". Service was fast. The chain is beautiful. It allows the crystal cube to stand out and be the star! Would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and great service. I explained to the jewelry what I had in mind for a special bday for my daughter. She showed me several options but I didn't purchase at that time. I left the store and continued to think about it and returned about 15 minutes later and explained how I wanted it designed and walked out with it in a matter of minutes

I took both my girls to get their ears pierced here. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind and professional. I was really impressed with the follow up a few weeks later when they checked on us to see how the girls ears are healing. Great local business

Highly recommend going to Fernbaughs Diamonds! They have BEAUTIFUL jewelry for amazing prices! Absolutely love the people there always friendly and happy. Great service. They do an amazing job at cleaning jewelry, fixing broken pieces and even making new ones. My husband took a ring and a cross from a necklace and had them put the cross on the ring and they did absolutely phenomenal. Looks like my husband bought the ring already like that! Absolutely love that place!
