Images will make you whatever you want to your spec, treat you with respect, and communicate in a formal and timely fashion. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

We had a custom wedding ring made from existing loose diamonds and diamonds removed from her broken wedding ring. We visited numerous jewelry stores and "Images Jewelry" was by far the most knowledgeable, helpful, and capable. Bryan was very friendly and made the process simple with their custom designers. They performed all the custom work in house and the finished product was beautiful! My wife loves it!

Took jewelry to images jewelers and their GIA appraiser said it was worth 3 thousand dollars and that's what they offered me for it. Took same jewelry to a pawn shop in South bend and they offered me 11 thousand dollars. I will never do business with them. The pawn shop was going to give me 8 thousand dollars more. My only wish is that I could have given them 0 stars. They are located on Bristol street across from North Side middle school. Located at 300 E Bristol street. I will never be a customer of them.

I went into images with only a small idea of the gift that I wanted to purchase. Before I left I had the perfect gift and at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I visited several jewelry stores in the Michiana area. Everyone had the same basic designs. I wanted something unique that not everyone would have. On our first visit to Images we were impressed by how welcome we felt. Shawn took the time to show us many unique designs. He made it clear that he didn't want to sell me a ring- he was there to assist me as I explored options and designs.

I can't begin to describe what an awesome process Kelly created during the development of a beautiful pendant. I help a family whose father has Lewy Body Dementia and over the last few weeks the father has been having a beautiful season of mostly clear moments. which, in itself, is amazing. And during his clarity it became very important for him to build a piece of jewelry for his wife of 50+ years.

He had specific detail he desired. With his sometimes moments of cloudiness, he wanted several changes over the process. Kelly took each change in stride, always emphasizing the importance of the perfect piece for the family. Kelly was patient, kind, and filled with grace, as the perfect piece was designed! I can't begin to say thank you enough for the compassion and care that Kelly gave! I reached out Images to design a custom pendant in yellow gold and diamonds. I had contacted several different healers and ultimately went with Images due to their prompt, professional service and very reasonable pricing. Kelly was so easy to work with and my pendant arrived within 24 hours of shipping. It was packaged beautifully and the pendant was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Amazing work and service! I just received my custom made logo pendant necklace and I am so impressed! They did flawless work and kept me updated the entire time throughout the process. Kelly was amazing as a designer and was super kind and accommodating. Their pricing is higher than I would have liked BUT they are worth every penny. The piece is high quality.

They sent my necklace promptly and provided a very well packaged product. They included insurance, certificate, jewelry cloth and a hand written letter by Kelly which was a very nice touch. You can tell they care about their work and quality is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

First, let me state that I am no relation to nor am I an employee of Images Jewelers. I have not nor do I expect anything of value for my review. Being Irish and married to an Irish lady, I am a Notre Dame Football fan! While watching the ND and USC game, a short video section came on that attempted to explain some of the traditions that existed between the two schools, including the Jeweled Shillelagh.

The video also showed that the favorite jewelry company, the "Official Jewellers of Notre Dame University" is Images of Elkhart, IN. Throughout the many year rivalry, the Shillelagh has been adorned with either a Shamrock with an Emerald colored stone, or the Trojan Helmet with a red Sapphire like stone, depending on which team won that years contest.

After seeing that short clip, I began doing my research in preparation for my Shamrock purchase! Monday morning I called Images and spoke with Shawn who, after hearing what I wanted and when I needed it, assigned my piece to Kelly, a true gentleman and artisan. Kelly was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Kelly and I discussed precisely what I wanted and with that, the creation of my Shamrock began.

Later that day I received a rendering by email. It was perfect and beautiful. A few days later, I received photographs and I was notified that the piece was ready, with a 18" chain. Well, it arrived today, boxed and wrapped and it is beautiful! Included in the box was my appraisal. I gave it to my wife and it looks great on her. I explained the significance and how I decided on that piece.

The shamrock has a Columbian Emerald.very pretty. The hand written letter in the box was a special touch, and I will buy from them again. It's been along time since I experienced a customer service experience like this. Bravo! You guys are awesome. Mark Byrne Nashville, TN

I inherited one diamond earring from my grandmother and was looking for a matching stone. My sister inherited the other earring and wanted the stone placed in a pendant setting. We worked with Shawn over the course of a week to find exactly what we both wanted. He kept us up to date every step of the way on ordering, setting, and doing the engravings we requested was going.

We were both thrilled with how our pieces turned out and the quality of customer service. I do not live in state but will absolutely make the trek back next time I'm considering purchasing jewelry.

Images has been a life saver for pretty much every occasion. Anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas. I usually go in lost, just wanting that exact right gift.and I leave with something perfect. It's been a go to place and my wife is always thrilled. Shawn and the team are very knowledgeable, service is always great and the selection is good.

If they don't have it, they can order it. Also - the rock and fossil collection is way cool. Not necessarily for sale but really cool to look at. Like fossilized Dinosaur poop. Moon rocks, asteroids, etc. Worth a visit for sure.

Great customer service! My 85 year old grandma went there with her friend and they offered to clean her earrings. She said she couldn't get them out and they had been in for a very long time. They took them out for her and cleaned them. They didn't have to do that for someone who wasn't even buying anything. I will definitely go there for my next jewelry purchase.

The Experience with Images was the worst Ever with ANY store I've EVER been in. I feel they profiled me from the time i walked into the store, Im tattooed from the waist up. I waited for 15-20 minuets to even be asked for help! Once asked they where very rude and not helpful as if they did not want my business. After being treated this way i made my out the Door NEVER to return!

I had $8000.00 In my pocket that i took to Van Horne Jewelers and gladly Spent with an Excellent experience. Also Images is in a rather bad area of town! I would not feel safe walking out the doors as Elkhart Indiana has a rather high crime rate!

My Fiance surprised me with a breathtaking custom designed sapphire engagement ring, made complete by the details of the delicate antique band, it was perfect for me and fit my personality so wonderfully. My ring truly is my pride an joy. I also appreciate being able to stop in and have it cleaned and inspected at any time. The service and attention we received and have continued to receive since purchasing it has been second to none. So thankful to have such talented jewelers and wonderful service so close to home!

Images jewelers is a Awful Jewelry shop! the owner shawn was very nasty with me after me Custom Jade ring fell apart after 2 weeks of Wear. come to find out the Jade they used should have never even been use in this Design! Shawn Refused to refund my $$$$ and told me i was a LIAR, that i broke the ring. His Father stepped in after he had actually did some leg work to find out the Jade was low end and should no be used to make a ring like this. worst experiance EVER at any Jewlery store. they are also located in Elkhart In which is very Ghetto and they have been robbed at gun point a few times. not a place ill be shopping at in the future :

Purchased a engagement ring for my lovely bride to be from Images. Worked with Shawn on the custom design on a daily basis for one month. He provided multiple options, concepts in a very timely manner and allowed me the time I needed to choose the perfect ring. Most of this interaction was done via email and it was more efficient than I could have asked for.

My fiance was so impressed with the ring she is leaning towards having them design her wedding band. Again, all this from 1000 miles away from their store. Recommend you consider them for your jewelry needs.

They care about what you think and will do anything they can to make you happy. Just a look at their gallery online will show you that they really do produce absolutely beautiful pieces. I have some older rings from my great-grandmother that are too large for me and need some general cleaning up, and I will be taking them to Images for restoration. Great place with great people!
