I am a goldsmith but do not have all of the tools and time to do my own custom work, so I work directly with Jewel Craft to make it easy for me and perfect for my clients. If I need a shank that is 2.35mm wide and provide my own diamonds, Jewel Craft follows all of my design details and makes the ring 2.35mm wide and sets the diamonds to perfection.Their customer service and quality of work is why we have been using Jewel Craft for over 15 years.

Every interaction with Alyssa is negative, curt, and unpleasant.leaves one wondering why she is in customer service. Aside from these encounters, we are pleased with the workmanship.

Absolute disaster. A warranty company I have for a necklace uses this place only. Sent in a 14k white gold chain for a repair that was all stretched out. They replaced it with a sterling silver chain and claimed that this was the same type of chain that came with my necklace when my fiance purchased it. It's not even the same type/style/metal of chain I sent off to them.

They even sent a picture to the warranty company of what they received from me. Surprise surprise. It's not even the necklace I sent them in the first place. Tried to say that jewelers will sell a white gold pendant necklace with a sterling silver chain that was valued at over $1500. Come on now. Seriously? All I wanted was my broken chain fixed.

Now I'm stuck here without a chain for a pendant that my fiance paid quit a bit of money for all because of this POS company. Of course whatever I said didn't matter as well. Stay as far away from this company as possibly unless you want to be robbed.

I sent my ring in to be repaired and received the same ring back UNTOUCHED when I spoke with Nick and Chris I was told I would have to start the repair process all over again with horrible customer service and they refused to show proof that the ring was repaired.

Unfortunately, we have to report that working with Jewel Craft was not as smooth as they pitched. While working with them to produce our jewelry line, they lost 4 of our original pieces. Our production did not come out as preferred, but we understand that a manufacture might not come out as well done as handmade. We were willing to look past it slightly. However, the end result of their production left us having to finish pieces, which was not efficient. Therefore, we could not continue to work with Jewel Craft.

No compensation for losing the originals we handmade and sent in was ever extended. Multiple shipping errors occurred as well. There was no communication when packages would be shipped or tracking information sent prior to shipping which is a real concern. They worked on their own time with little communication.

I have been in the Jewelry business for over 40 years. This is a very talented and superior company. If you recognize fine work then I would highly recommend them.

It's always a pleasure to work with my friends at Jewel-Craft. They are the go-to for all things repair and manufacturing in the jewelry business and I wouldn't send my customers anywhere else. Kudos to you JCI!

We purchased my engagement ring at International diamond jewelers and I didn't check at the time when my fiance surprised me with it at dinner however they placed a guard inside my ring to maintain the size as I requested however they failed to properly ensure they checked for flaws. My ring had what looks like 5 water stains that can't be cleaned off at the jewelry store. Terrible quality control check. Make sure you check with your local jeweler if they use this company and steer the hell away from this company touching your jewelry.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My fiance ordered my ring offline and it was supposed to be a 5.5. When he proposed to me, I was so excited that I didn't even notice it was a bit too big. I went to my work( I am QC Inspector for a jewelry manufacturer) and measured it. It was a 5.75. I sent it to them for them to size to a 5.5, they sent it back saying it was already a 5.5.

I sent it back saying no it wasn't. When the ring came back, it was sized to a 6! At this point I was FURIOUS. I sent it back AGAIN. When it came back it was STILL a 6. So, I decided one more time to send it back. This time when it came back, it was between a 5.5 and a 5.75. I asked the lady at JcPenney if I could just take it to my work and get it fixed, because I had someone from JcPenney already tell me I could.

She got an attitude and I asked to speak to the manager, he never wanted to come out and help so I decided to get my fiance's money back and I am currently getting a ring through my work. JEWEL CRAFT IS A JOKE AND I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. FOR THE RING TO BE SENT TO THEM THAT MANY TIMES AND THEY CANNOT GET THE SIZE RIGHT, THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. ILL BE DARNED IF I EVER SEND OUT SOMETHING LIKE THAT WHERE I WORK. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

I have been in the jewelry business close to 40 years. I am a designer and a Graduate Gemologist G.I.A. I luckily used the services of this long-standing company to make my design to exacting standards. They delivered a superior product, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. Bravo, Jewel-Craft. You have made an extremely detailed, particular designer very happy. I commend your staff.
