I purchased a watch from Topper online, and received it promptly. However, I was having an issue with the time keeping on the time piece. I was able to mail it back to Topper for repair, which was covered under the warranty. Service was excellent after the sale, the watch was returned to me in a timely manner, and runs well!

I recently purchased a Longines Spirit Titanium from Topper Jewelers and could not be happier with the transaction. I worked closely with Heba who patiently responded to my many questions, which spanned the course of several weeks. I had a certain amount of trepidation buying an expensive watch online, but Heba was most helpful and the process was seamless. I'm very pleased with the Longines and look forward to working with Heba and Topper Jewelers again.

I have bought two watches from Heba at Topper in the past two months. First sale went well, but the second not so great. However, Topper stepped right up and demonstrated excellent customer service. I had asked the the watch bracelet be sized and it was not. Heba and Topper offered to send me a label, but I had already had it sized the afternoon I got it (watchmaker is a good friend). Then, they refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. Been buying and selling watches for 25 years and Topper is a trustworthy dealer to do business with for your watch needs. Rob and Jay are some of the kindest, most responsive people I've ever dealt with. Topper has to be the best watch store in the Bay, and if they carry brands you're interested in, there's no one better. It truly feels like a family.

If JLC is the watchmakers watch, then Toppers is the watchshoppers shop. Joe is my personal SA, but every single employee doesn't just know their product, they are fanatical about the love and appreciation of horology. They are collectors themselves. Ask Joe K. about any piece in the store (any brand), and he will tell you about the movement, power reserve, history etc.

One time when I was inquiring about a particular complication, he actually had the integrity to suggests looking at a piece they don't even carry. That's pure class. Usually you have to choose between great service and competitive pricing, but at Toppers you always get both.

My wife and I walked in without an appointment and were immediately greeted by Joe K. He showed us the watches we were looking for and answered any and all questions we had. Joe was nothing but professional and courteous to our needs. The few hours we spent there felt like minutes. He is not just a sales person but is also a watch enthusiast. It was pleasure to deal with him that day.

I don't like the idea of buying luxury watches online but Topper had stock of what I was looking for and good reviews, so I decided to bite the bullet. Having read horror stories of online luxury watch purchases, I was pleasantly surprised when my watch arrived. Topper certainly lived up to their reputation -- the watch was promptly shipped to me in two days and very carefully packaged.

Their staff answered all of my questions over the phone. Besides the virtual aspect of an online purchase, Topper provided me with the same quality of service as my trusted local jeweler. I would definitely purchase from them again if another opportunity arose.

I've worked with Heba in the past, great communication and updates - purchased my first GS with her help! I just went back to purchase my second GS and worked with Joseph! I traded in a couple of watches, he was really easy to work with and the pricing was very fair! Purchased G-shock at Topper Fine Jewelers last year. Didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but found another one I like (which I daily, considering my line of work). Love the watch, will be back. Next one hopefully will be a Grand Seiko down the line.

Heba is the best; ask for her. Bought a lot of watches here. Always great. They have always helped me when needed with follow up or odd requests.

I live in the area and have bought, ordered, and sold many pieces here with excellent customer service over dozens of visits, emails, and phone calls over 3 years of going down the rabbit hole. Can't wait until they open their new (and much larger) space across the street!

I've been looking for a Seiko Springdrive for a long time and i thought i'd found The One with the SNR049 limited edition Sky. i made an appointment with Topper to have a look. They were super helpful and left me to play with the watch with no pressure. When i found i just did not like the watch in person they were cheerful and did not try to push some other watch my way.

Later i came across some reviews of the Prospex LX SNR027 and it really grabbed my attention. Back to Topper to play with that one and compare it to some other fancy watches. i ended up working with Jay and lamented that, while i really liked this particular LX, i preferred the rubber strap on the SNR031. Jay suggested that Topper could order that strap and include it as part of a very compelling deal.

So now i have a watch made as well as a watch can be made with nothing more ostentatious on the dial than 'SEIKO'. The shopping experience could not have been better and i could not be more delighted.

Had fantastic service with both Rob and Russ. Originally was trying to get a Seiko Diver, but had issues with two different examples, so they allowed me to return it. Russ even spent 20 minutes with me as I showed him the issue I was having. Months later, even though the Seiko didn't work out, I remembered how they went out of their way for me to have a good experience, with so I made a trip to trade it two pieces towards a Bond Omega.

They offered a fair price for the trade ins which were comparable to other estimates I had received online. I didn't know they were closed on Mondays, but when I called that day, Rob graciously allowed me to come in even though they were usually closed. It wasn't a red carpet per say, since there was nothing on display, but he really made me feel like a VIP since I was the only customer in the store, and he offered to let me borrow a loupe and lume flashlight to spend as long as I wanted examining the piece.

They really took my opinions seriously, and I even got to talk some serious Star Wars with Rob. I will go out of my way to shop for my next Omega here based on the spectacular level of service I experienced at Topper.

I came to the store because I read very good reviews about it on a watch forum. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by someone even though they were helping another customer. It was nice to be acknowledged. I went to the Omega section because I was interested in trying on an Omega speedmaster. Truth be told, I was really only coming in to try it on and see it in person. Kit helped me and was very knowledgeable and helpful, she didn't pressure me and was patient with me looking at the watch. Rob, came out to greet me as well and we had some nice conversations.

He eventually presented me with a VERY compelling offer for the watch. Long story short because of them, I walked out of the store with a brand new Omega Speedmaster Professional and was extremely pleased with the whole experience, very very glad I made the choice to go to this AD instead of buying it online or second hand!

This place is as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. My wife and I purchased a Czapek watch from Topper. We worked with Jay and Russell. This was our first purchase from this store. Good things in no particular order: - Our questions and concerns, even though very minor, were addressed in a professional manner. For example, Jay and Russell went above and beyond in making sure we were fully satisfied with the length of the strap, among other things. - We received nice and thoughtful gifts with the purchase. - The store was very accommodating to our 9 month old baby. - We never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. We were able to try many different watches over multiple visits to the store.

I purchased an Omega Seamaster from Topper's website that was listed under their "Pre-Owned Select" section. The condition was described in great detail, with multiple supporting photos of the exact watch for examination. I had been looking for a SM for quite some time, and while open to buying pre-owned, I was a bit leery of doing so - especially via a private sale.

So coming across this listing with an established jeweler really put my mind at ease. Once I decided it was "the one" I placed the order. Given what else was out on the market at the time, I feel like the price was excellent. There was a 10% code listed on the item page! Going through the checkout process, I ran in to another bonus - WA state sales tax was not added! Savings of another 10%! Whoa, 2nd day air shipping also included!

There really wasn't anything else I could ask for. So Saturday morning, April 3rd, I pulled the trigger. I wasn't sure what to expect from there. A lot of retailers throw in days for "order processing" so I was mentally preparing myself to not see any sort of order update till mid week. Well, Monday about 1pm I received an email with UPS tracking information. Expected delivery, Wednesday the 7th.

I had it in my hands before 11am today. So less than 3 business days and it was in my hands. Amazing. All of this and I haven't even gotten to the watch yet! The watch is absolutely FLAWLESS. I couldn't find a single knick, scratch, or other imperfection. The package was 100% complete with both inner and outer boxes, manual, pictogram/master chronometer/warranty cards, and even the Omega pouch in the box.

The stickers were still on the case back, as well as in the clasp. This literally could have been sold to me as new and I would not have bat an eye. As if this review didn't make it obvious, I am 1 million percent happy with the purchase! tl:dr version: - Great price - Super fast delivery - Flawless product I can see how/why Topper has been around as long as they have. I'm already looking forward to the next time I have reason to come to them!

Rob, And Kit at Topper are outstanding. I went in wanting to pick up a Rado for a colleague, and possibly a Grand Seiko for myself. The Rado was a super easy deal and the best price I have seen anywhere in the Bay and online. Topper has an awesome selection of Grand Seiko's. Rob & Kit were very patient showing me 4-5 Grand Seiko models. However, they did not have in stock the model I really want (SBGA413).

Before wrapping up, I decided to explore the new speedy pro's. I've been avoiding Omega for quite a while, due to the plethora of limited edition models and large sizes. However, Omega has done a great job with the 2021 speedmaster professional line. In sum, I came in for a Grand Seiko and walked out with a gift for a colleague, and a very beautiful speedmaster for myself. An excellent experience at Topper, and I will certainly be back again, Rob.

This review is on behalf of my boyfriend who purchased a brand new Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. Before Topper, my boyfriend was able to secure a deal with CH Premier in San Jose for almost 20% off. We wanted to go around one last time to see if we could get an even better deal. Here at Topper, we met Kit! She is extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Kit was not pushy at all and let my boyfriend take his time to look at the watch before making any decisions.

After going back and forth, she helped us message her manager a few times, and just moments later, he was actually able to get a better deal than CH Premier! He quickly sealed the deal and they offered complimentary sizing that could be complete on the same day. Excellent service here at Topper! 5/5!

My husband wanted a watch winder for his birthday, and he sent me a specific link to a winder that's found at Topper. I've actually been to Topper about three times this year. My husband recently became interested in real watches, so he started using his Apple Watch only for exercise, and he started his watch collection. Every time I've been in the store, the employees have been kind and attentive. You'd expect employees at a jewelry store in the Burlingame/Hillsborough area to have a snooty aloofness about them, but that's never been the case here. Russ has helped my husband, listened to him, and helped him pick out a watch.

A couple of days before my husband's birthday, I called asking about the watch winder and I was told it was in stock. I rushed over the day of the birthday, and asked for the winder. Russ helped me out; he said he had customer return but he didn't want to sell me something that might have a flaw. He sold me one of the last new winders. I like the vibe at Topper, and I will be coming back for a Christmas gift. I appreciate the service and the attentiveness. They've got a returning customer in me!
