My honey recently bought my engagement ring from The Jewlery Exchange and I absolutely looove it! It is absolutely gorgeous! We appreciate all the help from Gino during this process, he was very informative, kind and provided excellent customer service! highly recommend this place!

You know a jeweler is garbage when they won't even back back their diamonds! Staff is rude. Go to the diamond district! They have a buy back guarantee because they know their diamonds are LEGIT and can be resold. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you want to end up with a worthless hunk of junk!

Jewelry Exchange - Villa Park 10 minutes ago This business is a complete FRAUD! They stole my bracelet! From the store to the Corporate off CEO they are crooked and need to be prosecuted. They lie and they pass you off from salesperson to salesperson with no one being honest to accountable. I took my 4.95 carat bracelet to have all of the links reinforced. Wore my bracelet twice and it broke.

So therefore they took my money and didn't do the repairs. Fast forward 4/2022 I took my bracelet back to them and told them my bracelet broke again after they supposedly repaired it. They took my bracelet back in for repairs. 4/26 I called and checked on the status of my repairs. Two days later, I received a call from Kathy the manager telling me that my bracelet was lost.

They told me I can come and pick one up or they would make one exactly like mine but they would get back with me in a week or so. When they got back in touch with me after about two weeks, they told me my bracelet was ready, so I was not given an option to pick one out. Went to pick the bracelet up, it was missing the safety chain. So bracelet had to be sent out again for the safety chain another 2-4 weeks.

When I finally went to pick the bracelet up, the frame of the bracelet was very small the diamonds looked very tiny and they included a very long thin safety chain. It appeared to be a child's bracelet. Called corporate talked to Mark Doddridge who stated that the frame of the bracelet was much smaller than my original one and to send it back ASAP.

So you see, they knowingly tried to deceive me. Mark stated that due to the year that I purchased my bracelet in 2005 that they no longer carried that frame and that if he had to give me a 7-8 carat bracelet no expenses to me he would to compensate for my losses. They did have my exact frame in the store but they were unwilling to put the 4.95 carat diamonds in the frame.

After that date Mark stopped taking my calls and I spoke with Moein, and Gino. The two stated that they were willing to make me a different design or I could go in the store and pick out one. I was unwilling to take a different design. I went in the store and picked out one and they intimidated and bullied me into spending 1532.00 to get my bracelet back otherwise I would not have anything. So their intent was to steal my bracelet and force me into spending a large sum of money or taking one of far less value than my original one.

Thank You to Malena for assisting us in choosing the perfect rings and settings. Malena has on point communication and is determined to find what is best for the client. Belated review. We bought our plain gold wedding rings here in 1999. The price was good: $120. I came back here in 2015, because my ring had become loose on my finger. They resized it while I waited and then it looked as good as new! We would shop here first for any future purchase or repair work.

I had a very complicated cross country situation and Gino expertly walked me through the process, helped me place an order, and had my items delivered to me lighting fast. Gino was nothing but helpful and friendly from our first phone call all the way through our last. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Gino is the reason I would not hesitate recommending The Jewelry Exchange to Family and Friends. Thanks to Gino's knowledge and professionalism I will absolutely be back again.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought a pair of $600 diamond earrings. And I saw a ring that I liked asked for an amethyst stone be mounted in the ring. The salesperson, Maryam, proceeded to show me possible shapes, never once offering information on mounting cost, which are different according to the size of the stone.

After driving to the store 3 times, 25 miles one way, only then was I told that it was going to cost $200 just to mount the ring. I asked to speak to the manager, and 10 minutes later Kathy comes out to speak to me. She did NOTHING to appease me but tell me that even when she sends stuff out for her personal use that she has to pay for it. I'm not against paying for services, but I am against poor customer service.

Miss Marie V.N.B. Is the woman who helped me. My wonderful experience is all because of her. First off, I did not know anything about rings (clarity, color, shape, etc.), and Marie explained everything to me in a very nice way. I was looking for an engagement ring, so I was pretty nervous because I wanted to find the right one. She showed me beautiful rings, and made great suggestions off the rings that caught my eye.

She helped me stay within my budget, while at the same time showing me high quality rings. I left the store with a smile on my face and the perfect ring. Thank you again, Miss Marie.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Gino at The Jewelry Exchange and I could not be happier. The quality of the diamond, and custom setting is incredible. It is such a beautiful piece of jewelry. The price was very reasonable and I feel like I got a great value for what I paid. Lastly, but just as important, the service was fantastic. Gino and I communicated Regulaly through text and email from West Coast to East Coast and that never missed a beat. The ring was delivered well ahead of plan and not a penny over what I was quoted. Made a phone before arriving. Asked if they sold gold earrings backs, was told yes. So I went out of my way to visit the store.(Im visiting from San Francisco) When I arrive. I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring while I was in Italy last summer. Needless to say, I was devastated! When I returned, my very loving husband took me to The Jewelry Exchange to replace the diamond. Harry welcomed us and assisted us in choosing a new diamond. My original diamond was 1 carat but the prices were so reasonable that my husband decided to upgrade my diamond to a 1.25 carat!

It is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sad that I lost my first diamond but I am thrilled with how beautiful my engagement ring is and how it sparkles! Harry was terrific! He was very patient with my wanting to see a large selection and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. We recently returned to have my ring inspected (if I had done that with my first diamond, I would not have lost it!).

We also had my husband's wedding band resized since it had gotten too big on his finger. Once again, we received excellent service! I think her name was Ashley and she was so helpful! She inspected and cleaned my rings, and set up for my husband's ring resizing. When I told her I loved how my ring sparkles, she gave me a container of ring cleaner to use at home! It is so nice to go to a business that not only offers good value but also provides excellent customer service!

Of course I heard of "The Jewelry Exchange in Tustin" from commercials, so I was well aware of their presence for years. I suppose that played a part in why it was the first place that came to mind when I needed a product that related to this business. Arya & Ghadi helped me out and they both were ideal. Just left here. The wife and I popped in to look at a new ring. She's been wearing the same one for like 18 years. We met the homeboy Gary who ended up helping us through our transaction. He was very helpful and patient. The Mrs. Ended up finding a new ring with a fat stone so all is good. We've gotta come back in a week to pickup the build. Thanks Gary. My salesman barely knew their products. Had to keep asking other staff for help. If he was new, someone should have been with him. Didn't really find what I was looking for. It was a perusal but no sale. I will probably go back again. I always start there but never purchase there. Always go somewhere else afterwards for the purchase. A helpful, interested sales person could have made a difference. It did somewhere else!

Today my hubby wanted to bless me with a sizable upgrade on my diamond in my wedding ring and we were paired with sales consultant, MATT NIAKE. So lucky. No pressure, no talking over our heads, because they're not on commission and he was genuinely a nice man. We spent 90 minutes looking for the perfect diamond. He never rushed us. This experience was awesome and we got a great deal for the size of my new diamond too! Very happy with our purchase and the service.

Michelle was extremely helpful with figuring out exactly what we wanted. Great personal service and very accommodating. Editing my review 2 months later. I went to get my rings re-sized and was told I didn't purchase one of them there. I had my receipt. They said the description doesn't match to the ring, and it doesn't have the stamp that shows it is from their store.

I was perplexed. I can't help it if the information was entered incorrectly and the jeweler didn't put the stamp on. Even one of the sales ladies remembered me and my husband from when we purchased them. Their checkout system is very antiquated and it took longer to check out, than it did to pick out my rings when we originally purchased them. I am so disappointed and it felt very odd to me.

It's not like I was asking for a refund or a credit. I was fully expecting to pay for the re-sizing, but they aren't doing repairs to jewelry that isn't purchased there. I felt like they thought I was trying to scam them. Very uncomfortable and they lost my future business.

Buyer beware! Buyer beware! The quality is cheap and prices are very overpriced. Save yourself the trouble and headaches and go somewhere else. When making a large purchase ladies and gentlemen do your research on these jewelry stores, there are so many good places out there and this is not the place. There name is jewelry exchange for a reason, and you will want to exchange the jewelry you purchased and it will not be easy. This place is a scam! Stay safe!

Maryam was awesome, she worked with my husband and I until we found the perfect diamond/ring. It was an upgrade. I was at first hesitant and came across skeptical but she remained patient with me and continued to bring out options until we found the perfect one for us. Even better than we expected. Went here to get a setting for a Ruby. Unfortunately they don't set outside stones. Guess they get their mark up on the stones they make you buy. Wish that would be posted on a website or in all the adds they do. Poor form.

2 of the small halo diamonds have fallen out in the 6 years that I've had my engagement ring. I do not recommend their halo ring settings. The craftsmanship is poor. Not only do the halo diamonds fall out, but the halo diamonds are set too far apart causing dark gaps between each diamond, and the halo setting prongs are rough and catch on everything. I've had my ring inspected once a year since the 1st diamond fell out, and yet I still had a 2nd diamond fall out!

Very disappointing. My friend got her ring from here and had 4 of her halo diamonds fall out. I recommend spending a little more money and going somewhere that does better work.

This is a great location! Michelle was excellent and helped me find a fantastic anniversary gift for my partner. Clean, easy, and efficient. It's my first time here but they definitely just secured a brand new returning customer! Will definitely return.

My husband and I went here to purchase a ring to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The salesman was fine. He listened to what I had in mind and showed me rings according to the description I gave. We looked at a few diamonds and found the right one. It wasn't cheap. We were told we would get a call when the ring was ready for pick up. We never got a call.

We called a day after it was supposed to be ready to check the status and were told they only call if there is a problem or delay. She said if they didn't call it was ready for pick up. When we arrived to pick up the ring the employee in the pick up area seemed annoyed that we were bothering her. I was excited to be picking up my ring and she was so unfriendly and rude that it ruined the experience.

She basically showed us the ring and threw it in the box and that was it.no thank you.nothing. You would have thought we were buying a pack of gum.we do not recommend this place if you are expecting to feel appreciated for your business.

Joe was personable, knowledgeable, and definitely knows all about Jewels & bling. He helped us with everything. The sizing, explained the diamond and it's magnificent beauty. I also replaced a very special ring I lost.

It was 70 years old. Joe explained what kind of ring it was. A Mill Grain ring. Now that's knowledge, and he found one exactly like the one I lost. We worked with Nadia through the entire process and both necklace and ring couldn't be any more perfect! The process and timing were incredibly easy, quick and 100% accurate. Bling. Bling. Bling bling! The Jewelry Exchange is a huge jewelry store that caters to the general public. This is a great place to go if you aren't sure what you are looking for, as they have every kind and style of necklace and ring there is, and every kind of precious stone as well - diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, you name it. They also have custom designers on site that can create whatever vision you have.

They basically have it all. The sky really is the limit - and that includes price. They have some very expensive stuff here, but also more affordable items. They have pre-made items like the rings below, and you can also select loose diamonds or other stones, and build a ring or other piece of jewelry from the ground up. For convenience, it is hard to beat. It is like having a small part of the larger jewelry district in LA in Central OC. They also have their own parking lot. Worth a visit.

Love this place. The Jewelry Exchange in Tustin has the best priced diamonds! For our 5th year wedding anniversary I stopped in and the staff was very helpful and the store was very clean. Covid-19 protections were in place. I left with a much larger diamond that I thought I could afford and my wife loves it. I'll be back for our 10th wedding anniversary.

This place brought my engagement ring back to liiiiiife! I was so distraught when one of my diamonds fell out and was never to be found. : I went to the Jewelry Exchange immediately. It was 10 minutes before closing, but everyone was still so sweet and wanted to help me. They assess your jewelry and give you the price point before you decide if you'd like to get it done.

They don't pressure you to go one way or another, but they definitely let you know what's best for you. I went ahead and decided to get all of my prongs tips redone and get the head replaced. They initially told me it was going to be two weeks, which I understood, but was so happy to find out it was ready within a week! Overall, such a great experience. I've been coming to them for years and I'm so happy they were able to help me! This five-star review is extremely delayed, but definitely well-deserved.
