Paul at Ascot Diamonds has been an amazing help finding the right rings. My fiance picked out my engagement ring here, and he was very impressed by the experience. Paul explained everything and really made the process smooth. We went back to see him to pick out our wedding bands. He took us early for our appointment, and he walked us through all of our options. We were so pleased with the selection of rings. He also cleaned my engagement ring and made sure it fit me just right.

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about my experience with Ascot Diamonds and Daniela! They made the process so enjoyable, smooth, and pain free, on top of that they were very patient with me and all the very specific things I wanted. Even though we went with a different jeweler, our superb experience with Paul deserves a review. During our appointment, Paul made sure to breakdown more than the 4 C's. My husband and I felt like we were in school and appreciated his thorough explanation of what to look for in a diamond to get that brilliance we love to see *wink*. Here I was thinking all you had to know was the 4 C's, but there's more! Paul explained facets, fluoresce, setting (how it's pointed), dimensions of an ideal cut, etc.

We took lots of mental notes and Paul was kind enough to give us a diagram of a diamond with notes of everything he explained. It helped us make a very educated decision moving forward and I cannot thank Paul enough for all the knowledge he instilled! Would highly recommend checking out this location and working with Paul.

All I can say is WOW! Andrea from Ascot walked me through the whole process of custom designing and choosing the perfect diamond for my engagement ring for my girlfriend. She was quick in responses and really knew her stuff. The prices are unbeatable, even compared to blue Nile or James Allen, this was the cheaper option for a higher quality diamond and custom setting. Andrea walked me though the designing process and the ring maker used CAD drawings in which I could critique to best have the exact ring I had in mind. My fiancee is in love with her ring! I had an amazing experience with Dan. My girlfriend (now fiancee) and I searched for and visited many different locations, and Ascot hands down surpasses them all! Dan helped us get exactly the right ring at a reasonable price, and even a nice pair of earrings after the fact. I needed a small stone replaced in my ring and they did a fantastic job! Very reasonable price and fast delivery! When I picked up my ring, they offered to clean my other rings and fixed a loose stone in another ring at no charge. i highly recommend this location and the customer service is amazing!

We had a great experience working with Paul to design my fiance's engagement ring. Paul took the time to teach us what to look for in a diamond and what features to prioritize based on our budget and wish list. We had multiple appointments to customize the ring over the course of a few months and appreciate how flexible Paul was when we pushed back some of our earlier appointments due to COVID. We haven't picked out wedding bands yet but will be reaching out to Paul again since it was a pleasure working with him on the engagement ring.

Madison performed a quick yet thorough appraisal of my engagement ring for insurance purposes. I found and stumbled upon Ascot Diamonds and Daniela Sokolowski online and I'm glad I did! I'm so happy with how it turned out that I decided I had to create a secondary Gmail account just to leave a glowing review so my girlfriend doesn't suspect otherwise! They're located all over the United States, however I was fortunate enough to be paired w/ Daniela out of Ascot Diamonds NYC.

Even though I'm currently located thousands of miles away in Southern California and in the middle of a pandemic, Daniela was able to 100% assist us all over the multiple (and I do mean multiple) phone calls, zoom meetings and long, I mean very long email chains, over 61 in fact. The whole diamond ring buying process can be quite intimidating, however Daniela couldn't make it any easier!

Don't be fooled by not being able to browse their inventory like those other big diamond retailers that rhyme with flames talon or true mile. My suggestion is have an idea of what you're looking for, particularly the 4 C's of diamond buying, band etc. your budget and give her a call ASAP. Their prices, quality and experience exceeds theirs! Daniela assisted me throughout the entire process after I had selected the diamond.

She recommended band designs, metals and the width. Our band was 100% completely custom to a T. Shipping was tracked and next day FedEx shipping from NYC to CA all in one day. Unsure of your loved one's ring size, no worries. Get as close as you possible can guess as they also offer complimentary, first band resizing within 12-months of purchase. I cannot stress how much of peace of mind this was to me!

This place is the real deal! I found ascot jewelers after another jeweler botched a family heirloom piece I was having resized, so I was paranoid about anyone touching it, but the professionals at Ascot Diamonds immediately put my mind at ease. Ascot Diamonds is very high end, and even though my project was small and inexpensive, they treated me like a million dollar customer, working with me on multiple revisions and always saw me right away, even on a walk in basis. I worked directly with Paul at Ascot diamond and my experience was phenomenal. Paul met with me multiple times virtually when I was out of state to help me design the exact ring I wanted to purchase for my fiance. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly responsive and informative. He has great taste and provides his honest opinion. He also helped me find the best price for my diamond and shipped it to the store then worked with me to design a custom ring. I will work with Paul for all future jewelry purchases because his level of service is incredible and he made such a big purchase stress free!

We are over the moon that we chose Ascot. Madison was an absolute GEM. My now fiance was stressed about making a choice (and huge investment) on his own, but Madison quelled his fears and walked us through every step of the process with grace, thoughtfulness and humor. During our very first appointment at any jeweler as a couple, Madison spent over two hours with us walking us through the appropriate vocabulary, choices, price points, and considerations.

She never once tried to upsell us and in fact, talked us down from some pricier choices when they didn't align with what we envisioned for the ring. Madison showed us some loose diamonds that she had on hand and when I couldn't give her more of an opinion than "I like the way this one sparkles, " she knew exactly where to go from there. Madison helped me choose three bands I liked and took notes on what I liked about each diamond (I don't know how, given that I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about), and she and my fiance took it from there.

I didn't see the ring until the proposal, and I was absolutely floored. The way Madison melded everything we liked about our options into one gorgeous ring is beyond what I could have imagined. It is GORGEOUS and our ring shopping experience could not have been more seamless, even in the midst of COVID. We never wasted time at another jeweler, and I'm so glad Ascot was our first and only stop. I completely adore my ring, and I wholeheartedly recommend Madison and Ascot!

WOW. When asked where to take my wedding ring for quality repair a trusted friend recommended Ascot Diamonds. Upon arrival was met with a warm welcome and quickly sat down with repair man on site. He was extremely knowledgeable, meticulous in explaining what needed to be done, provide sincere suggestion to make my ring showcase worthy. Picking it up same day a few hours later, I was speechless.

What workmanship! Even my husbands jaw dropped and said he felt it looked better than the day he presented it to me! Have another diamond piece and without hesitation will bring to Ascot in near future.

It was evident in my first consultation with Tim Birch that choosing Ascot Diamonds was a smart decision. When you're sitting with Tim, you know you're in good hands. Tim is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. If you don't know exactly what you want, Tim will educate you and work with you to refine your search and ultimately make a selection that you'll be proud of.

In January 2020, Tim and I met several times and exchanged numerous calls and emails--several of which were long after business hours. In the week leading up to my proposal, Tim facilitated a series of small adjustments to the metalwork to make sure the ring was perfect. The tight timing would have ordinarily been stressful, but I was confident Tim would deliver--and he did.

The ring is excellent. Tim cares about his clients and proved to me that he will go above and beyond to deliver for them. Highly professional, highly responsive, and a genuine, caring, fun person. I highly recommend Ascot Diamonds and Tim Birch.

Tim Birch was incredibly accommodating, knowledgable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took his time to hold my hands and walked me through the entire process. He explained me very well what important things to look for in such a process. He made sure the ring was made at its finest quality, not to mention it was done in such a short time period.

My fiance and I used Ascot diamonds to custom design a ring to fit my grandmother's diamond. Madison and the entire team at Ascot were fantastic. We both went in to look at rings and to discuss ideas because I had found a design I loved and wanted to find a way to recreate it and incorporate my heirloom stone. Madison answered all of our questions and gave us items to think about.

After discussing our options, we both decided Ascot was who we wanted to work with to create our perfect engagement ring. I went by on my own to drop off my family stone and Madison worked with me to be able to drop it off quickly and easily. The CAD she sent over incorporated the original design and the changes we discussed and it was perfect. She was responsive to our emails and made me feel at ease.

My partner found them easy to work with on payment and picking up the finished ring was also a breeze. I chose not to look at the finished product because I wanted to be surprised. When my fiance proposed with the ring I was blown away by how beautiful it was. It was better than I could have imagined. I love the ring and I loved our experience with Ascot Diamonds. I plan on recommending them to all my local friends.

We were pleased with the rings, but the customer service by one of the representatives was not what I'd expect from a 5 star establishment. It took about an additional month and a half from when we were first told the rings would be completed to get them in our hands. I had to reach out to him multiple times to even get a follow up on when the new expected completion date would be.

Then the engravings that were being discussed were done without confirmation even after he checked and ensured me they weren't completed. After finally getting the rings we needed to make a change. Because we didn't have much time before the wedding, he had to rush the delivery. He billed the rush fee to us and told us that because he had to rush it we needed to pay.

I tried to explain to him that it was his lack of follow up that put us in this situation and putting that charge on us wasn't acceptable. I asked to speak to someone else within the company and he said he would just send a personal check. which never came. I don't even care about the rush fee, but the fact that he would try to put that on us after we had to follow up with him multiple times is extremely frustrating.

His lack of professionalism with his anger toward us as if we caused this situation and his offering of a personal check is also disappointing. Overall happy with the quality of work, but would expect more out of what should be a happy and stress free experience. Will not be returning for future purchases.

Tim is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed during the entire process. He sourced the most beautiful diamond and I am so so pleased with my ring.

The layout is more of an office setting rather than a jewelry display store, and I like the no-pressure atmosphere. This is the place to go if you want amazing quality jewelry. Tip: It is across the street from the Ballston metro station, and there are hourly street parking.

My fiance went here to get my ring and has nothing but amazing things to say about Tim. I got to witness their amazing level of customer service myself when I went back to get my ring sized. They offered me options and ultimately ended up resizing the ring, engraving it again. Doing an amazing job of making me feel my opinion is important and wanting it to be perfect for me. I would definitely recommend Ascot to anyone looking for an engagement ring. I found Ascot online and was not sure what to expect when I arrived. Instead of the typical overwhelming jewelry store experience it was a very relaxed and professional one-on-one. Tim was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Not once did he ever try to pressure me or up-sell me, which made me feel much more comfortable.

He took the time to educate me on the different properties of diamonds and the different grading systems. With a loupe in hand we looked at over a dozen diamonds before finding the perfect one. Tim was extremely dedicated to making sure we were satisfied, he even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure that we had the perfect ring within my budget.

They did not have the setting in-stock but Tim was able to overnight the setting from their Atlanta office and had the diamond set and ready for pickup just a few days later.
