Needed to turn some silver into cash. But the article could have been worth big money if I would have had the time to seek out the appropriate buyer. The guy could have low-balled me and sold the silver piece for 8X then amount, but instead gave me the straight up value by weight less $2, and advised that it would be fine for me to return in a few weeks to buy it back if I wanted to find a buyer ready to pay out. Good human being. As rare a trait as the jewelry and coins this Edgewater jeweler has on display.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I brought in a ring my father bought me that I haven't worn in ages because a couple diamonds were missing. I'd been putting it off for a while and this place had such great reviews I decided to bring it it. It was done same day and they even stayed open a few minutes late just so I could pick it up same day. It looks beautiful. They did an amazing job and I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry repairs.

Very friendly people! Highly recommend for any jewelry, maintenance, etc. Needed my grandfathers ring resized down and they stayed open an extra half an hour past their closing time just for me to make sure they could do it the same day. They also changed the battery in my watch while I was there too and shined my ring for me. Thanks Acosta Jewelers!

Luis is the best! I came in on a Wednesday to get a ring resized a size-and-a-half down. He did it in a day and charged me the lowest price on the original range he quoted me, which was capped at the same starting price other jewelers quoted. While I was there, he unbent another ring in just a minute at no charge. I highly recommend him. Among all other positive things, he's super friendly and enjoyable to work with. Thanks Luis! I wear a Fit Bit, but my middle aged eyes can't read the time on it so I also wear a watch-until the battery died. I was able to replace the battery myself but could NOT get the back on again. I asked folks on Nextdoor who they go to locally, and there was an overwhelming response for Acosta Jewelers. Luis fixed me up on the spot-for free-and I now I can tell time again! I'll definitely return!

I was searching for a jeweler nearby to fix a broken bracelet and my grandmother's ring that needed to be resized. Luis was very polite and professional and understood exactly what I needed done. I also told him the sentimental value that the items meant to me, and he did all of the repairs in just a few hours! And everything looks great!
