Ray and Lannette are true professionals: timely, responsive and compassionate. In 2019, I picked out a setting + band for my fiance. 3-years later they are still taking care of us with a small repair and cleanings on the house. The customer service deserves a shout out - thank you.

Honestly an incredible experience with people who really care! I bought the engagement ring for my fiance here. Lannette helped me find the exact band that we were looking for and was so personable the entire time. There's a big difference coming here than other jewelers.

Trust with your diamonds, with your jewelry isn't something you take to just anyone. Damon Musselman is a diamond in the ruff, he is kind, understanding and shows compassion for what you're going thru. The resent passing of my mom I called him to help me with the most precious things, her jewelry. I had no idea what I had, if it had value, should it be kept in the family. He's honest, and trustworthy and makes you feel safe with decisions.

There is no one I will every trust with my own jewelry today or in the future. This is a family-owned business, everyone is wonderful to work with, for me it's Damon, they call you back, they take the time, and customer is number one.

Ray & Lannette were absolutely amazing in helping me pick out the perfect setting for the stone in my old engagement ring. They listened and helped me find what I wanted without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. The price of my ring was very fair and reasonable and their service was top notch- even when I walked in randomly (as they had come recommended). I'm also very impressed with the speed it took from ordering everything to when it was re-set into the new ring.

I had them take the center stone out of my engagement ring and put it on a pendant for my best friend. The whole process was great snd I think he only charged me around $215 which included shipping

Just got my engagement ring done here with Lanette and she was nothing short of amazing. Extremely friendly, communicative, and most importantly, I wiz with jewelry. They did a great job setting my girls grandmothers diamonds into a beautiful rose gold ring. She explains everything very well and was very informative, being this my first time doing anything like this and working with diamonds.

Lannette took great care of my fiance and I as we crafted a custom engagement ring in RECORD time! From hand picking the actual moss agate to creating a unique setting, I highly recommend them. I am absolutely in love with this ring and the people that make up Musselman Jewelers.

Don't waste your money or risk destroying your jewelry at this place. I took my vintage engagement ring here to have a half-shank put on and the prongs to be rhodiumed. We were charged $500 and the ring was repaired horribly. The shank was soldered on crooked and he put huge lumpy solder blobs on the prongs which wasn't even part of the repair. We took the ring to another reputable jeweler in town that works on antique jewelry and he acknowledged that the repair was terrible and that the repair should have cost between $120-$200 max.

When we brought this up to the jeweler he very unprofessionally called the jeweler in front of us and other customers to confront him about the pricing that we received. His solution to fixing the ring that he damaged is to take it apart and rebuild the prongs which we absolutely do not trust him to do so we are out $500 and still have to find another jeweler to fix the damage to the ring. Even more unprofessionally the jeweler knew he had Covid and was waiting on customers without a mask.

I had a custom ring made in a week and it came out way more stunning than I could ever imagine.

I came to Ray because the bagguttes kept falling out of my wedding band. I haven't been able to safely wear it for over a year after being married for only two, and I was desperate to find a solution. Ray spent a lot of time explaining my options to me, and in the end he devised a fix that secured the baguettes without having to remake the entire ring, while still keeping with the style and feel of my entire set.

His work is so high quality that I actually prefer the look of it now compared to the original, and I feel confident wearing it on a daily basis again. Musselman's has me as a life-long customer and Ray is just a true pro.

Ray mended my broken heart. I bought a beautiful early 1900's ring from abroad. After less than four months of owning it and barely ever wearing it the bezel around the center stone lifted. I was devastated. I came to Ray and he gave me the utmost confidence that he could repair the ring while staying true to the original, handcrafted design. When he called me today to tell me my ring was ready, I could feel his excitement through the phone.

I felt, well if he is excited then I am over the moon! I raced down to pick it up, and I was speechless. The ring looked better than when I bought it and now I have the peace of mind that it is secure. I cannot say enough incredible things about this experience. I just had the BEST experience at this jewelers. They shortened the chain to my bracelet then and there and engaged me in the most wonderful while I waited. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and there is a wonderful selection of stunning jewelry. I will absolutely be going back!

I had such a great experience at this jeweler. Ray Musselman is the one who helped me. I went in with an old English heart shaped clasp that was given to me years ago by my grandmother that I wanted to wear on a necklace. Ray helped me find just the right chain to wear it on and then gave me a chance to try it out and figure out if any adjustments would be helpful.

He ended up putting a little loop on the top of it and it is just perfect. I so appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness throughout the whole experience. I will always go here for any jewelry needs that arise in the future.

Wonderful jeweler! We live up in the mountains and needed an engagement ring re-sized same-day. Lynette was so sweet and helpful. They resized it while we had lunch and did a perfect job. Super knowledgeable staff, and the kindest people. Not to mention they have beautiful rings in the store too if you're looking! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for custom jewelry, I'd counsel you to stop your search and trust in Ray Musselman. I spent about 2 weeks meeting with different jewelers and jewelry stores throughout Denver, and Ray was the first jeweler to really make me feel comfortable and hear me out. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I couldn't be happier with the work performed and the results!

This place is incredible. I had an ring of my mom's that has been missing one of the three pearls for 20 years or so. I called up Musselman Jewelers and they said it would be no problem to replace the pearl, secure the other two, and shine it up real nice in time for Christmas. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and did great work for an affordable budget (~$40).

A small price to pay for such a meaningful gift. They do offer validated parking in the building across the street so be sure to call for directions for how to park. Then just cross over 16th street to their building and take the elevator upstairs. It was a little confusing but I called twice for directions and they were very patient and helpful in helping me navigate.

I was interested in selling silver bullion and wanted a reputable location to interact with; I was referred to Musselman. I reached out with an e-mail inquiry and got to communicating with Damon, who was very helpful. I decided to sell it to them and set up a time later that day to come in - they even stayed open a but late to accommodate me. It's a shame their location does not have a street-level storefront (it's just a quick elevator ride to the 4th floor, then straight in front of you) because these guys have an inviting shop and even more inviting personalities.

They are honest about their evaluations, and they're clearly passionate about their business. I probably could have killed another hour of their time just chatting, had time allowed. The transaction went exactly as agreed, and I absolutely intend to do more business with them in the future. Highly recommended if you are looking for a trustworthy place for bullion needs.

Was looking for a specific bracelet for my wife and a friend pointed me to Musselman's. Linette was friendly and accommodating and gave me several options and styles to choose from. Had I had more time, I would have considered them to make the bracelet as the pieces in their display case are unique and thoughtfully crafted. Their price was fair.

To seal the deal, a young couple came in for sizing on their engagement ring while I was there and it was clear from the interaction that Musselman are all about the human interaction and are true artisans. I'll be back for sure. They building they are in is on the 16th Street Mall at Champa and such a pleasant alternative to what the mall offers.

Love love my new necklace! I had a diamond ring from my great grandfather that I wanted to have re-set in a necklace. I just picked up my new necklace and it looks fabulous! It is exactly what I wanted. In addition to a great necklace I received fantastic customer service from everyone I talked to. Plus they offered to buy the gold ring which dropped the price which was already incredibly reasonable. In short any jewelry needs I might have will be handled by Musselman's!
