Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Maybe their customer service has something to do with the going out of business. I came to spend, and was immediately turned off by the salesperson who gave minimal effort at trying to assist me. Went to another business, and got a better deal from somebody who seemed to want to help me.

My SO and I came here to look at engagement rings. We were initially drawn in by the amount of unique designs they made, as she did not want a traditional ring. We wound up coming in several times, working closely with a sales associate to finalize what we wanted. They were extremely responsive over the phone/via text whenever we had questions (and we had a lot of questions.).
They scouted out diamonds for us, wound up making exactly what we wanted, and the quality/price were absolutely top notch. I was looking out of curiosity for similar rings online. I eventually found one with a slightly smaller diamond, that cost more than TWICE as much as we paid for from here. This place is the real deal, and I plan on going here for any future jewelry related needs!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVECE AND REPAIR. I took my bracelet to this place 3 times! Same problem, same issue with the clasp but I had to pay every time. The last repair lasted a month only! When I bought it back the rudest old woman told me that I have to pay again! After 3 attempts to repair this time she started blaming the manufacturer! She was incredibly rude! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Although I was very nervous to buy my fiancee's engagement ring, the staff at Art Of Gold made it a really enjoyable experience. They walked me through the entire experience and made me feel confident about my decisions. My fiancee loved the ring and I (surprisingly) enjoyed the process. I'd highly recommend. You can tell that Can Van Le takes pride in his work and his pieces are beautiful.

I have bought everything from custom wedding bands to birthday gifts and the crew at AOG is the best. Whenever in doubt about what to get, ask for ideas- they come up with perfect jewelry for the occasion. Plus they are just people you want to get to know. They don't care if you are spending $150 or %150k, you get great friendly treatment. #1- I don't go anywhere else, because it doesn't get any better.
