When coming from Dalton or the Price Chopper direction, continue on Dalton Avenue through the intersection where Sherwin Williams is located, we are just past Cumberland Farms and The Elbow Room on the right. There is a purple sign on the road and it is just before the turn to go towards the mall. When coming from downtown Pittsfield, Dalton Ave, or Merrill Road, head through the intersection towards Dalton and stay in the right lane. There is a U-turn lane on the right, so bear right and do a legal U-turn in the lane provided.

Went there to sell a gold ring with a.96 ct diamond and the guy that I talked to was severely rude with me and told.me it was a fake and when I asked him to test it he told me he wasn't even going to bother. I already went to several shops to get prices and they told me to come to charland and the shops I had gone to before tested both the gold and the diamond and both told me it was real. I will never purchase or sell anything here again.

After the most recent purchase from Charland Jewelers I got to thinking of how long I've been purchasing jewelry from Mark. I am 50 years old and bought my class ring from him (which BTW I still have) back in 1987. I can honestly say I've never had a problem that Mark couldn't fix in regards to jewelry and the decision making process. Purchases have ranged from class ring, to pearl earrings, rings, necklaces, tennis bracelets, wedding and engagement rings (soon to be twice on the wedding stuff). Mark's expertise and knowledge is second to none., However, I think one of his biggest assets is knowing his customers personally. Meaning, know them by name, tastes in jewelry, tastes in the whom the the jewelry is being purchased for and budgets.
