On 12/15/20 I shopped for a Mother's Necklace for my daughter's birthday which was on 1/2/21. After choosing what I wanted, the clerk agreed to contact the supplier to ensure that it would be at the store on time before I actually placed the order. She called me a few hours later and said the supplier promised it would be at the store for pick up on 12/31/20.
I gave her my credit card number and ordered the necklace. When I asked for an e-receipt, was told that the store didn't have that capability. We laughed and I told her that I guess I would have to trust her twice. Once with the pick up date and once with my credit card number. On 12/31/20, I called the store to ask if the necklace was in as promised. No.
It was not. I then asked if the store would be open on Saturday 1/2/21, my daughter's birthday. She would need to check with management. She returned to the phone and with a sigh said, "Yes, the store will be open on Saturday 1/2/21". Imagine my surprise when I drove to the store this morning (1/2/21) to find a sign on the door. declaring "Closed. We will return 1/4/21". Make your own judgements. I did.

Maneke is literally the only jewelers we use. My sister in law as well. We live in Festus, MO and make the drive to Alton to get the service we do and have for years. My original wedding set was from there and Andrea took time to help us create my beautiful "upgraded" new wedding set for our 5 year anniversary. It is my favorite piece of jewelry I own and it means more that we got to put our input in on it. This place is amazing!
