Fantastic service! I needed an appraisal and it was completed in less than a week, as promised. They (I believe their names were Jeff and Ben) were very welcoming and helpful! I won't ever go anywhere else now that I've found White Bear Jewelers!

We were looking for a unique pair of earrings. Cory took the time to design just want we were looking for. We pick them up today and my wife loves them. Friendly hometown jewelers!

I dropped of a bracelet to be fixed and it was missing a stone when I got it back. The person working was extremely rude. Do not reccomend.

Skip the big box stores and get a personalized experience. If you want to go somewhere and feel like the owner and the employees actually care about your being there then you need to look no further. Me and my family went there today and the customer service received was so exceptional that we can't stop talking about it. I had brought some cash but was just a little bit short of there already ridiculously cheap prices. They said don't worry about it that's plenty. What kind of a place gives that kind of service? Not many in my opinion.

These guys are rock stars. I have taken two watches in for new batteries. They are very helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. Plus they are attentive and friendly. A great local place to do business.

Friendly, reasonable prices, quality! My wedding ring band was bending and they did a wonderful job with the repair. It didn't take very long either. My husband also had my ring re-plated here a few years ago and they did a great job then too.

I went in to look for ideas for an engagement ring as mine was stolen recently. Jeff was so kind and provided amazing education. Jeff helped me explore some different options to replace my ring. I'll definitely be going back so see Jeff and his family for a new ring.

I just needed a small replacement peace for a necklace an they happened to have a really nice one that worked! with a little time tell they were going to close, he did it right on the spot, so I didn't have to leave it tell Monday.
