Johnson Jewelers is a family owned local Jewelry store in Woodbury. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and courteous. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I've gone to the store 4 times and always receive excellent service.

Johnson jewelers are fabulous. They are trustworthy, super friendly, honest and experts. Their jewelry is the finest. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for the best experience and the most beautiful ring.

Very rude people. They don't do digital notes so they might lose your information and you might have to pay to get your stuff back like I did.

My fiance and I purchased his ring at Johnson Jewelers. Jody was very nice and assisted us in purchasing the ring. When the ring came in it was fitting a little large and so she suggested we take it home to try it out. The next day we came back in, Jody had already spoken to the owner to make sure that we could work something out if the ring didn't work. We were able to exchange for a different size very quickly and efficiently! We are so appreciative of the willingness to work with us!

Very appreciate of Laura and the rest of the staff in assisting me with my wedding ring stone replacement after I lost one of my diamonds. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Also helped me find a band to go with my original ring for our 20th anniversary! Great experience!

Johnson Jewelers is by far the best in the business at what they do. The customer service is far more superior than many other jewelers I have dealt with. The ladies are attentive, knowledgeable, detailed, and so nice. The services and repairs they provide are timely and the quality of work is amazing! They are honest, transparent, upfront, realistic with pricing, and the quality of work is something you just will not get at a big box jeweler or jewelry store in a mall somewhere.

You get a one on one customer service experience with a trained knowledgeable professionals that remember your name when you walk in the door and that's hard to find. I have had work or appraisals done on every piece of jewelry in the photo and I can't be happier with the service I receive each and every time I come in.

Wonderful first time experience working with Johnson Jewelers. I took in old pieces of jewelry that were passed onto me to get repaired and the service was quick, they gave me all the information I needed to know as well as an ETA for completion. Highly recommend going here especially if you have older pieces of jewelry. They really know their stuff!

The watch I bought from here years ago wasn't keeping good time. It was a Rolex. I purchased it over a decade ago not thinking twice at the purchase price, because, it was a ROLEX. Well, what a nasty surprise I had this week. I brought it to another jeweler's for repair and was told THE WATCH WASN'T A REAL ROLEX! Holy cow! I called Johnson's to explain what happened and was told, "You should have brought it in when you purchased it." I tried to explain that their salespeople sold it to me as being authentic, and trafficking counterfeit goods is illegal.

I received zero sympathies, and this whole escapade was made out to be MY FAULT. Absolutely, 100%, avoid this place like the plague. What a horrible, shameless institution. I'm out thousands because I put my trust in Johnson Jewelers.

Don't believe the "family-owned, trustworthy, neighborhood" B.S. about this store. I bought a Rolex watch from them many years ago (paid huge dollars since it was sold as the real deal), and just recently discovered that it was a fake. I previously never even entertained the idea that it wasn't the real thing. I had sent it to two authorized Rolex repair places and both of them refused to work on it since it was "modified" from the original.

It is basically worthless. I gave Johnson's the opportunity to make this right and was told that since I didn't have proof of purchase and it was a long time ago, they refused to acknowledge any part of the huge fraud. I offered the credit card receipt and was told it was too long ago. The idea that I would have modified it is ridiculous (not to to mention cynical).

I didn't appreciate being called a liar. Apparently, Johnson's has a time limit for honesty. I even remembered the salesman who sold it to me, and they refused to ask him about the transaction. I'm sure that he would have remembered me since I spoke to him many times about vintage watches. These guys are crooks, go to a reputable jeweler and not be sorry like I am.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Great environment to shop in with excellent customer service and beautiful inventory of jewelry. Loved both their new and antique jewelry. Did great custom work for me with an antique diamond and my existing wedding band. Will go there for all my jewelry needs.

My husband and I brought in a couple loose diamonds and not really sure if we were going to have them set in a ring or earrings. The staff there were very helpful with the pros/cons of each. Ultimately, we decided on a beautiful two stone ring but didn't feel pressured either way. Susan kept us very informed on the process and how long everything would take. I also had my engagement and wedding ring dipped again in white gold so all my rings looks brand new and gorgeous!

If I could do zero stars I would. Brought my wedding ring in with a loose diamond. That is all I wanted fixed. They talked my husband into more than that. My ring is ruined. Came back the wrong size too loose to the point it is going to fall off. Looks like 3 rings instead of two. Nicks all over in the gold and see through between bands. Then they want to argue with me like I do not know what my ring looked like after 26 years.

It looks like it came out of a bubblegum machine. They had it three weeks said they would fix it but I have to leave it again instead of getting it done same day. Horrible horrible service. If you bring anything in to these people take a picture before you stop it off so you can show them how horrible they do.
