We had a amazing experience with landmark jewelry! My husband picked out my engagement ring here and we also got our wedding bands here. I would highly recommend there services. Landmark is locally owned and you will work with local people. Every time we have gone in they have always cleaned my ring and did a quick inspection to make sure everything looks good.
A few unique parts of this jewelry store, Landmark has a antique jewelry and ring collection. This is unique to this jewelry store! People seek their store out to bring their estate and antique jewelry in. My ring is from the 1920s and is just stunning! There whole store has many vintage vibes. Every time people ask me the store behind it, they are amazed! Sarah does not need to go out to find this jewelry, people find her and it speaks volumes to her business!
You will get great caring service here, beautiful jewelry and great experience. Often times they offered us a beer or champagne while we shopped. My friend got her ring from a big box store and it has broken over 5 times in two years. That is the very reason you go with a local store! They treat you well and make sure your purchase will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Landmark Jewelers went above and beyond to make my fiance and I happy! I am so thrilled we went with Mimi and Sarah. My fiance and I wanted to take the stones from his grandmother's ring and create something that was more my style. My goal was to have something beautiful without breaking the bank. Every step of the way my fiance was kept in the loop as they were crafting the ring, and their goldsmith was phenomenal!
There was a weekend where we stopped in and another customer (whose budget was way bigger than ours) came in. We were treated with just as much care and attention as they were. It really goes to show that going local is the best way to go, and these ladies are amazing! I know that we will definitely be repeat customers and I'm so happy we decided to go with them.

If you are looking for a friendly, expert, comfortable "neighborhood" type jewelry store, you'll be very happy with Landmark. I visited them recently, after stopping at a couple of Twin Cities "elite" jewelers (that made my skin crawl), and was very happy with the caring and patient interaction I had with Sarah and her crew. Highly recommend visiting Landmark if you are interested in honest and helpful conversation about your unique jewelry needs!

Not your typical jewelry store in the best sense possible! If you are looking for pushy, uncaring salespeople then this is not the place for you- the staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and allows you to look around without the pressures of buying. They care about your individual story and truly want to form a relationship with you. Sarah (the owner) is an absolute gem and worth asking to help you!
She knows her jewelry inside and out and wants to pass her expertise onto you to find you the best piece possible! Street parking can be challenging, but there are plenty of parking garages around.

Originally my fiance and I were very excited to get our rings from this jewelry store as it was a locally owned business that was part of our city's history. I had a ring sized there previously and had assumed it was my fault when I didn't get a call letting me know my ring was ready (one month later I gave them a call asking what was up). Despite this hiccup my fiance and I went in to pick out a band for him (my treat) he had found a ring he loved, was sized and the older woman who helped us wrote down the specifics of what we wanted.
She assured us that I don't need to pay for it right away and that she would be placing our order when the date of the wedding got closer. About a month later we went in again to look at wedding bands for myself (the same woman was helping us) while there we inquired about my fiance's band she claimed she didn't remember writing anything down for us.
She recommended that we pick out another band for him since the original one he picked out was no longer there. I'm guessing it was sold to someone else in the mean time. So we pick out a different ring, one for myself and one for him. Once again she assured us that no payments at this point were necessary and that our orders were written down and she would place them two months prior to our wedding date.
Fast forward to yesterday (exactly two months until our date) I was in the neighborhood and had a gut feeling I should go in and double check our order was placed. Luckily I trusted my guy because when I walked in the woman who had helped me numerous times in the past didn't even remember who I was. Worried, I asked her to give me an eta on our ring order.
She asked for both my name and my fiance's and for the next half hour went searching in various rooms for our order forms. She then tells me it seems as though my orders have been lost and things of this nature never happen, she's usually very organized. As before she suggested I pick out another band. Trying to remain composed o let her know that it was not my ring it was for my fiance and I don't remember what he picked out.
She asked if I would come back in with him to start this whole process over again and I simply nodded and walked out of the store. I'm not sure how this place stays in business with these sort of practices. It seems as though they need to step into the 21st century with their catalog systems and their employees.

My fiance just bought my engagement ring from Landmark and worked with Kathleen. She was so wonderful when helping him out in choosing a beautiful estate ring for me. After he proposed (and I said 'yes'), I contacted Kathleen to ask her a few questions about my ring. Kathleen expressed so much joy in our engagement and getting to work with my fiance and her excitement at our love for each other made us feel so special.
Her service was fantastic and she took the time to find out the details and history of the estate engagement ring. Not only that, she mailed us a certificate she was able to locate for the diamond, and wrote us a lovely card to congratulate us once again. She and her team were superb and I imagine we'll be back again at some point to purchase future pieces. Thank you so much for your support and service!

My wife and I had a great experience at Landmark Jewelers. We were looking for a new wedding ring after 25 years of marriage. We were warmly greeted the second we waked in the door. Toni worked with us until we found the perfect ring, and we saw many! Sarah also helped in the ring selection. The attention and service we received from Toni and Sarah was exceptional!
They were very sensitive to our desires and found a ring that my wife and I love! I can't say enough positive things about Landmark Jewelers and their employees. We feel we made good friends, not just a transaction. It was an all around great ring selection and purchasing experience! We found that special place and we'll certainly be back. Thank you Landmark Jewelers!

Sarah, Roger, and the gang at Landmark Jewelers in Saint Paul are absolutely wonderful! They have beautiful jewelry, deliver great service and make you feel like an old friend from the start. I live in AZ but travelled frequently to Saint Paul for work and have purchased many stunning pieces from Landmark. I trust the quality of the jewelry and I trust the people.
I have dropped off and even shipped my jewelry to Sarah and Roger without worry and they have designed beautiful rings, earrings and pendants for me. I get SO many compliments! I bought my daughter a beautiful necklace right out of the case which was lovely and perfect for her. I even stopped in after work one day during an Italian jewelry show and hung out with them drinking limoncello and eating homemade Italian wedding cookies!
How often can you say you have that kind of relationship with an out-of-state jewelry store? But that's the kind of wonderful people they are, and their pieces are truly beautiful. From the simple to the incredible, they've got something for everyone!

We brought my vintage engagement ring in for resizing, cleaning, tightening of stones and an appraisal. My ring turned out so incredibly beautiful, I was left speechless. My ring is very unique and I really wanted to make sure that my insurance coverage could replace the exact ring if anything happened. My insurance agent had the jewelry department verify and they said that the appraisal I received was so well written and detailed that they were certain they could create an accurate reproduction. I'm so impressed with the services I received and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I will be a lifelong customer.

I was referred to Landmark, typical Saint Paul, for an appraisal of my great grandmother's wedding ring. I gave it to my wife and for our homeowner's insurance, we needed it appraised. While they can appraise things while you wait, I'd call ahead to see if they can. If it's a Friday, they get backed up pretty easily. I find the place small but charming.
They were quite friendly and asked about me, my community involvement and my wife. That didn't happen at Moeller. Sadly. Now, I'm not the type to buy a 3 carat ring, but they didn't seem to mind the size of what I wanted or the product. (Blood diamonds and such.) I will definitely make a stop here if a tennis bracelet or some diamond stud earrings are in my wife's future. Hopefully farther future. Ideally. Maybe. TL:DR version: they can appraise items while you wait and are friendly to young folk.
