Had very nice items neatly displayed. I honestly felt as if me and my spouse were a bother for her. She didn't talk much to us unless we asked a a question. Could have been more friendly. Did get a nice pendant and necklace though.

I've been going to Gold Star for 6 years for jewelry repair and purchases. They are absolutely top notch with customer service and fair prices. I happily drive halfway across the city to continue to visit their shop!

Amazing experience. The associate Hala was very patient with me and the many questions I had. She still was very pleasant with me during the excessive indecisiveness I displayed. In the end definitely received a great piece of jewelry for a great price. I also received a great price for the jewelry I traded in. Amazing selection, prices, and customer service! I also enjoy being greeted by the sweetest pooch when entering the shop. I just found this gem of a place about a month ago, and have already purchased 3 items. As hard as it is to find solid gold pieces, Gold Star has them and at great prices. They also pay good money for your gold. I will definitely be going back to buy more items and highly recommend this store!

Customer service great! I really like their layaway set-up (You don't lose your money) when your layaway has been cancel like most Pawn Shops, i have visit! They have beautiful jewelry at a great price. I will no longer shop at any other Pawn Shop/Store!

I came in to purchase a women's Rolex as a Christmas gift for my wife. Staff was very friendly and courteous. They are competitive with their pricing, and had a good variety of watches. I will be back to purchase another.

My experience started out normal enough; I was welcomed as I came through the door, . when I asked if I could play a guitar I was interested in they didn't hesitate, . no time limit on my inspection of the guitar. etc. Just a normal pawnshop visit. The visit went from normal to SPECTACULAR when the employee saw my excitement and how much I desired the guitar which I ultimately purchased.

I left briefly to grab some cash to make my purchase. Let me just say that I was already very happy with the price on the instrument. I don't have much money and so when I returned I asked her what would be her best price, (just trying to knock a few bucks off). She then threw a number at me that was significantly lower than the tagged price. I believe all this was done because she genuinely wanted the customer to have a great experience. WHICH I DID!

This was my 1st purchase with this pawnshop, but I plan on making many more purchases in the future. And finally, I have pawned guitars with them many times before and It has always been very fast, courteous and professional. I truly wish there was a way to give this shop more stars!

I just upgraded my Wedding band I had a 10k white gold with one carat diamonds I got a 14 k with a I carat Diamond and I have gotten lots of compliments, they were nice and gave me 300 for the ring I traded in they are great and I highly recommend them.

I had to have a 22 inch gold chain clasp replaced. Gold Star was very efficient in checking in and gave me a fair price in doing the repair. I have dealt with them several times over the years and they have always provided excellent service at a fair price.

The staff is honest and friendly. I had a problem with a purchase being broken. Me employee gave me my refund with no questions asked and they smile. I couldn't imagine being treated better. I would Rather do business with this establishment over any of the others in town! Claudia and Udie obviously recognize and treat their customers in a way that is conducive to good feelings all around and continued business relationship. Excellent.

Wouldnt recommend no good customer service ethics. I walked in I felt the negative vibe.

Pawn virgin. They weighed it. Showed me the weight. Showed me the market rate. I got 2 other estimates. Way low. Last estimate went up $300 after I knew. Took the cash and left. Do Gold Star first. The real deal.

They WILL low ball you when pawning jewelry. Offered $20 on 2 pieces. Went down the street and got $50. BIG difference dontcha think? Both places inspected and weighed it. DO NOT GO HERE IN YOUR TIME OF NEED. they take advantage of your situation. Feels to me as if they were trying to steal 1/2 my gold #pirates

Bought a necklace and was told if wife did not like it, to return for refund. Brought it back and was told store credit only. Buyer beware!

Over the years I have had several layaways and bought some beautiful, unique jewelry here. The staff has always been really helpful and the store smells like fresh laundry! My first stop for Christmas and Birthday presents.

This is such a great place with honest people. I've bought severel jewlery items for various occasions and they are always so helpful. On several occasions, they have offered to make and find Jewlery that is not available at the store. I trust the honesty and pricing, and will definitely do business here again.

The guys in there were very friendly and helpful. Knew alot about the jewelry they were selling and informed me on alot that i didnt know. I popped up on this place for work and i realized that it was VERY nice. So coming here as a customer i was even more in shock. Gold Star Pawn took great care of me and my needs.
