They did an awesome job with my jewelry. My wedding ring got a new diamond which was straight forward and it looks great. I gave them a vision for my bracelet and necklace and they delivered better than expected. I am very pleased with the service and the excellent work. You can most definitely trust them with your jewelry. I'm looking around the house for other things they can fix or upgrade.

Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable. Dianne showed me various price ranges as well as styles of necklaces. Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I bought a rather expensive watch (Reactor) from Allen's. I returned later to have the battery replaced. They indicated that it would need to be sent to the factory to retain the waterproof seal and charged me over $100.00 to mail it. I just noticed on the Reactor website that I could send it myself to the manufacturer to have a battery properly replaced for $30.00.

Finding a new jeweler now for sure. My wife and I always bought gifts from Allen's over the last 30 years. The original owners were upfront and honest. Not so now under "new" ownership for the last several years.

Extremely disappointed was racially profiled here went to attempt to sell jewelry here my jewelry was ruined and shaved down beyond repair do not recommend this business to anyone especially people of color! Highly disappointed especially considering that I am a disabled veteran and served this country and fought to protect such people!

When I remarried I went to Allen's Jewelers close to Southsde Jacksonville for our rings. They were were professional and informative. My wife's son is a police officer and Dennis made a custom piece with silver and sapphires that represents a thin blue line and she loves it and wears it everyday to support her son.

My husband and I have been purchasing high-quality fine jewelry from Allen's for some years now and we are very happy with all our purchases as they have a wide variety of the finest jewelry in Jacksonville for the right price. Also if we ever needed repairs on any jewelry they have always been available accommodating & very time efficient. Mr. Marshall is very skilled in making & repairing fine jewelry.

I took a anklet to be repaired yesterday and less than 24hours later they called to let me know my anklet was ready to be picked up. I'm so thankful to this business as they have been a big part of our special life's moments like buying our daughters first diamonds or celebrating our wedding anniversary and so on. I literally could write a book about Allen's Jewelers and all my positive experiences with an amazing family friendly staff. Dennis the jeweler there can pretty much do anything you need done with jewelry. He is an artist of the highest degree. He even sized up my wedding band 2 and a half sizes which other jewelers said couldn't be done because of the way it was composed of yellow and white gold inlays. He is extremely knowledgeable. I recomend Allen's to everyone out there. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Allens is a great jewelry store. It always has been and I still enjoy shopping there even though I can always buy what I want. It's fun to look at everything and think about it. The gentleman who owns it is very nice and the young man that works here also. I enjoyed my time there thank you.

I dropped my watch off late yesterday for a battery change. There was apparently a backlog of repairs, so I came back today about same time. The nice young man was just about to my watch in the rotation. He did my battery swap since I was in the shop and was very quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Allen's for your jewelry needs.

I brought in a necklace that required a custom, difficult re-stringing and Allen's Jewelers took on the task. Their jeweler did an amazing job for a very fair price and in a reasonable amount of time! I highly recommend them. 5-STARS.

Went in looking to add a few links to my watches. I was informed not a single store sells "just links". Ladies and gentlemen unless your going to spend some serious money like an engagement ring, then don't expect good service. Yes, what I needed was cheep, but I could've enjoyed my interaction and maybe started to pursue the store. Could have been a bad day for the employee, but they embodied a demeanor in which I know the owner wouldn't be pleased.

The staff at Allen's Jewelers are absolutely amazing! I brought a ring in to get resized for an anniversary gift for my wife and the price was very reasonable and the quality that they returned back after it was ready, it was STUNNING! The best Jeweler in this area! Diane was very sweet and personal and gave us an amazing experience in helping us find the perfect ring! We picked one out and it was ready the next day. Sparkles so bright and I am super happy! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I can't say enough about Allen's Jewelers! You are always greeted with the friendliest people when you come in and the owner is so knowledgeable and can create or fix just about anything. I would recommend seeing them first if you're looking for jewelry, especially unique pieces, I'm always amazed at what they have.

They were so friendly and taught me some things I never knew about diamonds and other stones! I had 2 pairs of earrings that I needed to repair before our 10 year anniversary and was so nervous about the cost but I was pleasantly surprised and they did an amazing job. They even let me bring in all my jewelry to be cleaned the same day I picked up my earrings. The next piece of jewelry we buy or design will definitely be here!

My favorite birthstone ring needed repair. One of the prongs bent which collapsed the stone setting. I got on Yelp sent out a few estimates and decided to try Allen's Jewelers. I dropped off the ring and it was ready in less than a week. Not only did they repair the ring but they also cleaned it. It looked like a new ring when I picked it up.

I am so thankful to the quality work that Allen's Jewelry provided to me! The service was exceptional and the showroom is gorgeous. If you are looking for a reliable jeweler either for a purchase or a repair I would recommend Allen's!

I cannot say enough great things about this jewelry business. I have a beautiful diamond ring that was accidentally dropped in my garbage disposal (by one of my family members) at Thanksgiving. While cleaning dishes, I turned it on not realizing my ring had been dropped in there. It was an absolute mangled mess. I thought for sure it was ruined. Another jeweler told me it was not repairable.

I wish I had taken a before picture but I didn't. Dennis the jeweler at Allen's Jewelers worked his magic and I could not be happier. They even sent me a thank you card for my business! I am going to have him make a custom ring for me soon. I highly recommend them for any repairs or custom jewelry.

Dennis Marshall is extremely creative and innovative. He created my wedding ring, photos attached, and exceeded my expectations! I live in California but previously worked with Dennis and knew his work but his latest creation is amazing beyond what I thought I was going to get. The diamonds pop! Was in town for business and needed to buy an engagement ring. Came here and spoke with the owner about buying a ring that at the moment they didn't have. For the pear shaped diamond they would have to change one of the settings on another ring. I also had another ring from Jared that he purchased for $5000 and used towards the new ring in addition to another $5000.

He was pressed on time for the 2017 eclipse deadline but he followed through with an awesome ring. Problem I had was I needed an appraisal but I had already left Jacksonville. After reaching out to them and asking, they sent out an appraisal to me. And now as of may 22 I have ordered and received two wedding bands with appraisals in the mail from them. I've enjoyed dealing with this business.

Excellent service. Forget about big name jewelers - dennis owns this shop and he works there everyday. I decided to buy an engagement ring from Allen's because the jeweler himself comes out to see you and has clearly been working on jewelery all day. He made a beautiful ring for my fiancee. I'm a big fan of Allen's Jewelers. My husband and I had a stone that he received from his father when he was young. We had always planned to give it to our daughter if we had one. Last year, Allen's created an amazing setting with the stone for our daughter's 16th birthday. It is absolutely gorgeous. This weekend, the stone felt a bit loose, so we took it to Allen's to check it out.

He fixed it within 10 minutes and told us to never hesitate about bringing it back in if needed. We also took a Michael Kors watch in to see if they would size and remove links - no problem at all. Charged a VERY small amount for that. They staff goes above and beyond - I highly recommend Allen's.

I had just gotten engaged and I went to Allen's to have my ring resized- it's an antique ring. The staff was so friendly! They gushed over how gorgeous my ring was, calling different employees over to look at it. They made me feel very special, even though my ring hadn't come from there. the first time they sized it, it was a bit too big, but they resized it without charging me again.

I was extremely pleased with their service. They even cleaned my ring so it was especially sparkly. Several weeks later I returned to them in a panic because one of my diamonds had been knocked out while I was unpacking. Dennis, the same person who sized my ring, calmed me down and fixed my ring beautifully. You cannot tell that any work has been done! I would definitely return to Allen's again.
