This place has one of the most skilled and wonderful people. They are best at what they do! I came here to get my univ ring off the swollen finger - the ring is heavy and thick, so was very difficult to cut it off. The team here invested around an hour and maintained focus and patience throughout the process. The service charge was much justified given the effort required. One day I was driving on Voss road and came across your store sign. As I walked in, the showroom felt like family and cozy to me. The staff was friendly and I even met the owners, wow. Overall, I enjoyed the buying experience with Cynthia. She is the sweetest lady! She was thorough and took her time with me and my indecision.
