Swiss Watch

I brought in an old watch I had recently inherited to George at the Swiss Watch Company to be fitted and have a new battery put in. This company was friendly, professional and worked Urgently to take care of me. My watch fits great now and runs like a champ. I will be back soon to purchase my Omega!

I bought a TAG Aquaracer from these guys. Had it at great price like new. Watch looked great and they were very kind. Very upfront about everything. A year later the watch is doing great. Wear it every day. Would recommend if you are looking to save money in a quality time piece.

I walked In wanting to sell a Rolex, didn't even get to walk in the door the guy was being very rude. I wasn't greeted as a customer or anything. In fact his face and the way he was speaking was implying me to leave. He refused to even look at the Rolex until I asked to look at the machine. Very unprofessional place. I collect Rolex's and other high end watches. Never been to a place where I felt unwanted. I've never been treated unwanted as a customer.

Love it. Wonderful service and a great selection of fine time pieces and jewelry as well! I've been shopping with them for years and always look forward to going back!

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment due to COVID-19 and the lady on the phone asked "are you ready to buy?" To which I replied that I wanted to try on a couple watches before making a decision. She hit back with, "If you're not ready to buy and just browsing don't bother coming in." Well I was ready to buy an Oyster Perpetual and was in between two different sizes (hence wanted to try them on) but I'll be going elsewhere.

Got a quote over the phone and was also told what he could and couldn't offer my watch which is appreciated instead of finding out after arriving and being disappointed. Great price on battery change that took approximately two minutes (awesome!) and was cheaper than a kiosk in the mall. Honest, straightforward, great prices. Thank you!

I just had my Rolex serviced at Swiss Watch Company and it was fabulous! My twenty year-old watch now looks and runs like new. Very professional and courteous service, nice atmosphere in their new store, and nice inventory. The service was done with great attention to detail and was completed quicker than expected. This is a very trustworthy business, you should check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I came in to Swiss watch company to see what they offer for a pre-owned Rolex. I called in prior to coming to the location and the lady on the phone was oh so very kind. Once I got there she came off very harsh and rude. Totally opposite. She questioned and interrogated me very racially. It was clear she didn't want me there anymore. The gentleman working there was somewhat willing to hear me out.

But the Woman was flat out racist and because I didn't want to sell it for their offer she threw a nasty attitude saying "we have other important stuff to do so have a nice day." I do not recommend this shop to anyone of color. It's two old people working here who are very stubborn and do not provide customer service to anyone of color. Please stay away for your own sake. This place disgusts me. I came in good faith and left being treated very wrong.

I just happened upon this little shop while doing a google search for preowned Cartier watches, and I am so happy I did! I was toying with the idea of buying online, but I wanted to see the different sizes (in person) of the watches I was considering. I was not actually planning to buy from them that day, but I fell in love with one of the watches they had, and they gave me what I felt was a fair price.

I spent a lot of time in there going back and forth on my decision and never once felt rushed. They made my experience feel very personal and pleasant. This will definitely be my go-to store when I am in the market for another luxury watch.

I recently bought an omega planet ocean 8500 here. They were very helpful, worked with me on the price, which I was happy with. Very helpful courteous, very Good Rolex selection there too. I will definitely be back for my next luxury watch purchase. They have good layaway program too, which helps tremendously. Lol. Ask for George when u get there. Nice, honest, integrity guy. Trust meIV now bought 3 more rolex watches from him total, I KNO the watch market, George is the only guy in town I trust to buy my pre owned luxury watches from.
