I took my 10 year old engagement ring to Silverlust and for an update and they transformed it into the most beautiful piece of jewelry. They communicated through the entire process to make sure my ring looked perfect and was priced perfect. Pricing is very very fair here and they are very honest about the quality of work they provide. My husband and I will definitely use them again.

Besides the fact that the kindest people work here! Silverlust helped me in a bind with a super quick turn around to fix an engraving that I had purchased online (by a different store) but it was mis spelled. They quickly fixed it by the time I needed and I couldn't be more grateful! I should of just shopped and bought local in the first place. I know better, but lesson learned. they also have a stunning jewelry collection and I look forward to shopping here more in the future! Top notch customer service, very reasonable price and excellent work on my ring. I've been eating low carb and running a lot so I've lost a considerable amount of weight. My ring was sliding right off and my knuckle couldn't even slow it down. LoL! I Googled and found Silverlust was only a few minutes from my job. I went there during lunch, got my finger sized and was told it would be ready the following week.

They called me early the next week (quicker than I expected). I was so excited. LoL! They did a great job. I can't even tell anything was done except the ring now fits fantastically and is very clean. Show room ready! They have very interesting jewelry there so I'll be returning to do some shopping soon.

I picked this place for my engagement ring resizing based on the reviews and my experience did not disappoint. I called a couple of other places but here customer service was superb, they asked a couple of follow up questions to give me as close to the final price estimate as they could (which also beat all other places I called), and the turnaround time was so quick, which was perfect. All in all excellent experience.

I lost a stone out of a ring and had been carrying it around for 2 years hoping to find a stone to fit it. The guys at Silverlust were so helpful! I finally decided to buy the brotherhood of the skull ring, and I'm glad I did! It's super nice, heavy, and solid sterling silver. I couldn't be happier! It will be a ring I wear everyday.
