Josh helped me custom design a bridal ring set from the ground up. It was my first time doing anything like this and I had a lot to learn. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single one of my questions about cut, clarity, metals, and even about insuring the finished rings. He kept me updated every step of the way from designing to polishing and appraising.

He always addressed any questions or concerns I had promptly. And I couldn't be happier with the final product. And I know my soon to be fiancee will be speechless. It's also always great to be able to support a local family business. Thank you Josh and Designer Jewels!

Worst customer service I have ever from a so-called jeweler. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sales rep. Josh was very disrespectful.

I've known Josh for many years and he is my go to guy for jewelry, repairs and even coins! He's does it all professionally and with courteously. BTW. that "Thomas S" review below is not from me. Some lowlife swindler made a fake Yelp account to make it look like me. If we can all report that as fake it to keep things honest that would be great

Now this joke of a jeweler sent me an empty envelope, I think there was supposed to be a ring in there but just got air. Sure glad that I don't have to trust him with anything of value. I am confident that he is NOT someone I want to trust!

I have known Joshua Sandler and have done business with him for 6 years. I sent my gold to him to be used to save money to make a replacement wedding band due to losing mine doing tree work My ring size is 10.5. When I got my new ring it looked great. After wearing it two months my finger started turning green and black. I spoke to Josh and he assured me that it was something I was putting my hands into and not the ring.

He assured me that it was 14k solid gold. Last week I took it to a professional jeweler and found that it is 14k overlay on brass. I questioned Josh about it and he started cursing and saying I switched the ring. This ring has been on my finger since the day he shipped it to me. The pictures show that the gold has worn off and the brass is showing. Wasted $400 plus my gold is gone.

My gold was 14 k from Kay jewelers. Now he keeps calling and sending vulgar messages to myself and my wife. I sent a message to his boss but Josh intercepts the messages and phone calls. Dont do it

The older gentleman knew his stuff but then the younger guy took over to write me up I only wanted to get a ring fixed but the kid at the counter was more interested in the baggie that someone sold him while talking to me. I don't know what was in it but with the enlarged pupils and sweating I can only imagine I'm taking my business elsewhere

When my grandmother passed away two years ago and I had to get a valuation on her antique watches Josh helped me find comparable watches that had sold at auction and even introduced me to dealers he felt would potentially pay them most for them in the event I had to sell them. He treated me with respect, compassion and patience and did not ask for a dime from me. That should more than speak to his character.

Josh was wonderful to work with and very patient through the design process. Glad my husband went through Designer Jewels and my ring is AMAZING. Will choose them over a box store any day!

Extremely over the top arrogant staff member felt the need to point out my fat fingers and I was appalled. Josh was his name and I would fire that kid on the spot. If there was a way to give negative 5 stars, that's what I would leave.

Having dealt with Josh Sandler and his family at Designer Jewels multiple times over the last 4-years, I can honestly say without a doubt that their customer service is at the complete top of the mountain! No issue too small or too big for Josh to handle. Kudos!

Mark Sandler designed my gorgeous ring, today I worked with his wife and sons who so kindly cleaned and serviced the ring it's a great place I won't go anywhere else.

I am extremely happy with the work Designer Jewels Inc. has done. I recently got engaged and my ring kept spinning. I went in to see Josh Sandler who is a friend of mine and asked for his help. I showed him the idea I had of spacing beads to balance the weight of the ring. He was extremely helpful and took notes of what I wanted. Josh kept me up to date about when my ring was to be ready.

After picking up my ring I noticed the beads were a little too close and pinching my finger. I went back and Mark Sandler the owner was more than happy to re do them for me, and I had it back within 2 hours! I will never go to another jeweler.
