Khames has been my go-to jeweler for over 10 years now. I've purchased everything from men's watches to women's diamond earrings from him and he's always taken expert care of me! You cannot go wrong with Khames, and his customer service is world class. I bought my wife's engagement ring from him and she has since knocked a few stones loose and needed the ring re-sized. He's always helped us right away and taken great care of us.

I brought in my solitaire engagement ring and Khames was able to add a halo setting per my request. My goodness what a beauty it's turned into. I absolutely love how seamless it looks. You would think that it was a completely different ring. What a blessing it's been to work with you! Thank you Khames!

Long story: we had a set of custom rings (engagement/wedding) made in california that didn't fit. I hadn't worn the rings since the sizing issues and we finally made the trip to Khames to get some professional advice.

Very happy with the service I recieved here. I needed the battery replaced on two different watches of mine and they both were returned in better shape than when I dropped them off! Not only was a new battery installed flawlessly, but they also cleaned/polished and accurately set the date and time on both watches. and they did all of this for a total of $20!

Everyone I encountered at this establishment treated me as if I was servicing a Rolex even though I was only spending $20. needless to say I will definitely return for anything I need in the future. I would 100% recommend Khames Jewelers to anyone in need of any jewelry or repairs! Thank you!

I first met Khames when I lost a diamond from my earring setting and I was having issues with my screw backs always coming off. I went to several jewelers and they would only sell me a pair of new earrings and told me there was nothing they could do about the backs coming off. Khames found me a diamond to match my current earrings and suggested that I re-set the earrings from a basket setting to a martini setting and lose the screw back.

Here we are 5 years later and my jewelry is beautiful and I have yet to lose a diamond or an earring back. He took the time to teach me about how to appropriately care for my diamonds. I loved his work so much, my husband and I bought my wedding band from him! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have sent family and friends to him and we are all satisfied customers. Worst experience! Trusted him with my precious ring to tightened up my diamond and got back a broken band and was told that there was a defect in the casting. Long Jewelers fixed it with no problem And tightened my diamond as well in less than 1 hour.

I had been shopping around for diamonds and a jeweler to help with my engagement ring needs with much frustration. Khames came highly recommended to me by a friend so I gave him a shot. He is extremely personable and obviously loves what he does. Khames found the perfect diamond and completely reconstructed an antique ring. This was no small feat as the ring was intended for a much smaller, round stone.

My fiancee could not believe the ring on her finger is the same one she remembered. Her family was in awe that this 100 year old ring came back to life with such allure. Her grandfather was almost in tears that his mother's ring will remain a family heirloom. I may never give business to another jeweler; Khames is a great guy and a fair business man.

Amazing customer service! I am visiting the area and needed laser repair on a sentimental ring. Other jewelers challenged the need for laser repair and asked unrelated and unnecessary questions. Khames Jewelers was friendly, understanding and supportive. They agreed to rush the repair to meet my departure. My ring was ready the next day. The repair was above and beyond what I requested.

They felt it was more important for my ring to be correct then to stick to my original request. My ring is better than when I brought it in. Then the owner came out to explain the repair and confirm I was happy with the repair. This place can teach others the meaning of great customer service.

Sruffy, overpriced and rude staff leave me very disappointed in choosing to support a local business over a simple battery replacements in several watches.

Went in just to ask about a men's wedding band; I really wanted to see the difference between 18k and 14k, left happy. We got a great wedding band at a great price and some gorgeous earrings. Khames and his staff are all very nice, but you can honestly tell he is genuinely a nice man. Do not buy online or go to a big box store, it's nice having a jeweler we can actually trust and talk to. I had one back home but have not found someone before moving to the east coast. Very pleased and will definitely be back.

Highly, highly recommend this jeweler! My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience with our previous jeweler and I couldn't be more thankful that we have now found a wonderful jeweler who treats his customers like royalty. My wedding bands were made by our previous jeweler, but Khames has been so kind to fix the issues with the bands at a minimal cost. Their customer service is superb! They even took the time to send my husband a care package while he was on deployment. WOW!

Very poor customer service. Owner was nasty and rude. Jewelry was made with poor craftsmanship and had to be fixed.
