WOSTEP trained, as well as a former watchmaking instructor, Ben has been working on fine timepieces for several decades. When not fixing watches, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two talented daughters, and capturing memories on film.

His skill as a restorer of antique timepieces was clear at a young age, and he's come about his success as a watchmaker extremely organically.

Stopped in my first time to look at a new mounting/diamond and felt right at home in this family owned store. Got educated on styles and diamonds. I feel very comfortable working with Smith Jewelers. Stopped by a second time because I had lost an earring and needed a match for a replacement. Nikki the repair expert helped me out and showed me great customer service. Love this place and love knowing they will work with you. No pushy sales people just honest family friendly business professionals. Check them out!

Exceptionally exquisite jewelry designs coupled with excellent customer service prove that OSJ is easily the best jewelry store in the Valley. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are highly knowledgeable, and there is always an attitude of going the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what he/she wants. I recently purchased an inexpensive, everyday watch with an expandable band. The band was too loose. I went to 4 places, willing to pay a reasonable amount.and none of them said they were even able to re-size that type of band. I was about to give up, return the watch and buy something different--but walked into Oliver Smith and asked if they could re-size.
Not only were they able to do it (perfectly by the way!) they did it for NO CHARGE.Great Customer service for someone who did not even purchase anything there. KUDOS to this establishment!

Oliver Smith Jeweler is always a wonderful treat to visit. Everybody is always so pleasant and welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. Their jewelry is exquisite and there is an array of styles, pieces, and prices and you can be sure whatever you're looking for will be stunning, beautiful, and well-made. We've tried other jewelers who are closer to us but we are never pleased. Oliver's is the best and the only one we trust and love.
