Absolutely loved it here! Tried a couple other places and ED Marshall Jewelers had the best prices! ED was extremely helpful and nice. Once you find the perfect ring it is sized in house while you are there. Absolutely in love with my engagement ring, wedding ring, and husband's wedding band. Ed Marshall Jewelers is a wonderful jeweler and I was very glad to do business with them. They were accommodating, professional, and helpful throughout the process of getting my fiancee's engagement ring. They took on a custom resetting job for me and it came out perfectly. A few days later they also quickly resized the ring after the proposal.

Have done business with ED Marshall over the years but not recently. Took my wifes Cartier & Ebel watches to a local jewel in Gilbert after moving from Paradise Valley, and informed they checked the batteries but that was not the issue and would have to ship it to another company. Went to ED Marshall a couple of days later and BINGO.they replaced the batteries and cleaned a couple of chains as well in less than 20 minutes. ED Marshall is honest, professional and priced fairly as well. Fantastic staff!

Sergio Ortega is great! I had wanted an Omega Seamaster 300M Professional for a long time, and read good reviews that mentioned Sergio - so I gave him a call. He was very pleasant on the phone, told me they had the watch style I wanted in stock, and welcomed me to come in to see it. He showed me the watch and another color variant, and was very knowledgeable about Omega and watches in general.
He also sold me a matching blue-colored rubber strap for the watch which I was surprised to see they had in stock in their store. He gave me a great deal, and they quickly sized it for my wrist. Great buying experience. Thank you Sergio!
