I could not recommend Dubin Jewelers highly enough. Anne and Elise are both remarkably considerate and helpful, and were able to custom-make a very particular pendant on just over a day's notice(!) after I had been unable to find what I was looking for anywhere else. Anne even stayed late on a Friday to make sure I was able to pick it up in time, and the pendant actually came in slightly below their (already very reasonable, given the high quality) estimate.
Great prices for outstanding work and some of the best customer service I have ever seen. After having gone there once, I can't imagine shopping for jewelry anywhere else in Boston.

I recently put my engagement diamond in a new halo setting and refinished my wedding and anniversary bands with Dubin Jewlers. I couldn't be more happy with how my rings turned out! Elise was a pleasure to work with- super accommodating and gave amazing suggestions. Pricing was great and her estimation was honest, up front and almost the exact amount the work ended up being. I will absolutely be working with her again! I cannot thank her enough for how BEAUTIFUL my rings are!

We had a fantastic experience with Dubin Jewelers. We searching for matching of wedding bands, and were looking for a Celtic inspired design on our bands. We found Dubin by going to the Jeweler's Building website and looking at what the various retailers in the building had to offer. Dubin seemed to offer the most selection of wedding bands for the best prices, and we found a 14 karat white gold wedding band that had the Celtic infinity knot engraved design that we fell in love with.
We then went into the Jeweler's Building to Dubin, and our interactions with Anne and Elise couldn't have been better. They are so personable! The suggested retail price of the rings we purchased was about $1400 for each band, but we paid only $800 per band. The rings were on backorder, and we were in a time crunch. They assured us we would have our bands in time for our wedding, and they came through for us.
They are a family owned business that has operated Dubin Jeweler's for three generations, and the difference in customer service between this family owned business and the larger chain stores is night and day. Definitely check them out - we'll be going back.

My husband designed my engagement ring with them and I loved it so much, I went back and bought our wedding bands there too. I thought it might be tough because we ordered our rings from California when they are based in Boston. However, they made it super easy! I got the rings in a timely fashion with no problems at all. I would definitely go back! In fact, I have my eye on a ring already! :-

I bought my wedding ring from them in 1975 and have been a customer ever since, They are very patient and know what they are doing. Though I don't own a lot of high-end pieces, everything was bought there because I knew they would always do well by me. They suggested that I have a diamond ring restyled, and it turned out to be a beautiful piece that years later still receives compliments.
They always have time to spend with a customer to be sure the customer is happy. There is no feeling that they can't wait to sell you something and get to the next person. I would highly recommend them. They also do repairs.

I visited Dubin Jewelers and was initially overwhelmed with the amount of choices, but Elise and Anne made this an enjoyable experience and were beyond helpful. Their prices were far better than a few others stores I visited and they offered insight which was greatly appreciated. Next time I need jewelery, I'll definitely return here.

Ordered my wedding band here last month. Having a Novell design reworked with Rose gold. Definitely a better experience than DePrisco where I bought my wife's engagement ring. The ladies there have been very helpful friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. They have a great sense of what you want and work hard to make sure you get it. An overall 1000 times better experience than the frustration I had at DePrisco.
If you want something that is accurate to your needs, especially if you want it customized, go here! They do not have an huge quantity of jewelry but they do have a diverse range and they can customise most things. I went to Barmakians upstairs, They had 500 odd rings. I hated all of them. So many redundant styles too.
