EB Horn

Our family friend recommended EB Horn to me and my fiance as I wanted a custom wedding band. I wanted to take my mothers wedding band and melt/reshape it and add my grandmother's diamonds. EB Horn was able to accommodate my wishes and was really helpful. When I initially emailed Doug he got back to me the next day to set up an appointment time. When we arrived Christine was able to help us finalize the design that we wanted.

She was able to show us the diamonds we had brought with a magnifying glass and let us try on one similar to what we imagined. Christine educated us about diamonds and the process we were going through. When we were done, she said it would be a 3 week turnaround and gave us a quote, however, the custom ring came back sooner than expected and we were able to make an appointment the same day; the final price was even less than she quoted!

My fiance also had a great experience. EB Horn had a variety of different men's wedding bands in different colors and sizes. He was not able to find the perfect size so Christine suggested that they shorten one of the band sizes by . EB Horn was so accommodating and careful with our family items and we will definitely go back in the future. It was a great experience.

World Class Customer Service. From my 1st email inquiry, Doug answered all my questions and presented me with exactly what I was looking for, a WOW ring and other options. EB Horn certainly lives up to its reputation with its quality, selection, craftsmanship and personal service. It was World Class customer service throughout the entire process. I love this jeweler and the only one I shop at. They are incredibly nice and I get a family feel every time I visit. I've bought my wife's engagement rings, wedding rings, other diamond rings and studs there. Every time they are so welcoming and not pushy at all. They gave me plenty of time to think on it and we're very reasonable. Always ask to clean my wife's rings when we go in. I just love EB and the only place I fully trust.

I inherited some family jewelry and brought it into EB Horn for appraisal. Michael Finn and his team were very knowledgeable and courteous educating me about the pieces and their value. I had a ring resized and I was so pleased at the turn around time and how it came out. The pieces they offer in the store are beautiful and the estate pieces are very unique. I worked with EB Horn prior to our trip to Boston and email communication was prompt. The store was nice and clean and an appointment was required which was nice because it made it more of a personal visit. The store had a lot of cool pieces full of history- very unique! Purchased a beautiful piece and couldn't be happier!

In 1986, my wife and I bought our wedding rings at E. B. Horn. Susan's ring was a combination of sapphire and diamond; mine was/is a textured gold band. They served us well. Our marriage survives. Fast forward to early 2020 (I think.) We had had a serious house fire in 2016, losing everything we possessed. We returned to EBH and had great assistance in replacing my wife's ring. The men who helped us were warm, understanding, and compassionate. We have nothing but great thoughts and memories of our experiences there.

This is an excellent, reliable, honest business. Sales staff is superb and service/repair crew is dependable and precise. Great inventory. Great store.

John at E B Horn is simply amazing! He is very knowledgeable, charismatic and extremely flexible about the customer's decision-making process. He helped me so much and worked with me in picking out the perfect ring I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my jewelry. Doug took the time to listen to my request, and was not only knowledgeable, he gave great suggestions, was easy to work with, and kept me up to date with how things were moving along. His follow up was just the best! I had moved from Boston, to another state but knew, (because I had purchased jewelry pieces at EB Horn before), that only they would know how to turn my idea into a reality.

I now have a gorgeous piece that will pass down for generations to come. Doug was able to turn an antique sapphire ring, into a stunning necklace-to which he added a tiny diamond and lovely chain. He was also able to make 3 stacking rings from the remaining platinum of the ring's band! On each stacking ring, he placed initials-mine on one, the initials of each of my children on the second.and on the third, the initials of my grandchildren. Anytime I need jewelry information, or am looking for a creative gift idea for a loved one (or myself), I will call EB Horn and my jeweler, Doug!

In addition to this being a wonderful experience--because the necklace and rings were being shipped in November (near my birthday), Doug wrapped the boxes with pretty paper and ribbons! I visited E.B. Horn with the hopes of getting my grandfather's class ring made into a necklace pendant I could wear every day. It is a treasured heirloom and I was very apprehensive to trust anyone with making this happen. The staff at E.B.
