Only high quality jewelry here. Wife loves everything I've ever gotten her from here. Recommended family and friends this store when they are looking for a nice gift and or especially engagement rings. This is the only place I will shop at. It's been 10 years since getting our wedding bands here and they have held up to the test of time and is still like new.

Just purchased an engagement ring today. Could not have asked for better service. Garo was extremely informative and worked within my budget. Did not feel any pressure whatsoever. I am beyond pleased.

GARO is the man! I couldn't be any happier, he was so patient with my fiance and I! He explained everything and answer all of our questions. He gave and showed us so many options. If it wasn't for him I don't think anyone could make this process less stressful for us! His service, and prices I don't think anyone could beat it. I highly recommend him!

So happy I came to Bedrosian for my wedding bands! They came out beautifully and arrived 6 weeks after ordering. Raffi is knowledgable and communicative and included the appraisal for the rings as well. Their prices are fair and less than many of the other jewelers!

After hitting the usual major jewelry stores and being less than impressed with the service and selection, we ended up at Bedrosian Jewelry. We worked with Garo, and this was the first time that someone had actually sat us down, listened to what I wanted, and showed us multiple options. Garo spent about an hour educating us on everything, showing us stones in several settings, and discussing budget.

We even had to come back for another consultation because I was so indecisive with all the beautiful options. He was nothing but patient and even showed us some new stones that "made him think of us". I ended up with my DREAM RING which receives tons of compliments, and the price was super reasonable at that. Working with Garo was a dream and we will be back for our wedding bands!

Had to leave a review for this amazing company. I brought a sentimental stone to them to have it set. Raffi worked with me to design my own custom ring around it. Within a couple weeks they had a 3D printed plastic ring to show me the details of the ring itself. Within another couple of weeks it was done to perfection. The ring is of the highest quality and truly looks and is one of a kind.

Thank you for helping me make my now Fiance's dream ring a reality. Oh, and to top it all off the price was extremely reasonable, especially for the impeccable service I received in return.

So I have been in and out of jewelry stores all week and stressing myself out looking for the perfect engagement ring. Yesterday I walked into the Jewlers Building in Boston and started shopping around again. The guys in that building are all very knowledgeable but the knowledge that my jeweler gave me about diamonds was super incredible. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Garo Bedrosian.

He was willing to find me the perfect ring and great quality diamonds for my budget. This man is truly your humble spirit. All the pieces he was showing me were one of a kind masterpieces created right there with in the shop. He insured me that the engagement ring I was interested in was one of a kind and they will be no one else with the same. He gave me a quote, I told him I will think about it and if I make up my decision I'll be in the next day.

I kept shopping around but the beautiful masterpiece wouldn't leave my mind. I sent pictures of lots of rings to my sister and a couple of my friends. I am currently working with Garo to create my wedding band. The professionalism, courtesy, and quality of craftsmanship is phenomenal at Bedrosian. My sister-in-law had her engagement ring redone a few years back (they did such a phenomenal job) which is why I am having my ring designed and created at Bedrosian. I live in NYC now, but made a concerted effort to have Garo design my ring.

Both Garo and Rafi are delightful people. They've educated me on jewelry buying and been incredibly thoughtful in working with me. They will be my lifelong jewelers - coming from someone who shops frequently and loves jewelry - this is quite a statement. My family is very picky and also chooses these two time and again. Quality in customer service exceeds (in my opinion) what I have seen at Graff on Madison, Cartier on 5th. and everything in the diamond district. Can't wait to receive my ring and will be sure to update once I receive with pictures of the beautiful piece I know I'm due to receive!

I contacted Bedrosian Jewelry for platinum engagement ring resizing and Raffi answered back with a great quote within an hour. I scheduled an appointment for the next business day and Raffi was incredible. He was so kind about giving information and answering questions, telling me about the services they provide/recommend, talking to me about sizing with regards to the spacer I'd been wearing, and telling me whatever he knew about my antique ring style.

He went out of his way to help me get exactly what I was looking for. This is an incredible place with incredible staff and some of the most gorgeous hand-made jewelry I have ever seen. Their prices are great, the service was outstanding, and I would go back for every jewelry need. They called when my ring was done - in just 45 minutes - and it was polished to look like new.

We went in to the jewelers building looking for engagement rings a couple weeks ago and ended up also talking about possibly getting a pair of earrings. We had planned to return to Bedrosian to look at settings again as well as check out a few shops for earrings. After visiting several shops today we ended back at Bedrosian. These guys are super straightforward and give great advice. We ended up getting the earrings right then and there and I'm looking forward to see what we get next! Great prices, great selection, and great advice.

Had purchased diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday. Raffi at Bedrosian Jewelers did a great job finding the perfect pair at a great price. Highly recommend visiting them when in town.

BEWARE! RUN! ZERO STARS! I put a 2k down payment for my girlfriend's engagement and wedding rings by CC in person. Raffi Bedrosian and I agreed I would pay the remaining balance by CC when I picked up the rings in about a week. A couple days later, Raffi emailed me stating he needs an "urgent payment" by wire transfer in order to process my order, because he's being audited.

I replied canceling the order and expressed my concerns. I contacted my CC company to report and cancel order due to this suspicious behavior. Raffi never responded to my email. THEN TODAY HE CALLED ME! He said he has my ring ready. the audacity! I reiterated that I canceled my order due to him breaking our agreement as well as him acting EXTREMELY CONCERNING AND SUSPICIOUS via email. Also, he stated in email that he can't proceed until I send him a wire transfer. so why did he "get my ring ready?" He said on the phone, "I was only suggesting a wire transfer and I can take your credit card." He was very pushy on the phone and demanded I contact my CC company and reissue the payment.

I read him his emails again and said this is VERY CONCERNING behavior and I already canceled my order. He kept talking over me so I disconnected the call. SO SKETCHY! I was nervous about buying a diamond online so I thought the Jewelers Building on Washington Street was the safer bet. Gosh, was I wrong! I ended up purchasing another ring after this whole fiasco.

My wedding ring and my husband's band was made at Bedrosian Jewelry. Both times we worked with Garo. The jewelry they make are beautiful works of art. I'm in LOVE with my Wedding ring! My husband wears his band everyday and the quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding! 6 Stars if I could. Reason being. I lost my original ring. Two months before the wedding!.We rushed to Bedrosian and explained what happened. Garo worked with me and my husband and had us a new identical ring 5 days before the ceremony! I was referred to Bedrosian Jewelry by a soon to be family member, and couldn't be happier. Raffi was polite and answered all of my questions in a straight forward manner. While I wasn't completely sold until after I had examined it next "comparable" rings from other stores and online research. I no longer have those reservations. Bedrosian Jewelry will be my first choice for my next purchase, even though they are 1,200 miles away. Oh, and the fiancee's reaction? She was, and is, ecstatic.

Have nothing but good things to say about this jeweler. My fiance loves the engagement ring I presented her and people have nothing but wonderful comments for the ring. Bedrosian Jewelry is located in the jewelry exchange building in downtown crossing. The family is very helpful and have a large selection of settings from modern to traditional and vintage styles.

They have a large selection of diamonds depending on your budget. They carry GIA certified diamonds and provide the certificate so you will feel reassured that you are buying a diamond that has been certified. They also can acquire diamonds from other sources as well. Their prices are extremely competitive and in my opinion better than the suburban jewelers out there when you compare both the settings and the diamonds offered. This is a family business so they are invested in keeping this establishment around for the long run, and it shows. Thanks again for the great experience.

Long time reader but first time poster. I've had the absolute pleasure to work with Garo. He's a very knowledgeable, charming, and professional man who made our entire experience absolutely wonderful. He truly understood that buying an engagement ring can be very stressful and was kind enough to work with me every step of the process. He welcomed all different kinds of questions and multiple visits to look at different types of diamonds and settings.

Their prices are seriously hard to beat as well (and I did some pretty thorough research throughout Boston, and the price/quality of the stone was hard to beat)! My fiance never stops receiving compliments about her sparkling diamond engagement ring, all thanks to Garo and the rest at Bedrosian. I cannot be happier. We will definitely be back in the future for wedding bangs and other jewelry needs.

The ring is gorgeous, the proposal was magical. after I placed an order with Rafi, my boyfriend, now fiance, picked up the ring and I never got to see it until a few days ago when he proposed. The work and detail is perfect. I really recommend going to Bedrosian. My fiance was just saying how kind Rafi was. When we were shopping in Bedrosian, we overheard a conversation.

There was a young couple that had very little to spend. the bedrosian jeweler was so good to them and spent time with them and worked with their budget. amazing to see such a great jeweler work with all of their customers. I often see pretentious people working at jewelry stores. Bedrosian is kind, humble, helpful. I'm praising them so much, I feel like this is a set up! It's not. BUYERS BEWARE! If you purchase any diamonds from here make sure you immediately go and get a second appraisal from a reputable jeweler such as Descenza's. My husband and I purchased my diamond ring, 3 diamond bands, diamond earrings and his band there. Yes the employees are friendly and the prices are fair if you compare but remember you always get what you pay for.

I recently went to have my diamonds reappraised for insurance and was crushed at what I found out. My center stone was not what we thought we bought. It was 2 grades darker in color. Oh no wonder the price was better. 2 of the diamonds on the sides were not what we were told either. Not sure who to believe I went to another well known jeweler and they gave me the same appraisal the other location gave to me. Bedrosian uses a company that grades diamonds differently than most well known jewelers do. 15 years have gone by so there really is nothing I could do.

I had to accept I love my ring but sad that we were taken and did not get what we paid for or thought we had. I would have paid more to get the better diamond that we had looked for. I went this week and just picked up my 3rd appraisal and sure enough I received the same news. I guess I was really hoping the other 2 were wrong. GET your jeweler reappraised now.

Raffi was fantastic to work with. My girlfriend (now fiancee) and I went to nearly every jewelry store in the building. We saw dozens (if not hundreds) of center stones and bands over multiple weeks. Dianne narrowed down which one she wanted and Bedrosian Jewelry not only had the stone we were looking for, but also had the best price for what we were looking for.

We were blown away by this, because the stone we chose was stunning. It was not only D color quality, but did not have a single inclusion in it while viewing through a magnifying glass. Stone's of equal 'quality' at other stores were simply not as colorless or bright, had inclusions and were more expensive. Every Jewelry store says that they have the best price and the best quality, but that's simply not the case.

If you take the time to really examine the stones you're considering, you'll find there are immense discrepancies even among stones that on paper say they're the same quality. This is why buying online is often cheaper, but far more risky and likely going to result in a lower quality stone. We felt very comfortable with Raffi from the 1st time we walked in and met him.

It was great working with him and we did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything. It's a good sized store with a good selection as well. There are some larger stores upstairs, which we visited, but from our experience they didn't have the same quality stones and were far more expensive than what we found here. We knew we wanted to shop the Jeweler's Building and others nearby to get my engagement ring but I had no idea just how many jeweler options that meant. However, when we happened upon Bedrosian Jewelry, and especially our salesperson, Garo Bedrosian, it was clear this was our best option for the exact ring that pleased both myself and my fiance (and without having to have someone show us loose stones and settings separately), the absolute best price of anyone else, and the best customer service hands down. Garo, as now I see many others have mentioned in their reviews, made all the difference in the world.

He wasn't pushy and was there to help us. What more can you ask? He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional and I do believe he's the reason we decided upon his jewelry store and my particular ring. And my ring is exquisite, BTW. P.S. And he had my ring sized on site within an hour, same day. How great is that?!

I went there to get my engagement ring resized, they charged me 40 dollars. Very poor quality of work, the seam is visible, it has been shaved off too much and it is faintly crooked. I am getting it redone and it will cost me 150 dollars! I would be careful buying things from them. They are poor in quality and customer service (I went back to Bedrosian to show them the ring and he said "Just don't come back to us in the future"). I suggest Ararat Jewelry, they are on the same floor.
