I brought my wife's ring, which used to be her mothers, to have several stones replaced and settings built back up. They did a remarkable job and my wife is extremely pleased the work that was done on this treasured item of hers. Thank you very much. Also, prior to having any work done on my wife's ring, they offered to cut off a ring on my finger that I was unable to take off for decades due to arthritis. This was done at no charge. Can't thank you enough for that.

The owner of this place is more knowledgeable than anyone in this town regarding diamond quality and cut. He takes the time to explain exactly what you are paying for and what the differences are. And it is way more complicated than size, cut, Gia etc. What would take you a month to try and learn he can teach you in 1hr. I'm purchased a pendant from another dealer and he was willing to take a look at it with out even purchasing anything from him.

Once I understood what I bought from another jeweler and what he had to offer I wish I would have bought from him in the first place. I ended up buying a loose diamond that is of exceptional quality and a great price for a future piece. He sources these diamonds him self in Africa from a community that support ethically sourced diamonds. Do your research shop around and then go to Beaudet.

You will see the difference not just in the service but the value of the purchase. Skis is a great company but the overhead makes them have to charge 2ce the amount you will pay at Beaudet! Because of my research and shopping around I know this is the best value in town for diamonds! They have my business for life!

I don't have enough words to express how amazing my experience with Beaudet Jewelry was. I emailed them regarding replacing the center stone of my wedding ring with a diamond I had. I worked directly with Andrew (owner) and let me tell you, he was so informative, kind and took the time to answer all questions I had. I could tell after 2 minutes into the conversation that he had so much knowledge.

I was so nervous of leaving my wedding ring to be worked on but he assured me everything was going to turn out perfect and it did. I went to pick up my ring today (an appraisal also) and I am shocked on how amazing my ring looks. Wow, just wow. Took my wedding ring in to get resized. They were helpful, took the time to go over the options etc. Sent me a text the the ring was done. Price of the job I believe to be very reasonable. Recommend as a local jeweler if you need something

In the last few years I have chosen Beaudet jewelers for numerous reasons. The biggest reason was my wife's wedding ring. Excellent craftsmanship to detail and just downright beautiful. Anytime I can recommend them or any type of jewelry or customize items. They are the first ones I recommend. They are second to none. I'm so impressed with Andrew at Beaudet Jewelry Design! I took my (20+ year old) gold wedding ring to him and he advised me that i should replace the tips to keep my main emerald secure. He quoted me a reasonable price and I returned a few weeks later to pick it up. Believe me when I say the ring looks more beautiful today than when I first laid eyes on it.

I'm so impressed and in love with my ring again. Andrew went above and beyond in all aspects - he ordered in a new 'head' reset it and glammed it out to the next level. I'm so so happy with the quality of his work and recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!

A few years ago I took several rings to Beaudet asking if the stones could be re purposed into a new ring. Charles helped me design a very unique ring. One of the stones chipped recently. I took it in to be replaced. The repair was more challenging than they anticipated, despite this they still charged, the very reasonable, original price for the repair. Great work and customer service!

We've trusted Baudet's Jewelry for nearly thirty years. Their design and craftsmanship is superb! As a bonus, if you're curious, you can learn surprising things about gems and history. Baudet's have always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to take time to help you find the right item.

My all time favorite jeweler. Exquisite workmanship, attention to detail and jewelry design. The expert staff works to create a special individual piece that's unique to you. I enjoyed the quaintness of the shop and the comfortable showroom design. The small staff is welcoming and engaged in helping the customer find that perfect piece of jewelry.

They truly have some magnificent pieces. I couldn't get out of there without buying one of their gorgeous pearl pendants. I get compliments on my ring all the time! I couldn't be happier.

Very disorganized and slow I brought in a ring that I wanted re-set in a new setting as well as purchased additional stones from Beaudet to complete the new setting. I originally worked with Charles and he was very nice. However, that was my only encounter with him and the experience went steadily downhill from there. I brought the ring in early August and did not get it back until late November.

I had also paid for and requested an appraisal. The appraisal never happened. I'd call and each time I spoke with someone, I never got an answer about when I'd get the appraisal. "Let me take your name and number and we will call you back" time and time again but NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. By this time, a prong had failed and a stone began to spin in the setting, so I went back and they were very happy I did, because Andrew admitted that they had lost the appraisal (I don't think it was ever done).

So again, it was promised in a week and it took three weeks and a LOT of pressure from me to be done. I always want to support locally owned businesses but if you want your jewelry repaired, I would not in good conscience recommend taking it to Beaudet. The post office moves more quickly than this store and at least the post office is organized.

Beaudet Jewelry is our neighborhood store for high-end jewelry and for jewelry & watch repair. I have not had the pleasure of purchasing any high-end jewelry so I can't speak to their guidance or selection. I do admire what is on display. Over the years I have used their services and LOVE that they assisted me in my needs for watch repair, batteries, repair of my wedding ring and cleaning my rings.

They have always been gracious, professional and get the job done. Recently I needed some guidance with determining if I should appraise some inherited jewelry items. They offered a brief no-cost verbal evaluation, gave me a range of options that helped me decide what I might do with these items. I appreciate the service, local ownership, easy access and welcoming environment. Should I be in the market for purchases of jewelry I would certainly visit their store.

Amazing customer service for jewelry repair! Brought in a silver ring that was crushed and the jeweler repaired it on the spot, taking great care not to damage the many stones in it, polished it, and it looks brand new! Fantastic service and very pleasant staff. Their jewelry is beautiful as well, and Chuck, the jewelry designer, is incredibly talented.

Beaudet Jewelry is the BEST! Five years ago, I had a very valuable heirloom ring that needed to be sized so that I could wear it as a daily wedding ring. After taking it to two other reputable Eugene jewelers, and having the shank (band) crack again and again, I finally took it to Charles Beaudet. He fixed it properly and I have never had a problem again!

Since that time, I have brought many pieces in to be repaired, both simple and elaborate repairs and pieces. I have never been let down, and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Beaudet Jewelry is a lovely establishment with kind, considerate employees who are experts at their craft.

About a year ago my wife needed to have her wedding ring cut off for a pending surgery. We went to Beaudet's at the recommendation of family. I had made previous purchases with them, but it had been 20 years. First, the customer service was poor, the son acted is if he could care less we were there. Next, in removing the ring he greatly exaggerated the spread and also twisted the ring.

Once removed they said the prongs holding the stone were worn and recommended replacement. Repair and resizing was around $600. Fast forward almost a year, the ring broke. My wife was in town when she noticed the broken ring. The stone, setting and part of the ring disappeared and my wife was heartbroken. She had no recollection of bumping or catching the ring on anything. Amazingly enough we found the broken ring in our home, which is even more amazing since we live on a ranch.

I had been concerned with how much he had bent the ring during removal. We just took it to another reputable jeweler to have it assessed. Without us saying what transpired previously, the jeweler said that under magnification it appeared the break appeared to be fatigue related. I chose not to return to Beaudet's as based on our previous experience I was certain we would charged to "fix" once again inferior work and something an experienced jeweler should have recognized for foresaw previously. Do yourself and loved ones a huge favor, go to one of the other reputable jewelers in our community. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Charles is the best custom design jeweler there is. Go to his shop, check out his work, and be blown away like I was!

This family owned and run business is a gem!; the father/son team is knowledgeable and helpful. I will make my next fancy jewelry purchase here for sure! And we live in Portland so we will make the drive.

The folks here are kind, thoughtful and passionate about what they do. They have created a custom ring for me to commemorate a special time in my life and have also made aesthetically stunning bands to match my existing wedding band. This was done twice as I selected white gold but then found out after a few months that I was allergic to white gold. They replaced the bands for me without hesitation. I can't say enough good things. I have been going there for 18 years.

Amazing! Absolutely THE best customer service! I came in with a stone missing from my engagement ring and needed it replaced asap! They were able to get it done in 24 hours just in time for my parents to get into town! Will be back :

My husband and I moved up to Oregon from California where we had problem after problem with my ring and our jeweler just not understanding what we were wanting. We were recommended to Beaudet through my grandmother who does all the art in store. Right when we came in we could tell that we were working with an artist not just a jeweler. Its 3rd gen. family run, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and Mr. Beaudet Sr knew exactly what we were hoping to achieve with my ring without me having to exhaust myself.

He also revealed where my last jeweler went wrong and gave us a brief/awesome gem/diamond lesson I really enjoyed. The ring came back to us even more beautiful than I could ever imagine and you can really see that it was done by a true artist. I love my ring and I can't wait to work with them again! Thanks Guys!

I have had only good experiences with Beaudet Jewelry. I went in with a drawing of some earrings that I wanted and Mr. Beaudet was very helpful in turning the drawing into real (beautiful) earrings while respecting my budgetary constraints. Later on, I had a matching pendant made, and again it came out wonderfully. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. They have always been helpful and friendly and I would recommend them to any of my friends.
