I went to Miro Jewelers with an idea for an engagement ring but not exactly sure what I wanted. With the help of Nadim, Maria and Shannon, they helped me create the most beautiful, one-of-a-kind, engagement ring. My fiance' has had it for nearly a month and she still can't stop staring at it. Thank you Miro Jewelers, your craftsmanship is topnotch.

I've shopped Miro for various occasions and I always have such a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the pieces (designed and crafted in-house) are stunning and everything is fairly priced. Miro makes a difference.

Fantastic people, who will listen to what you want and then offer ideas. Had a custom bracelet made, process was smooth and easy. Got exactly what I wanted. Beyond happy.

Everyone at Miro was wonderful to work with. Nadim brought in a few diamonds to choose from and exceeded my expectations. Instead of choosing what he had in the store, he brought in EXACTLY what I needed. Triple Ex, near flawless, colorless, and the right size carat. The ring was perfect.

While visiting the store with my daughter-in-law who had a great deal of jewelry to be repaired and checked, I took the opportunity to ask about my own ring set. We were being assisted by Nadim Miro who was being so patient and helpful that I was completely at ease with the recommendations he made for fixing and cleaning my rings (one small diamond was missing).

The results were nothing short of amazing. I left with what looked like a brand new ring set! I live in another city so having it done while I waited was a real courtesy that I appreciated more than I can say. What a great experience all around!

I am blown away by the work Miro did! I had my mom's old diamond ring re-set into my wedding band and I could not be happier. Miro was reasonably priced and my new ring is very high quality and craftsmanship. Created my new wedding band in less than 3 weeks and it is beautiful. Before and after pictures below.

My husband-to-be and I went here on Saturday, July 17,2021 looking for men's wedding bands. Didn't catch the woman's name (blondish, 40ish) but she was so rude to us the moment we walked into the store. She was reluctant to answer any questions on the wedding bands or show us any wedding bands out of the case. We believe she was homophobic.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or ever step foot in here again! We went across the street to the Shane Co. and everyone there was smiling welcoming, happy and helpful. Don't go to Miro Jewelers!

We had our wedding rings made at Miro Jewelers. We were having a tough time finding exactly what we wanted, so they helped us design our own. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We are so fortunate to have found them!

I wish I could have afforded more in this place. We were treated well by JaNae, and we got exactly what we wanted. They were able to do custom work for no extra cost and really flexible with payment. I want to buy more, and strongly suggested my husband go back next time we have a special occasion.

I have to leave a review about Miro's. They are just too great to not. I had a terrible experience at a jeweler in Parker, where I currently stay and greatly regretted not coming here first. Super helpful, friendly, and not pushy. They also price EXTREMELY FAIR compared to some other places. JeNae was the nice lady who took care of me who is an expert in her field and the owner Nadim is a master at his craft.

They take great pride in their work and deliver great pieces. I came here for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and they ordered the diamond and set the stone all before the timeline expectation I had. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband had a custom wedding ring in mind and they made it perfectly on a very short time crunch! Maria and Nadim are top notch. Not only were they in constant communication with my husband, they were genuinely excited to hear about the wedding and my reaction towards the ring. It was absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. They took the time to explain diamond quality and the difference between the quality they offer over other big named jewelry stores.

We have been back a few times since to add to the ring and pick a beautiful piece for my moms 60th birthday. The owners are personable, honest, fun, professional and we love that it's a family owned business. We will be back!

My spouse and I came here to buy rings- our first-- for our 30th anniversary, and my birthday. We hadn't planned to design something unique, but were so excited to spent time with the jeweler to create custom his-and-hers. We came in a month in advance, and there were no hints it could not be done in time. The sketch looked beautiful. We were on clouds.

Long story short-- I don't know WHAT happened. Promised calls were not returned, or were returned late (weeks), asked multiple times for price estimate, never got it, some problem with the stone quality, never knew how long it was going to take--we could have chosen something else. It you can't do the job, or something will prevent making the deadline, say so up front.

We could have used cigar bands so we'd have SOMEthing the day of the Once-in-a-lifetime event. Picture a wedding-- without the rings. Still waiting for a call, at least with an excuse. If you need jewelry, cross the street over to the Shane Company. What a disappointing experience.

We had the BEST experience getting our rings for our wedding here. The rings are beautiful with great prices, Nadim and the staff are wonderful, and the whole process was fantastic. The men's ring selection was impressive as well! We are lifelong Miro jeweler customers now : Thank you do much for making this part of our wedding so special.

Great service and prices! Although I purchased my fiance's engagement ring elsewhere, because I was unaware of Miro Jewelers at the time, the owner treated me as though I was a return customer. He walked us through choosing a wedding band that best matched her engagement ring. He also helped me with my wedding band, and we are very happy with both! The other employees are nice and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Miro Jewelers to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had a ring custom made as a gift for a friend. They had several beautiful pieces I was able to look at for inspiration, and they were conscious of my budget and offered helpful suggestions of how to keep the cost down. We were on a tight deadline to get the ring shipped out by a certain date, but they were able finish several days ahead of schedule and shipped it out in plenty of time.

The final product was stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. I worked primarily with Maria and she was great, very sweet and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. The collection of jewelry they carry in the store is also fantastic, plenty of classic pieces but also pieces that are on trend.

This whole experience was beyond amazing. To make a long story short; we didn't have much time for ring shopping, before our big day. After searching the "big box" website, I didn't find anything I was interested wearing for the rest of my life. I found two different rings I liked, but was not able to modify them. I found Miro's website, and they had a request form for custom rings.

I filled it out on a Sunday night, and within minutes Nadim got back to me. I went to the shop and he spend about an hour with me, building the perfect ring, with the two photos I showed him. My ring was completely made from scratch, no modified rings, completely my own ring. I can't recommend the store more. I haven't had an experience with a "big box" jewelry store, nor do I want one. Incredible service!

Beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price with OUTSTANDING service! We started across the street but disliked how they were going TOO FAR with their "covid practices" (don't take my photo without my permission, AND lie to me about it!). So we left and decided to try the NEW STORE across the street. BEST THING WE EVER DID! Patti was amazing! The selection of men's rings cover every taste/style!

My ring is BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! BOTH rings were MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED, than across the street! I USED to shop there for a few decades. Now, I'll shop Miro Jewelry! I absolutely love Miro and JeNae is amazing. I bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band here. Her customer service was above and beyond helping me pick out my ring. I was a little nervous and she helped find the perfect diamond. After our son was born I returned and she helped me design a push present ring. I can't say enough of the staff. If you're thinking of any jewelry this is your place!

My custom design experience with Miro Jewelers was excellent, unlike some of the other jewelers in the area. JeNae is just outstanding to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service skills. I took my wife's wedding ring in to be custom redesigned with the original diamond plus adding diamonds and upgrading the band. Her guidance and recommendations were great and the ring is stunningly beautiful.

My wife was just blown away when I surprised her with it (so was our daughter and daughter-in-law). I found Miro prices to be fair and they only use top quality stones. I would highly recommend Miro Jewelers and JeNae.

I'm so glad I found Miro jewelers. I dropped my rings off to be cleaned and rhodium plated - they look brand new! My bridal set was custom made, so I am very weary about who services my jewelry. They do all their repairs in-house, so there's no need to send anything out. Miro Jewlers is a family run business. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their quality is top notch. I will definitely be back!

So glad we found Miro! We were looking to get stones taken out of an old ring, and Shane Co across the street was rude and condescending. We tried Miro, and not only did they take the stones out, they did it for FREE in less than 10 minutes! My fiance got my engagement ring from here, and it is beautiful. We will be getting our wedding bands from Miro as well. The staff is kind and patient. Highly recommend Miro over any big-box jeweler!

My wife wanted an non-traditional engagement ring with a sapphire center stone. After shopping around different jewelers and getting high prices or bad information, I called Miro. Nadim brought me in days later and showed me several gems at different price points and demonstrated a gem expertise I didn't find anywhere else! When looking to set the ring, he actually discouraged me from a setting 3x more expensive than the one I bought because he cared more about my fiancee's taste than his commission! Miro offers expertise and pricing unlike anywhere else in Denver.

And their delivery time on a custom ring was less than half the time I'd been quoted elsewhere. The finished product was perfect. We also got our wedding bands here. I won't ever shop elsewhere for jewelry. If you don't go see Nadim, you're doing yourself, and whomever you're buying for, a huge disservice. There is no one better!

JeNae is wonderful, highly recommend her and the team at Miro Jewlers! My fiancee and I are after Veraggio wedding bands to match the engagement ring he bought at another jeweler for me years prior (we had a long engagement). They had exactly what we needed, JeNae was great to work with, very responsive & went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend for any jewelry shopper, everyday or special occasion. :)

Miro jewelers has been wonderful throughout my ring buying experience. I first bought my fiance's engagement ring with them and JaNae was great to work with during the entire experience. She was honest about pricing and value propositions, while also being very helpful for my payment options and quality I was getting. I was so impressed I went back to purchase my wedding rings. Every time I go to Miro Jewelers I have the best experience. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. They never pressure you about anything and I really appreciate that! The staff was great at Miro Jewelers and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a new ring for my 20th anniversary and they helped me design the perfect ring. They have an on site jeweler as well that cleaned and checked my current jewelry as I was shopping. I definitely recommend coming here.

I worked with JaNae for my engagement ring and she was beyond helpful. I came in with inspiration I had gathered from my wife and she walked me through picking out the diamond and designing the setting. They made it custom and it was breathtaking! She has been so helpful at every step of the way. She has great feedback and style and will give you her honest opinion on each aspect of the design based on what she thinks you/she are looking for.

The experience has been so great, the jewelry so beautiful, and the prices fair. I couldn't recommend Miro enough, and JeNae in particular. After working with them, I discovered that a few of my friends also went to Miro and worked with Nadim, and they had nothing but great things to say as well. 6/5 stars.

My fiance and I came here to look for a setting for my engagement ring and we couldn't have been happier with the service and the ring we ended up with! Patty helped us find the perfect setting and was very patient while we made our decision. Beautiful work and very nice people! We will be getting our bands from here too!

This place exceeded my expectations! I brought in my engagement ring for a resetting and also a diamond pendant from my dad to be made into my wedding band. I worked with Patti who was nothing short of helpful, honest and timely with everything. She even called the day after to confirm a few things once they removed the diamonds from the pendant, just to make sure it was what I wanted and would be happy with.

Both rings were done in 3 weeks (as I was quoted) and the staff was friendly and warm. My ring and wedding band are gorgeous, I get compliments everywhere I go! In fact, I'm going back to get another ring reset after this experience :) Love love love Miro!

This place is fantastic, I would highly recommend using Miro to anyone. I recently got engaged and had a family heirloom piece that needed some serious attention. The ring was over 105 years old and the prongs were cracked. I met with Nadim Miro and he truly was a tremendous help. He provided me with a number of amazing options. Miro specializes in custom work and we decided to have him completely restore the ring. Miro was able to bring back to life my great grandmothers ring.

They were able to use the same 18k gold and replicated the original band and setting. There is a lot of sentimental value to the ring and my fiance is over the moon. This ring will be in our family for another 100+ years.
