I bought my wife a gold and silver bracelet for around $400.00 this past Christmas. She loved it and wore it often. It literally broke in half And I was told by a sales associate they it must have been something my wife did to cause the break. No negotiable answer just that it must have been her at fault. I feel that after 6 mos after purchase, offering to repair it would have been a wiser choice to keep established customers satisfied. My business will go elsewhere now.

Polly's Fine Jewelry is the only place I do business. The prices are more than reasonable and the jewelry is intentionally selected for Southern women who live in and love Charleston and South Carolina. While I live thousands of miles away, they are MY jewelers and I refuse to buy or repair anywhere else.

Vikki was so patient and helpful. Was able to help me with a ring issue and showed me a beautiful cushion cut ring that 30 minutes later my wife text me the same style. Sharp service! will be back

I went into the North Charleston store in the middle of a busy Christmas shopping day to get a battery for my wife's watch. I was immediately acknowledged and told someone would be with me shortly I expected to drop the watch off and have to come back but then I was helped by a very nice lady who said she could check with her watch maker and may be able to have it done while I waited.

After looking over their impressive selection of jewelry For about 5 minutes I was given the watch back working perfectly with a new battery and was told there was no charge. What a great small business experience. They have earned my loyalty and my wife will be happy when I go to get her gifts there.

Richard, one of the owners, helped us today with a small jewelry repair. He was kind, prompt, and got us in and out in 10 minutes. Recommended highly! Thanks.and Happy New Year!

I came to Polly's to have all of my jewelry and my husband's watches cleaned after they were tarnished by a house fire. They were incredibly patient and helpful with inventorying everything to get me an itemized receipt for my insurance. All of the jewelry came out looking like new! I deeply appreciate all the time and care they put into helping me. Thank you!

My fiance went in today with an issue with an electronic device. Something about a small stuck pin that wouldn't come out. The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to solve the problem quickly! He was on his way in no time. We may have gone in with an unconventional problem but we will be sure to bring all our jewelry buying needs their way! I am extremely happy with my experience With Polly's Jewelry! I was planning a surprise Engagement for months and my ring search was just as stressful as planning the actual event. One thing I knew FOR SURE was that I wanted to have an "EXPERIENCE". As a Man, I only planned on doing this ONCE which makes it extremely important to have fantastic service and assistance throughout the process.

I was shopping in both SC and in NY where I had some connections to jewelers in the NY area. I felt like I was not getting adequate service in NY and it was the service of one particular rep that drew me BACK to this store. Claudia. Claudia helped with getting her ring size(lowkey) when she thought we were just looking for a jewelry piece. I had kept in touch for several months and Claudia was EXTREMELY patient and took her time to respond to all of my questions. She truly made my experience 5-Star! I arrived at this shop to have my Luminox watch repaired because it was listed as an authorized service site on the Luninox site. I arrived at the location to submit the watch for repair and 65 dollars and a week later I received my watch. The original request was to have a link repaired and the battery replaced. They replaced my battery and I will allow the picture attached to explain what they did to the link. I brought the issue up to the lady at the counter and she commented that I did not ask for Luninox part. I would not recommend you bring your Luminox watch for repair here.

Great customer service, great prices, overall it was just a great experience shopping there. If you're in the North Charleston area I highly recommend Polly's.

I brought over 3 watches with multiple problems and the staff was so courteous of my needs. Every question I asked the answer was very knowledgeable and they staff was also very helpful with finding a new band for a watch of mine. I will definitely be returning with any problems I have.

Polly's is the only jewelry store my wife goes to. We shop at the Rivers Ave. store & everyone there is wonderful. Very professional & courteous. Cleaned all of my wife's old jewelry really well at no charge. And they always have what you want. Richard & Polly Moore and their son and all their employees couldn't be more helpful.

Just the BEST! I've been fortunate enough to have know the owners of this store almost all of my life. Although when it came time to buy my engagement ring, I was living in Greenville, SC and I actually looked elsewhere for several months for the "perfect ring." I made the defeat I was just going to make the 3 hour trip and called the store to let them know what I was looking for.

I was maybe in the store for 15 minutes before I made my perfect choice. She loved the ring so much she insisted we actually buy her wedding band and my ring from them as well. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. I couldn't imagine buying jewelry anywhere else!

Amy knows best! Happy with my choices and the great service! I needed and gold chain for my locket and charm. Ended up with an awesome adjustable one and a silver rice bead chain that I didn't realize I totally needed. Great selection!

I unfortunately experienced the worst retail customer service possible from the manager, Brenda at the North Charleston location. The entire ordeal is quite too long to go in detail with here, but I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs. She was so pretentious and rude that another sales woman came out to my car and apologized for her behavior.

I did inform the owner in detail of my experience and she responded, but unfortunately the damage was done. Side note- I will say that the staff at the Mt. Pleasant Polly's was a pleasure to deal with from the limited interactions I had with them. If you are in the market for engagement rings/wedding bands, check into other local jewelers as several were priced way better and MUCH more pleasant and professional to deal with.

I was really impressed with the service I received here. I came here to get a bracelet adjusted and the woman that helped me was so sweet. I had gone to another jewelry store before and they wanted to charge me nearly $40 to adjust the bracelet. Thankfully, I declined their service and headed to Polly's. One of the women working fixed it for free for me.

She was truly the definition of service excellence. As I waited for her to repair it, I looked around at all the jewelry and I was in awe. Gorgeous selection, great customer service, and nice atmosphere. Definitely will be back!

My all time favorite jewelry store. I always find something at Polly's that I NEED! I live in Texas but I purchase nice jewelry at Polly's. The store is beautiful, jewelry displays are elegantly organized and the atmosphere is relaxed, warm and inviting. The sales staff is very patient with me running all over the store. I always feel like my business is important to them.

I have many jewelry items from Polly's. Wes is tireless in his efforts to please when looking for that special item. Whatever you want, he will find it. And they service jewelry purchased there. My daughter in law has a Beautiful wedding ring and bands. They check all the diamonds for her every year. Oh, very important, the prices are great. I love Polly's!

The first time I met owner, Richard Moore, was when he met me and my fiancee, after hours, in one of his stores so I could select an engagement ring. He has helped me over the years with several special projects and always exceeds my expectations with his friendly and personal service. Yay for Yelp! After my last review, Polly (the owner) messaged me to apologize for my experience. She let me know that my ring was on track to come back ahead of the quoted dated and she'd be comping the charge. Additionally, I would receive the price difference for the gold that I sold vs if I had sold it to the competition down the street. This experience will lead me to definitely giving them a second chance.

They seem to have good customer service. I didn't get a great experience my third time there, but the manager was very nice and saw to it that my needs were met in the end.

Would never go in to purchase or repair anything. Went in today to test them and see if I wanted to purchase some jewelry there. The test was to have them authenticate my Rolex. I called and they said to come in and they can tell immmediately. My plan was to test them and once they did the authentication I had a very specific piece of jewelry I wanted to purchase.

Well the lady took my watch to the back and came out to tell me they couldn't authenticate it unless they took the back off. She gave me back my watch which they did unscrew the time setting knob and left it loose. Very unprofessional! I had the box with me and all the paperwork and I didn't tell them I already verified the serial number and the Rolex logo, on the crown, at the 6 o'clock position!

They failed! They just wanted to charge me to remove the case and authenticate it. I wouldn't trust them to do that! If you can't tell me the other ways to authenticate the Rolex you failed my test! Went to another jeweler who looked at the watch, the paperwork and showed me exactly what I already knew. He explained fake vs real and passed my test. I ordered the jewelry I wanted from them and once it is finished I will review them. Oh, I spent 3k at the other jeweler!

My husband and I visited Polly's in 2001 to have my engagement diamond custom mounted on a new band. We had a wonderful experience and the setting was absolutely beautiful! So for our 25th anniversary (15 years later), my husband and I decided to go back to Polly's to collaborate with the special projects manager, Wes Tuten, on a custom made 3-stone anniversary ring.

We had a wonderful experience working with Wes and everyone there at Polly's! Wes was very patient and helpful as I considered many different options for the setting. We were extremely pleased with the final product! From the moment we stepped into Polly's to begin the process, to the day that I picked up my ring, we couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you so much, Wes, for taking such great care of us! My ring is stunning and I look forward to wearing it everyday for the next 25 plus years!

I had worked with Denise at Polly's for almost 6 months designing and building the perfect ring for my Girlfriend. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Because the Owner has several Polly's Jewelries through the Charleston area he was able to bring certain bands, or diamonds from different stores to show me until we found the perfect one.

I went back and purchased my ring from them as well and will continue to go back to Polly's for anything jewelry related. I highly recommend Polly's to anyone looking at rings, and make sure you see Denise!

Not sure how businesses determine trade-in value of gold and diamonds, but Polly's paid about 50% for the gold. For the diamonds in a $800.00 ring, they gave $50.00. Definitely not a bargain for the seller.

Cute place. They are knowledgable about their products. Had a wide variety of things and a good place to pick up a gift. Sales associates were friendly.
