I'm so torn about this place - the jewelry they make is breathtaking: simple, modern, clean and bright. They make all of their settings in-house, and the artists run the store, so you're guaranteed to get informed (if biased) service. If nothing else, you can go in and leave longing nose prints on the display cases. Five stars for the Wow factor.
