Cody, Donna and Dorothy are the best! They saved my fiancees ring a week prior to our wedding when it broke in two pieces. (It's a delicate ring, was not purchased here) they offered amazing customer service and are truly wonderful people. Highly recommend to anyone!

We were looking for an engagement ring. Kassab had some pretty good reviews online, so we figured to give them a shot. Worked with Sandra at their downtown Portland location. From the onset, Sandra was welcoming and very personable. She knew her stuff and walked us through the various options, without asserting any pressure on us to settle on any particular brand but rather equipping us with all needed info to make an informed decision.

And that we did! Eventually settled on a gorgeous Tacori piece along with one wedding band. After a few days of contemplating, we visited the store again to add to the original order. Sandra assisted us in ordering an extra band. Again, the process was so seamless, needless to say, the addition did not push back the original delivery date. About 3weeks later, got the ring with the matching bands, super gorgeous as expected!

All paperwork and certs handy! We are happy customers, and this journey couldn't have been wholesome without Sandra's help. My husband bought my original engagement ring from Kassab's back in 2008, and we had a wonderful experience. Flash forward 13 years, when we were looking to upgrade my ring, and Kassab's was first on our list. I knew I wanted an emerald cut solitaire, but I was unsure of the size or what kind of setting I wanted. So I picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon and gave Kassab's at Washington Square a call and was connected with Michael Milner.

He listened to me describe in detail exactly what I was looking for and told me that he would be able to bring in a couple of diamonds for me to look at within a few days, and that I could also view some different settings while I was there to see if anything appealed to me. As promised, the diamonds arrived bright and early that Wed morning, so I headed over to take a look. Well, to say that Michael nailed it is an understatement.

The diamonds were stunning, but I immediately fell in love with one stone in particular and knew that it was the one. Next up was the setting. And oh boy, did I ever put Michael through the ringer. I went back and forth so many times trying to decide on what I wanted, yet all the while he listened carefully and patiently to what I did or did not like about each one I was shown, until we finally got to the perfect setting.

A gorgeous Tacori that was a simple band like I wanted, yet had some delicate detailing on the side to make it unique. This one also had a mini halo around the center stone, which I had never seen before, but loved. And even though it was made for a round center stone, Michael told me it could be customized for my emerald cut diamond. And that was it.

This was THE ONE. Order was placed that day. Also, I forgot to mention that I turned in my existing engagement ring so that I would be able to trade in the value of my center stone toward the new diamond, and Kassab's was kind enough to fit my original setting with a CZ at no additional cost so that I could use it as a vacation ring if I wanted.

Super classy. So two weeks later, my husband received the call that my ring was ready for pickup. I was beyond excited! We went down on a Saturday evening after dinner, and all I can say when Michael brought out the ring and I saw it is wow! It was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Scratch that, it was even more beautiful than what I had hoped for.

It fit perfectly, and I haven't stopped staring at it since I got it. : So Kassab's does it once again! Our entire experience was very easy, Michael educated us on everything we needed to know and kept us informed throughout, and he somehow managed to know exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn't seem to articulate it myself. So if you are in the market for an engagement ring or some other piece of jewelry for a special loved one in your life, and you are looking for a place that not only has beautiful pieces, but will take excellent care of you and who stands behind their name, then Kassab's is where you want to go. They definitely have a customer for life in us.

Highly recommend. We first went here 2.5 years ago while looking for wedding bands. We came to Kassab after going to Shane Co, which felt like a car dealership (high pressure, slimey salespeople, passed off to multiple people). We will never go back to Shane again. Kassab was such a different vibe. Very friendly and honest salespeople. The same person helped us from start to finish. We bought both bands there and have been back several times since. They recently repaired my engagement ring, which was not purchased at Kassab, and did a great job.

Kassab, but specifically Michael, was amazing! I can't say enough about my great experience with him. From helping my fiance pick the most amazing engagement ring (mostly remote due to COVID, and then in person) to helping me find the best matching wedding band - he was a rock star. He carefully explained the diamond selection process and things we should look for in terms of color/quality in the specific cut I wanted (emerald) at our price point.

He gave us the best bang for our buck! Hands down the best customer service of any jeweler I've ever been to. He spent time with us helping us make a huge decision. I will 100% recommend Kassab and specifically Michael to any of my friends or acquaintances planning to buy jewelry. One thing I really appreciated was his prompt text responses and his ability to provide service over the phone (such as quotes on my band based on # of diamonds as I kept changing my mind) - this helped with my busy work schedule!

My fiance, Taylor, worked with Mark to design the most incredible engagement ring I could have ever imagined. Mark was so involved in the entire process and truly went above and beyond to ensure that our dreams came true. He's incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a brilliant designer/jeweler. He made an intimidating process go seamlessly. Seriously not enough words to share just how phenomenal of an experience and place Kassab Jewelers is! Please take the time to read this Story. Not a lot of folks can walk into a jewelry store and find someone like Kevin. The reason I am writing this review for the Downtown Store is that Google will only let me write one review per store. We met Kevin at the Washington Square store and we purchased a Veragio engagement ring. Since these rings are works of art, we only had enough for the ring and mounted with a CZ (which is OK).

This was very early in the Covid and if you read my review on Google. We all figured out a way to make it very special for my soon to be fiance. She has been very cool and humble about her ring. Before Xmas this year, Kevin helped me find a matching wedding band to surprise her. The Veragio wedding band was mind boggling. I left Kevin another review in the LO store because, again, I felt a friend listened to us, our budget and our needs.

When I bought the wedding band I asked Kevin to find her a stone, a special stone, a diamond that would light up this Veragio set. Well, Kevin, 5 months later, after reviewing 100 diamonds through brokers, called me to say he found the one. I went into the Lake Oswego Store and we inspected the diamond for about an hour. Every question I had was answered. I can't tell Kevin how much I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thank you to the owners of Kassab for having Kevin.

I'm extremely happy with the service I got over at Kassab. I'm an out of state customer and was able to talk to Cody Freeman about what I was looking for. I wasn't sure on a few aspects of the setting that I wanted so he pointed me in the right direction and my now Fiance is extremely happy with the ring. He was able to ship the ring to me(literally across the country) so fast! And no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely be returning for future jewelery I ever get. Kassab was AWESOME. Mike did a phenomenal job working with us. He did a great job teaching us a little about what to look for in diamond quality and the like, and set straight some misconceptions we had. He did an EXCELLENT job working within our budget, and was really attentive to what we wanted. He found several great options, and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted.

We ended up buying (all custom) an engagement ring and two wedding rings through Mike, and we couldn't be happier. Mike did a great job keeping us in the loop as the rings were made (which was quite fast) and he sorted out a small issue on one ring without any hassle. I can't recommend Kassab enough! Had a custom ring designed by the artisans at Kasaab. It was an excel code in frustration as I went from store to store looking for a ring to be made. Landed in the Washington Square storefront, and was elated to meet and work with a team who are creative and customer oriented. I have had my ring for three years, now, and am still impressed with the weight, feel and look of this ring.

Their customer service is attentive and thorough. I return regularly for upkeep and cleaning of my ring, and feel welcomed by their staff as they maintain my investment with me.

Micheal, at Kassab jewelers helped me find the perfect ring! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I visited multiple places previously. My expectations had not been met until I worked with Michael and Kassab. They also had the best selection of desirable brands, which was hard to find with other jewelers. Kevin from Kassab Jewelers (Washington Square Mall) have been fabulous with providing outstanding service since 2015. We came in during that time for our wedding rings. Kassab got my rings custom made by providing a high quality CAD design for my approval. Just recently, I came back to Kevin to inquire about an upgrade of my center diamond. After providing him valuable information on what is important to me in a diamond; he narrowed his search to find me the most perfect diamond that fits the characteristics including cost.

This all happened during the holiday month - which was really busy for Kassab Jewelers. I told Kevin I was leaving for my Hawaii trip shortly after the holidays and was requesting if Kassab's goldsmith (Sim) could get the ring completed by the time of my trip so I could wear and admire it. Even though Kevin said no guarantees; he tried his hardest to make it happen for me. :) Their goldsmith Sim even came in during his off day to work on the ring so it could be ready made to wear for my Hawaii trip.

Robert was very helpful. I didn't feel the pressure like I did at other jewelers to leave with any ring. He listened to my desires and needs for the engagement ring, and he said, Take your time and think about it - it's an important decision. That helped me to make the decision to buy the ring at Kassab Jewelers. The ring is beautiful, perfect design and quality I was looking for. She loves the ring! The design was exactly what she likes and can wear every day.

I have always known that I would go to Kassab when the time came for me to pop the big question. I have friends who had great experiences with them and the level of craftsmanship in the custom designs. I once met Rana, who is now the President some years back and she was very nice and genuine. For a once in a lifetime event, I knew I needed a once in a lifetime engagement ring for my fiance. The days and months leading up to our engagement date, I sat in fear. I researched companies, styles, and fainting procedures, before deciding one day to walk into Kassab. Kassab Jewelers was always where the ring would be purchased from. I worked with Phillip to create a ring I'd always wanted. He was patient and helpful and what resulted was something better than I could have done. I thought he was honest and straightforward and I would work with him again. I love my ring!

Wow- I have never experience such poor customer service in my entire life. After visiting the store and finding my perfect engagement ring, I was told I would receive an email with pictures and details to share with my boyfriend. After a few days of not hearing anything, I visited the store again to follow up. After another few days I sent an email to the associate trying to get the information as promised. Days later I finally received a response however 1/2 the information was missing.

I responded requesting the additional information- NO response. I went into the location AGAIN the next week to follow up. At that time Another associate said they would help- no email. After 2 weeks of waiting I went in again with my boyfriend this time since I have not received the email as promised over a month later. At this visit I explain to the associate how I have been waiting for the information and my boyfriend really would like to start the process.

The associate did not want to show us anything I asked for. I directly Asked for the exact ring I wanted and he did not pull it out of the case but instead another ring. We practically had to beg to see the ring I liked. After finally allowing us to view the ring, I reiterate- THIS IS THE RING I WANT. He reassured us He would send us an email so my boyfriend could start the processes of ordering. Well, here we are weeks later, no email, no follow up and we are ready to buy.

I refuse to have to go back into the store again as this is unreal- I have NEVER WORKED SO HARD TO TRY TO SPEND MONEY IN A STORE. People say that Online shopping is killing retail- why would Anyone shop in store if they have to beg for assistance and manager your sales team on how to follow up with your customers. Feedback for the District Manager- if you want to make sale plan- take care of your customers because there are plenty of jewelry stores that will.

We had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He was patient, kind and knowledgable. I am extremely picky and specific on what I wanted my ring to look like. Kevin respected our budget and even found my dream canary diamond! My ring was custom made by Simon G! It is one of a kind and I am thrilled with how elegant my ring is. Had an amazing experience working with Cody custom making an engagement ring for my fiance and me. He was so helpful and sent my pictures of the ring being made, which was very cool to have. The quality of the ring is outstanding. The thickness of the gold was thicker than I would have expected and is very study. My fiance will have many decades with her heirloom quality ring.

My boyfriend & I went to Kassab because I had a friend who had a great experience. Prior, I went to another big name jeweler to look at engagement rings and didn't feel like a priority. At Kassab, Kevin let me try on anything I wanted & gave me his honest opinion when asked :) I really had no idea what I wanted- he took the time to get to know my style & us as a couple & we found the perfect ring.

First off, my experience at Kassab was exceptional. Kevin, the store manager, was extremely patient and courteous. He took the time to explain the 4 C's and worked with both my budget and my "requirements." In the end, I ended up with the perfect diamond that my fiancee is still in love with today. One important thing to note is that they are one of the few Tacori Retail Partners in the Pacific Northwest.

This is the reason that got me in the door, but the level of service and their commitment to providing me with a great experience is what convinced me to purchase from them. I initially went into Kassab to educate myself and kick-off the search process. I had never seen a Tacori ring in person and I wanted to see what the hoopla was all about. Kevin was so patient and provided me with a ton of information.

Although I did visit other jewelers in between, Kevin made such a lasting impression on me that I scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later. In the meantime, he took the time to look through his vast vendor list to help locate the ideal diamond based on my requests. And boy did he deliver. My husband worked with Ken and Michael to design my custom Michael B engagement ring and wedding band. All I can say is WOW! The customer service we have experienced every time we go into Kassab is truly remarkable- it's like we're visiting friends! Don't be fooled by radio commercials, the real diamond experts are at Kassab and they will do whatever you need for your one of a kind ring.

Penny helped me create my dream ring. I had searched for years, unable to find exactly what I was looking for once my husband and I decided to upgrade our set. One day while shopping downtown last year, I wandered into Kassab on one of their Tacori event days. I had never looked at Tacori rings, but immediately feel in love with their craftsmanship, beauty, attention to detail, and their use of certified conflict free diamonds.

I knew I was on the right track with the brand, but still couldn't find the exact ring; it just didn't exist. yet. When I explained what I wanted, I held up two rings. "This top", motioning to one ring, "on this band", motioning to the other, in platinum, with a pink center stone I already have. "We can do that", said Penny enthusiastically and cheerfully - and she delivered!

It took a few meetings and adjustments to the digital drawings from Tacori, but eventually the design was perfect and the ring of my dreams was born. (I would HIGHLY suggest anyone creating a custom ring utilize the digital computer designs offered for the extra fee. They were extremely important when communicating with the Tacori team in California).

I look at my ring every day and am constantly blown away by the details and beauty of this piece of art I get to wear on my hand. Thank you Penny, Kassab, and Tacori! I am beyond happy.

David Sweetman at Kassab made the whole engagement ring buying process an absolute dream. I had my eye on a particular Kirk Kara setting for a very long time (mama knows what she wants) and Kassab in Portland was the only place that sold that setting and designer. And to save a few hundred on the lack of sales tax? Perfect. I emailed David my inquiry (he responded extremely quickly and set up a time for them to order the ring to try on in store.

We visited the store after a long weekend on the coast and it was the perfect cap to the weekend. Upon entering the store we connected with David immediately, tried on the ring (I felt like passing out for a moment I was so in love with it) and was given instructions on how to get the externally purchased asscher cut center stone to be set by Kassab after the setting was ordered and created by the designer.

It was a little trickly logistically but David was so lovely in helping us find the perfect stone for the budget. I think I set him almost 20 emails (again, obsessed) throughout the seamless process and he was reassuring and clear and helpful and funny and SO lovely to work with. He was like our person ring concierge and I can't thank him enough for the experience!

I was referred to Kassab by more than one person. I had the pleasure of working with Sandra Cagley at Kassab. What a classy establishment with great value and customer service. I bought a Tacori ring that my girlfriend had had her eye on(Thanks Pinterest ) and Sandra helped me through the whole process, sizing understanding how to buy and all. As soon as I had a down payment I really just wanted to order a ring as soon as possible!

I was so excited. I emailed Sandra and asked for some options in my price range. She gave me three options laid out really nice that I could afford and understate. I shopped around and compared tons of websites( don't do that, I learned in the end only your eye can help you shop ). I found one online joint that was comparable that could beat it be less than 3%.

No way was 3% online going to beat my locally owned Jeweler that has been so great. Especially Kassab(I'm embarrassed). As soon as she sent them I picked one and then she rushed to get it finished before I left on my trip to Hawaii to propose. I just didn't have the money to purchase the rest of the ring though before I left even after making her rush it( sorry Sandra ).

When I got back from Hawaii she was still holding on to it for me until I could get the money. Two weeks later I pick up the diamond. It's perfect and so beautiful, but after looking at it for a couple weeks I really decided that I wanted a bigger diamond and something in the colorless category. I took it back two different times to see if they had something in my price range that I could get that was what I wanted.

Between this she answered a lot of my ails as well. After the second time going back in, Sandra is still SO sweet, helpful and understanding. I was that client, the no one wants. But she acted like I was her most important customer and helped me until I found the exact stone I wanted. When I saw it, I knew. I could not be more happy nor could my fiance. Finally!

We came here to pick my engagement ring. We had already selected the center stone prior to shopping for the actual band and they were helpful at coloring the CZ center stones on the rings so we could get an idea of what it would look like at the end. I tried multiple times to get a sneak picture of the ring because my boyfriend is keeping that a secret and they were great at not letting me even see the appraisal when I tried :- Would definitely go through them for their professionalism and knowledge. I can't wait to see my ring!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Kassab Jewelers. After going to the other big retailers in the Portland area I felt I would never find my ring. Then I went to Kassab and met Rana. Rana was very patient with me. I am extremely particular to an OCD extent. I tried ring after ring on, thinking I'd like one thing, but apparently I had very little clue of what I liked. Rana pointed me in the direction of Tacori, which is a handcrafted & designer label line, and I found my ring!

Next step was Rana letting my now hubby know, and him picking the diamond with her assistance. We very much appreciated Rana taking her time searching for the perfect diamond for the set. It did take a week or so until she found the highest quality diamond for our budget, but so worth it. When we had the diamond and ring appraised it was worth a great deal more than we paid.

We bought my husbands band from Kassab as well. The selection of mens rings was quite impressive. Kassab's customer service is phenomenal. I'm always greeted with a smile, and no high pressure sales even when just dropping my rings off for a cleaning.
