Had my ring changed from invisible setting to a channel setting was very happy with the work they did would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Just reminding people that this guy is a thief. I took my 2 carat VVs d color to be made into a setting. When I brought my engagement ring it took an extra two hours. When I arrived home there was a large inclusion inside the stone. When I finally had the stone appraised it went from 30,000 to 4000 it wasn't till then that I had realized he had switch switched my stones.

I can't believe that this guy is such a thief. I know there's plenty other victims out there. I plan on going to the district attorney or whoever else polices people that bring in jewelry stay away from the sky if you want to keep your stone. Only buy jewelry that's already made.

Serina helped me pick out the perfect ring for my fiancee and also helped us with my wedding band. Don't waste your time and money at one if those mainstream jewelry companies in the mall. As long as I'm living in the Bay Area they will always be my personal jeweler!

Came here to purchase an engagement ring and also a gift for my mother in law. Both times I came, the salespeople were very helpful and informative about each and every stone I wanted to see. They even have an on site jeweler who was able to resize and set my stones within an hour. A lot of other jewelers I went to told me the turnaround was almost 2 weeks. Who knew where my rings/stones would go within those 2 weeks? I'm coming here for all my jewelry needs in the future!

I had a great experience at the store working with Henry while I was looking for diamond earrings for my mom's birthday. He walked me through the trade-offs of each of the sets that I was considering so that I could make a well-informed decision. I compared their quality to other stores and found prices to be reasonable. There was even a little room for negotiation, so don't be afraid to ask. Overall a great experience and would recommend talking to Henry when making such a big purchase.
