So glad I came here, Scott helped us out - I would leave 10 stars if I could! Literally was in and out selling my gold within 10 minutes check in hand. I went to a competitor on Monday and they offered $700 less than what I received today! What's even more awesome is the bank is right next-door and I'm able to go cash it instantly not having to wait a few days for the check to clear Thank you again so much!

To say the least these folks call them robbers instead of gold buyers. We went to this place to sell some of our old gold jewelry and the rates they offered was almost 30% less than other jewelers. I am glad i didnt do any business with them. These folks are true depiction of whats called 'American Greed'. Siitting there to rip you off. Never do any business with them.

Great experience. My experience with Houston Gold Exchange in Katy was fantastic! They helped me create a beautiful custom ring, and didn't even blink an eye at my rather unusual request. I came in with an idea for designs, and they helped me figure out exactly what it was that I wanted. They responded to questions and requests quickly and were very helpful. The staff is wonder and very friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the result :

Probably one of THE nicest gold exchange places I've ever been to. They are extremely professional but also make you feel like you're at home. They will give you the closest to value that they can. Keep in mind they have to make some kind of profit and if it's worth it he will definitely buy it. Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a place.

This is the only place I will shop for jewelry. Scott and his staff are very knowledgeable about diamonds and precious stones and they take their time explaining quality and clarity. They are very fair on price and trustworthy. If you are looking for a new piece of jewelry, you should check them out. You will never shop anywhere else after working with them!
