What a wonderful experience here! Sandra was absolutely perfect at showing us all our options, very clear about prices, and showing lots of suggestions. My husband and I both got our wedding bands here as well as got my engagement ring reset. I am SO in love with my ring, my jaw hit the floor when I first saw it. So so amazing! Thank you again!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the D.E.! Quality, price, value, selection, staff, ownership, and service. You will be sorely mistaken if you do not give them a visit for your next jewelry purchase. We have made multiple acquisitions and do not envision ever using a different jeweler. They act like our personal jeweler. Visit and you be the judge.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the SF Diamond Exchange. Ben's customer service truly goes above and beyond- I always leave feeling like family. He is the most genuine person and a true artist. Ben, the amazing Vivian, and I were able to design a both an engagement ring that showcases this beautiful diamond and a wedding band that is unique and stunning.
The prices here are incredibly reasonable. I feel like Ben and the crew design love art that spreads joy- they are so much more than jewelers. If you choose them for your jewelry needs you will not be disappointed!

My now husband purchased my engagement ring from SF diamond exchange. He was able to purchase the center stone set in a temporary band, which meant I got to come in and pick out my own band! The band was ready quicker than they had estimated and was beautiful. It did require re-sizing a couple of times but now it fits great. Because of the great experience we had with the engagement ring, we also decided to purchase our wedding bands from here.
Because they were closed for COVID we weren't actually able to come try bands on in person until the month of our wedding. Both of our bands were customized, my husband was able to get his just before the wedding. My band took a little while longer but Vivien and Sandra maintained communication with me to give me any updates on the status. The result is I now have a beautiful wedding band I love, completely worth the wait. I plan to use SF diamond exchange in the future for other jewelry plans! Would and have already recommended to friends and family.

I worked directly with Jessica and Sandra to design my fiancee's ring, and I could not of been more pleased! Both of them were extraordinarily helpful from start to finish. From sourcing the diamond to helping customize the setting, they made sure the end result was nothing short of perfect. We'll certainly be back for future items. Highly recommend!

This place is simply the best. They are so good at helping find the perfect piece of jewelry. They aren't overbearing and pushy. They will legitimately go through their entire inventory just to make sure you have the exact piece you want. I will for sure be going back and I would recommend them to anyone. Just had my third amazing experience at San Francisco Diamond Exchange. I feel like family when I'm there. Replaced my wedding band with a bigger, even more beautiful band. Got an amazing price and they even took my old band and put a stone of my choosing (garnet) in it to replace the diamond we put in my new band for free! I now have 2 amazing rings!
I've introduced friends and they keep going back. But the most important referral I made was for my daughter and son-in-law. They were on a tight budget and also visited numerous retail stores.
