Had the best experience at Robert's Fine Jewelry today. Pick up repairs - pearls were restrung and returned to me with a beautiful luster, changes made in diamond piece to make it more adaptable to other chains, and made purchases for gifts. Mira and Bobby were so personable and helpful. Easy and enjoyable experience.

Bobby and Mira are wonderful people to work with. If you tell Bobby you have an idea, he will be able to give you advice and walk you through the pros and cons of styling rings/diamonds/bands in certain ways. He is an excellent jeweler and guide. I purchased an engagement ring and me and my fiancee's wedding bands here. All 3 turned out to be terrific and just like we had envisioned. Very responsive, nice, and easy to work with.

I used Bobby to go the custom route for (my now) Fiance's engagement ring and that was probably the best decision I made throughout this process! Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and for someone like me who didn't know too much about this process, those two qualities are invaluable. I showed Bobby pictures, talked to him about what my Fiance has expressed to me about what she wanted, and he was able to come up with yes/no questions to fulfill what ended up being the perfect ring for her. She absolutely loves it! She told me would have picked it herself, and she's a picky one! Thanks to you Bobby!

Robert's Fine Jewelry is absolutely the best independent jeweler in Houston. They have the ability to accommodate any request and any budget. I went to Robert's to have a custom sapphire engagement ring built. Bobby took the time to listen to what my vision was and he asked strategic questions to ensure I got exactly what I had envisioned. He had exceptional communication throughout the entire process and was always available for phone calls or in office visits.
The pricing was upfront, fair, and very clear (the ring came in under budget). His vast knowledge of jewelry and attention to customer service is what makes him the best in town.
