I ordered a pair of Tahitian drops at the beginning of October and the experience was WONDERFUL! Ashley was helpful, communicative, and all around a joy to speak with. When speaking with her about the pair I wanted, I mentioned I'm not the best with colors/have no idea what tones go with my skin or hair and she actually sent me some articles on overtones and complexion matches for those overtones!
And then after ordering, my shipment took longer than expected, and when I mentioned it to her and reached out, she apologized and explained the situation to me (who knew so much went into jewelry sales?) basically saying that my earrings had to be custom paired, created, and THEN sent- which is very different than my usual 'instant gratification' experience lol. The drops are GORGEOUS as well, well matched and no dull spots! Will definitely be ordering from Pure Pearls again! Thank you Ashley!

Ordered a very expensive strand and scheduled to receive with FedEx and a signature. On the day scheduled, FedEx went right past my house and yet I got a notice that it was delivered. PP opened a case, eventually, with FedEx and I keep being told they're waiting for the results of that investigation in order to refund. Also told if I filed a police report they could refund, and though complete, they still haven't. Nice how they've got my money but I have no item? Their phone goes UNANSWERED, so don't count on actual customer service if there's a problem. DO NOT USE.

Purchased earrings for my daughter from Ashley about a year ago and it was a wonderful experience- professional, quick and an overall great experience. Fast forward a year, and my daughter lost an earring and was just devastated. Nearly a month of emails to Ashley went unanswered, but finally she responded that she would be able to help me and my daughter match the lost earring.
My daughter was so relieved! Imagine her disappointment nearly another three weeks later when after shipping the remaining stud from NY to LA for "matching" Ashley perfunctorily informs me she has "no stock" and won't for three months! I loved the chance to help a working mom the first time around (and share that with my daughter) but after my experience I just can't recommend purepearls and hope you go elsewhere to avoid the disappointment me and my daughter experienced.

My experience with Pure Pearls was phenomenal! Ashley is clearly passionate about gems and she used that enthusiasm to help me find the perfect piece for my girlfriend, I'm a little clueless and this was the first actually expensive piece I would be buying (so I had to get it right of course) in terms of jewelry. I told this to Ashley and she helped me all the way through it, even helped me with overtones and the more unique pieces! Come this week- my pendant piece came in and my girlfriend LOVED it! Thank you Ashley, I'm looking forward to buying with you again!

I ordered a pearl necklace on Tuesday and paid for 2 day shipping to get my orders by Friday for my birthday, but on Thursday I received an email informing me that my order has been shipped! okay let's say that it took 2 days for them to prepare my order, but why should it take 5 more days till next Tuesday when I paid 20$ for 2 day shipping?! I emailed them shared my concern with them, but they didn't care at all! I still haven't seen the necklace, but such a disappointment! probably will return it when I receive it! worst costumer service so far
