I ordered emerald cut gems from this company, and they were the wrong cut. The picture on the website didn't match the product I received. At least they agreed to refund my shipping also, but when I see a picture of something I want to buy, I expect to receive something that looks like the picture! I must be crazy. Now I have to spend more money to send it back to them. Excellent.
