I would highly recommend going to Continental Diamond! I was helped by Rachel and she made the shopping experience so easy. She was able to help me find everything I was looking for in an engagement ring, all while keeping it within my budget. If you go to Continental Diamond, ask to work with her! I couldn't be happier with the ring I got or the experience I had.

I've had several great experiences at Continental Diamond and will keep going back. While My engagement ring wasn't bought at Continental Diamond, I had it sized, a pave diamond fell out of the band (no fault of CD), and a matching wedding band created with them. The prices can't be beat, but the welcoming and customer focused service brings be back. Jeff S. guided us to custom ordering the wedding band and it was in budget and arrived when they said it would. Thanks for providing a nice atmosphere for big investment purchases and decisions!

My boyfriend and I had an appointment at Continental Diamond this weekend to start looking for engagement rings. When we arrived, Jane had already pulled several rings that fit our style and budget perfectly! This was our first time ever looking at rings, but with Jane's help we decided on both an engagement ring and wedding band in less than two hours! Jane was professional, fun to work with, and didn't push the budget.

We will definitely be returning for my boyfriend's wedding band, too. The whole experience at Continental Diamond was joyful and seamless, and we will be recommending often to others as a 10/10!

My husband surprised me with a beautiful brand new wedding ring on our 25th anniversary. I should start with when my husband and I were married we had little money. The engagement ring was second hand bought and the wedding band was made by his uncle at the time with a tiny diamond chip. It was all we could afford. Through the years seeing everyone's beautiful rings it sort of made me want to hide my hand.

And I felt bad but I did. Fast forward. My husband shared the story and Continental diamond worked to find him the Best brilliant diamond set with channelled diamonds AND not one but two beautiful diamond channeled bands representing past and future. They made sure it was absolutely stunning and helped him also keep it a secret. My husband then re-proposed to me with it on our anniversary. Amazing.

My girlfriend and I had zero idea where to start when shopping for engagement rings. We knew we wanted to shop at a small, family-owned, local jeweler, but knew nothing about diamonds and rings other then carat size. I had heard of Continental Diamond through advertisements in the past and decided we would stop there first, and afterwards visit other jewelers friends of ours recommended.

We were immediately greeted when we walked in and directed to speak with Ashly. From there Ashly had educated us on the four C's of diamonds, all of which was brand new to us. After 3+ hours and 2 different appointments of learning / picking out diamonds / bands, we knew we wanted to do business with Ashly and Continental Diamond. Our experience had been so educating and positive that we didn't bother go to the other jewelers we were recommended.

If you are new to purchasing engagement rings, or any piece of jewelry for that matter, I'd highly recommend Ashly / Continental Diamond as the staff is friendly, educated, and willing to spend plenty of time to make sure you know what you want for your piece of jewelry.

I got these beautiful earrings as a graduation gift. I'll be honest and say I don't know anything about jewelry but the staff was amazing. They taught me all about what to look for and all of the detail and care that went into the earrings really made me appreciate them even more. Out of the four diamond shops I went to, Continental Diamond was the best at educating me on the diamond industry, respecting my freedom, customer service, and delivering the best product for what I was looking for. Individually, Michael Shirte did a fantastic job serving my needs, educating me on diamonds, and being honest and straight-forward with me on pricing. Additionally, they don't make you come in periodically in order to keep the ring covered by insurance in case the ring gets damaged.

Continental Diamond definitely has my business for future jewelry needs, and I'd recommend Michael and the company for anyone looking for good customer service and a good quality engagement ring.

I strongly recommend getting help from Laurel. She helped my fiance and I look at rings, and would go above and beyond to make sure we got to see diamonds that fit our criteria. She would even contact us during her time off, and would come in to the store if she wasn't working. She made the entire process feel very easy and personable!

While traveling in the Caribbean, I had purchased a Phillips Stein watch which has 2 faces, and runs on 2 copper batteries. When I noticed the batteries needed replacement, I called several jewelers to ask if they carried the batteries. I had noticed Continental Diamond had rave reviews every where I looked, so I called them. My call was forwarded to Jim Goldfarb who specializes in watch repair.

It was my lucky day! I have been taking my watch repair to Jim since 2006! He is wonderful to work with. If there a part needed He always calls to explain and advise if there will be a delay or change in estimated price. He is professional, honest, follows up, and does excellent work! Stopped in to get a vintage Omega strap sized. What seemed to be a simple task wasn't due to an old tube that was stuck. Jim didn't give up and was able to solve the issue and size the watch for me. Great service and awesome store. Will definitely be back!
