Outstanding service! I brought a pair of earrings in to be fixed (broke during delivery). Tom was an absolute pleasure, he explained what was broken and how they would fix it. I've never been to a jeweler to have something fixed, but I will be returning for sure, broken jewelry or not!

My Grandmother had passed down a watch to me earlier this year. As the face of the watch was very small and hard to read I had a vision to alter the watch into something more modern. Dana truly brought my vision to life. She was able to alter the watch into a necklace that is a show stopper anywhere I go. The space and staff are always so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Stopped in on a whim as I was thinking about getting some new jewelry and they had such fantastic reviews. Jeffrey sealed the deal right off the bat with his friendliness and authentic personality. I discussed coming back with a single diamond earring stud (lost the other one) to design a new pair with. I wanted something completely different with mini rose gold hoops.

I ended up working with Tom, and he was awesome every step of the way. He listened to all my ideas and was able to order in the pieces to create exactly what I wanted. Also, he's just a really nice guy! Highly recommend this place!

The owner, Dana, had a wide selection of bands ready for me when I arrived, yet not so many that I was overwhelmed with choice--though there were plenty more she had available. Jeffrey Jewelry has always been the only place for me, over the past 20 years.

And they will happily work with you to create custom jewelry. Put them into your phone's address book under jewel.

I dropped in to resize a watch. They were extremely kind, courteous, and accommodating. Very clean and safe location. Very glad I found them.

I was looking to have some jewelry repaired and called a few other stores with wait times of 2-4 weeks. I called Jeffrey and they told me it would be 2-4 DAYS so I decided to pop in. Jeffrey looked at the repair and offered to take care of right away. It was a simple repair but he asked some great questions, gave me a few options, quoted the price and the repair looks great.

He even polished up the jewelry and our rings. He is a professional and while it was a quick interaction and I really enjoyed the experience, this is without a doubt our local jeweler. Also.because COVID, the place was very clean, the employees were masked and there were privacy screens, highly reccomend!

Jeffrey Jewelry was honestly incredible, not only because of the quality of work, but because of the great service. Since buying an engagement ring is not something you do everyday, it could have felt like going to mechanic when you don't know anything about cars: it's hard to tell when someone is pulling the wool over your eyes. However, Dana at Jeffrey Jewelry was attentive, thorough, and honest. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stones and design for the ring. And if my fiance's reaction means anything, Dana is obviously a very skilled jeweler!

Great value, better service! I bought my fiance's beautiful engagement ring with Jeffrey's and Dana was so helpful through the whole process. We came back to have the ring resized and it was done on the spot in 20 minutes, amazing!

The customer service at Jeffrey Jewelry Co was amazing! I had to call ahead of time to book an appointment oh, but I had to get a ring that I originally had to be engraved. It only cost me $10 and took 5 minutes to do. Tom was amazing. He was so sweet and took the time to explain everything for me. He made sure that I like the font and explained the process to me. Not only was it cheap and affordable but also a great place! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for rings, jewelry, or engravings.

I had my wedding ring resized at Jeffrey Jewelry and am so happy I did! Tom was very helpful in finding my correct size and even chased me down the hall when I left my cell phone on the counter. I was given a week lead time and was beyond smitten when I got a phone call the next day saying it was ready. Ring was beautifully polished and it fits like a glove. Will be going to Jeffrey Jewelry for any future ring resizing needs!

6 STARS!. I went to Jeffrey jewelry Wednesday, mistakenly thinking it was the store I messaged about repairing my wife's necklace that had once belonged to her grandmother. Tom examined it, quickly discovered it was gold plated Sterling silver and explained that welding it, as I mentioned wouldn't be good because it would melt off the gold plating.

He took it in back the owner Jeffrey, who I had been watching work on another piece. They found a matching O-ring and offered to fix it immediately while I waited! (The other jeweler estimated a 2 business day turnaround.) Tom confided that the $25 repair cost was more than that of a new chain but due to the sentimental value I felt this was a very fair price. Jeffrey had it fixed in about 5 minutes and the brand new O-ring matched the color of the antique necklace perfectly!

The fact that they make custom and high end jewelry and were so quick to help me for very little profit is an astounding testament to their customer service. I'm excited at the prospect of having them make some jewelry for me out of stones and seashells my wife and have collected over the years.

Love this place! Tom helped me design a pendant necklace for a loose diamond I had for many years. He was patient, creative and honest. I highly recommend Jeffrey Jewelry and will absolutely come back in the future.

These guys are amazing at designing and crafting custom jewelery. My girlfriend and I brought in two rings she was given by her grandmother. We wanted to explore ways to combine them and make them one peice of jewelry. They were creative and clearly communicated thier ideas to us so we could make a decision on what to do. The end result was better than what we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom work.

I am so glad that I found this place! I recently got engaged with a vintage art deco ring purchased from an online retailer. I needed it resized and got some quotes from jewelry stores around the area. My ring is 19k white gold which had many stores scratching their heads. Another reputable local jeweler quoted me 100 dollars and 2 weeks time to resize my ring. Jeffrey Jewelry really came through for me!

They didn't even scoff at the 19k white gold and charged me 35 dollars and finished the job before the business week was done! They treated me amazingly, taking time to consult me to determine the right size I needed and even inspected and polished up my ring free of charge even though we did not purchase it through them. The quality of the work looks great! I will be coming back to Jeffrey Jewelry periodically to get my prongs checked and for regular cleanings. I couldn't think of a better place to go!

I have been going to Jeffrey for years. I have bought various kinds of jewelry and have never been disappointed. Their design services are amazing. They are talented, honest, helpful and their quality is outstanding! I can't imagine going any place else!

I took an inexpensive (sentimental) ring to Jeffrey Jewelry after I fell down the stairs (yeah. I would fall down the stairs and land directly on my favorite ring) and the prong bent, making it so the stone was shaking around and you could probably take it out. It's a rough gemstone so the prongs are set in specific places to hold it in securely.

I immediately started googling jewelry repair, but to be honest, I felt like someone would be confused as to why I wanted to repair such a cheap ring (under $100 when I bought it). From the reviews on Yelp, it seemed like this place would be the best for a locally owned, friendly and understanding repair and it was true! Everyone I interacted with, from emails to in person consultation and check-out was super friendly and don't pressure you or make you feel awkward.

They let me know that my ring size was wrong, so I had it resized as well. They had it done the next day and it looks and feels perfect. I think the setting is more secure than when I first got it. It was also a lot less expensive than I thought it would be, which is just a bonus, as I would have paid more for their service. To be clear: I would trust this place with expensive jewelry any day.

They definitely seem to know their stuff and have beautiful (probably more than $100. lol) jewelry in their cases. However, if you're looking for a place for a repair on an inexpensive piece and you don't want to walk into a super commercial or high end shop for fear of looking a bit crazy - I recommend Jeffrey for sure.

I took my finance's ring to Jeffrey to get appraised. I had the displeasure of going to Shane and Wedding Day and many other chains to find a setting and diamond. Going to Jeffrey was a breath of fresh air. The appraisal was informative and very accurate. I wish I had gone here to look for her ring since they truly care about their customers.

I still ended up with a great diamond and a ring (Jeffrey approved of both), but this store prides itself on high quality products and outstanding service. I will be buying my wedding band and my fiancee wedding band and diamond earrings from there. Jeffrey will not nickel and dime you to clean and maintain your jewelry. Please give this place a shot. They are competitively priced and eager to keep your business by providing outstanding service from a long turn family owned business.

Dana is the best! I had a couple of ideas for a custom ring floating around - she sat me down and immediately started sketching designs (which ended up being _exactly_ what I wanted). Very honest about price, quality, workmanship, etc. She will sit down with you and go through every option for your jewelry. Her custom work is a lot less expensive than "big name" designers - but the quality is there.

I had looked at many other stores for a particular size and grade of diamond - buying an AGS certified one from her cost about 40% less than an equivalent one at Wedding Day Diamonds. Tom, Judy, and Jeffrey have incredible experience and are very personable, too. (Also, they validate parking).

Beautiful pieces at great prices! They do custom work too! I just scrapped my old gold for a gorgeous new ring. Don't go anywhere else for any of your jewelry.
