My wife recommended this place to me as she went in to get her engagement ring resized. i came in to expand my gold ring and they did it in like less than a minute after a good, brief conversation and trying on few options for sizing. they are amazing and have so much experience in the industry (one of the employees 50+ years). thanks again! space is upstairs in the "mall" building and was confusing to get to, but it's through a door by some stairs

Both my husband and I purchased our wedding rings here and we love them. I also purchased my wedding jewelry for myself and the ladies in my wedding party. The staff here is super friendly and very personable. They make you feel comfortable and take the time to find the right piece for you!

Super helpful and actually care for their customers! Came in for a last minute gift for Christmas and they showed me different options in my price range and helped me find the perfect set of earrings. Also picked up a beautiful nail file for myself! They have also resized 2 different rings for me that turned out perfectly! Can say with complete honesty the best Jewelry store in town!

When I needed it resized, Connie masterfully did so to fit our timeframe while in town for a short weekend. My family has been going to Bergstrom for over 50 years. I brought in my grandmothers 72 year old broken down setting and they were able to restore it to an amazing engagement ring. The detailed craftsmanship kept the vintage look and the final result was perfection. Bob was so helpful and professional in explaining my options and making recommendations based on his decades of experience. Bergstrom Studio was wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with the team to design a wedding band to go with my late Grandmother's engagement ring. I never got to meet my Grandma Doris, but had always dreamed of wearing her ring when it was my time to walk down the aisle. Bergstrom Studio resized my grandmother's ring perfectly. For the wedding band, my mother-in-law, Carol gave my now husband, Ian one of her grandmother's heirloom earrings.

I used the smaller diamonds from the earring and Bergstrom Studio designed a GORGEOUS wedding band. Also, they melted down my grandpa's ring to use the yellow gold to set the diamonds. Bergstroms encouraged me to not break up the setting piece of the earring and perhaps add a replacement stone and make a charm. Through consultation with the Bergstrom team, we landed on replacing where the diamonds used to be with beautiful seed pearls.

At the groom's dinner, I gave my mother-in-law the earring, now a charm, on a necklace strand as a gift to thank her for everything she does and for raising the man of my dreams. Bergstroms is not just a remarkable jewelry store, they create loving memories filled with happy tears. Thank you!

Wonderful studio! Bob and staff are so great to work with. My fiance designed my ring in secret and they did an amazing job guiding him through the process. I could not be happier with the end result! They resized it for me in house and I got to leave wearing my ring the same day! Love the small studio feel and having the staff remember you when you stop in. Would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a great experience.

I can't say enough positive things about this place and their team! Bob, Connie and everyone else worked with me over several months to design my custom ring using family diamonds, plus a green tourmaline that I purchased from Bergstrom. They are the kindest, friendliest people and will bend over backwards to make sure every part of your experience - and your sparkly outcome! - is perfect.

I appreciated how before they cast the actual ring, they cast it in purple wax (pictured) so I could approve the final design before it was cast in gold. The pricing is very fair and the service/support is gold-standard. I'm OBSESSED with my new ring, it's better than anything I imagined! Thanks, Bergstrom!

I'm very impressed with the quality and service I received at Bergstrom. I needed a Rhodium plating on a white gold ring, and they had it done in *minutes*. Very kind staff, reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.
