They are really the best here! Always have time to look my ring over and had mine sized and cleaned when I went in the day of my engagement party and had it back to me with hours to spare. Would recommend to everyone! So helpful

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Battisti Jewelers. They take amazing care of their customers and have so much knowledge about all things jewelry. My husband brought in his grandfathers wedding band as it was gifted to him before we got married. Lucio helped him come up with a design for the ring that would make it more my husbands style and it turned out to be perfect and exactly what my husband wanted!

I've also brought my wedding rings in to be cleaned a few times and once for a rhodium plating. Every single time I leave with gorgeous, shiny rings! At my last visit, they even noticed that a few of the diamonds on my wedding band were loose so they tightened them up for me. I'm telling you, their attention to detail is stellar. So happy to have found an amazing jeweler we can trust!

Battisti Jewelers I'd the best. They designed a ring for me using my deceased husband's wedding band, my wedding band and engagement ring. It is beautiful and I will cherish it forever.

Lucio and Laura are absolutely amazing! My husband and I used them for our engagement, wedding rings and wedding earrings and Battisti went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Both my husband and I had some particular thoughts in mind yet we were unsure of how to convey these ideas exactly at first. Both Lucio and Laura were so patient and worked closely with us to design such beautiful pieces that were beyond anything we had imagined or originally hoped for.

This is custom jewelry with excellent client service and care at it's finest. Battisti's has been a family jeweler on my husband's side for a while and even though we live in Phoenix now, we can honestly say we'll never use anyone else.

I have used Battisti for watch repairs and batteries for years. They are always helpful, make great suggestions and are very much up front when a certain watch was going to be slightly more expensive for the battery. The new store is BRIGHT, well laid out and still easy to get to with their new location. May they do extra well in the new store and I know I will be returning.

Truly the best experience I've ever had with a jeweler! Started out by following them on IG and then fell in love with them and their work and decided to take the plunge! I had my og engagement and wedding ring pair completely reworked and updated and I am beyond satisfied with the end product. Jody provided exceptional guidance every step of the way, and really helped me nail down and execute my vision. There is no question or hesitation, DO trust them with any and all of your jewelry needs, they will not disappoint!

Jody and Lucio are the absolute best! My fiance and I knew we wanted to use a family heirloom for my engagement ring. Working with Jody and Lucio, I was able to be a part of the design process. They were in constant communication with us during each step along the way. My favorite part was being able to try on a 3D printed version of my ring before it was made into its final form!

I haven't experienced customer service like I did today at Battisti Jewelers in years! The jeweler was so professional, kind, honest and truly went above and beyond to answer my (pretty mundane) questions. I felt I was treated more than fairly and that the prices were honest (so rare these days). If you want to be treated like 'gold' I would highly recommend going for a visit. Just excellent.

My engagement ring was damaged a few years back and i was uncomfortable with a few shops that claimed they would 'do there best' to repair it. I wanted to ensure it was going to be restored to the way it was, Battisti Jewelers did that! They made it look like the day my husband gave it to me on our wedding day, i was soooo happy.
