Great experience with purchasing my first rolex. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and enjoys sharing knowledge on watches and all the other jewelry David Fairclough holds.

I am sure this is rare, where someone like me who has only dealt with David Ludwig on the phone can provide a 5 star review. After reviewing many other reviews just now, I just felt that I needed to recognize how true the reviews are, because I have never came across a Rolex AD who has been so attentive on the phone with a potential customer (me), answering any number of questions I posed.

While some of the Rolex models appear to be unattainable feat of sorts based on many, if not all ADs, David continues to tell me to stay in touch. It is his professionalism and simply put, his willingness to work with me has prompted me to leave this review. I for sure if have an opportunity to purchase a Rolex, David will always be my first call. Thank you David for your superb approach in making your clients feel at home.

Great experience when purchasing my Rolex Daytona. Melani was spot on with helping me. Reach out and contact her. Let her know what you're looking for and she'll get it for you. The wait wasn't that long for a Daytona. Only a few months compared years like other Rolex AD's. Daytona's are very tough watch's to find. Melani made it a great purchasing experience on a watch I thought I could never own.

I've never been to a jeweler before. I don't wear any nor do I have any desire to. It finally came time to buy something special for the ole "ball and chain". This place couldn't have been a better, more professional experience. Meloni served me with outstanding class and care. She helped me find what was the proper gift for my girlfriend based on how I described her.

Low and behold my girlfriend absolutely loved it. Didn't pressure me into buying anything out of my price range either, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This truly is a locally owned jeweler and they really blew me away with the service they provided to me. This is the place to go.

Don't lose hope if you're searching for your dream watch. The folks at Fairclough genuinely want to hear your story, and help you get your first Rolex. I wasn't made to feel like I had to have some privileged status to be considered in purchasing my perfect timepiece. It was quite the opposite. They seemed as excited, if not more so than me, to help, and share the experience.

Plus it was refreshing to talk to people who were just as passionate about watches, and knew all the subtle intricacies between models; which is not something you get with every dealer. After being on the hunt for what seemed like an eternity, this experience almost brought a tear to my eye. If you're not nearby, and debating the drive; go the distance. You will not regret it.

Unbelievable. That is how I would describe my experience start to finish! I worked with David Ludwig and can I just say that his professionalism and expertise was wonderful! He was attentive to the ideas and wants that I had for the engagement ring I was surprising my love with! the service I received from a bottle of water when I entered to happy bright smiles all around, to an exquisite final product.
