Nancy was amazing. She helped my now husband design the perfect custom black diamond engagement ring. She was so encouraging and patient when she helped me find the perfect wedding band to complete the set - we looked at A LOT of rings, some more than once. But, she was so kind and kept searching for options for me, and eventually found the ring I had envisioned. My husband and I both have unique rings to match us. We couldn't be more thankful.

For the past few years I give my mother in laws a Gold rose for her Birthday. I have ordered from other jewelry stores but Northwoods roses just look better. They have beautiful colors to choose from and what I love the most is the way it is packaged. You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this place for Gold roses!

My fiance and I started out looking at wedding bands the place he bought my engagement ring. I was not thrilled with how I was treated. So we left and went to Northwood Jewelers. I was very pleased from the beginning on how friendly the staff was. After two stops in looking at different wedding bands, none of which were what I wanted, Northwood Jewelers made the suggestion to send my engagement ring to a company to be able to scan my ring and replicate the band to have a matching wedding band.

They kept me informed the whole process. They also helped us custom order my fiances wedding band. My wedding band was PERFECT. It matched the engagement ring perfectly. I was very happy with our services with Northwood Jewelers!

The store is clean and well-lit with quality jewelry. The ladies are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and they keep my wedding ring looking as beautiful as the day my husband put it on my finger. They've also helped us with jewelry repair. Quick turn over at a fair price.

I recently dropped off my wedding ring that I have not worn for over 10 years because of an accident in which I bent the ring slightly and it needed to be resized. I was very impressed when I picked it up today, they were very courteous and prompt with my request. My ring looks awesome I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Absolutely awesome experience. Met at the door on arrival and departure by very friendly, helpful staff. Had batteries changed in two watches, every bit of this service experience was thorough, friendly, and as easy as it could have been. I have shopped here a few times, and had many watch battery changes here, ALWAYS consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, one and all. Store is also always immaculately clean.

I had my breast milk made into a ring. Their prices were very affordable! They sent me photos of the process along the way and it was ready for pickup 3 days after I dropped off my milk! So blessed to have this ring as a commemorative of my breast feeding journey with my first born

I have done business with Northwood Jewelers over the years and I have nothing but good things to say! Friendly, helpful staff. For example, today, I stopped to get a minor ring repair on my wedding set and they said they could fix it right then if I had a few minutes. Can it get any better than that? The staff is knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable!
